We had a really nice stay. The bungalows are set in a nice garden environment with beautiful trees and gardens. The bungalows are clean and well equipped. The property is walking distance to food trucks and Foodland as well as great snorkelling at Shark Cove. The property is on the beach and has a laid- back environment. Much different to the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. The manager Greg was friendly and helpful. We look forward to visiting again.

These bungalows are my new favorite place to stay in Oahu. The property is stunning (beach front options) the bungalows are newly remodeled, clean and modern. The manager Greg is kind and no nonsense. He is prompt and helpful though all stages of your stay….from booking, to arriving and departing. They also offer free yoga 6 days a week. Each bungalow has its own kitchen so you can make your own coffee in the morning and delights throughout your stay. Turtle Bay is a 10 minute drive w great restaurants. And food trucks are also all around with in a few minute walk…

I can’t say enough great things about our two night stay. It is gated and your parking space is right in front of your bungalow. We stayed at the small studio style bungalow that sleeps 2. It was clean, comfortable, and charming. We also enjoyed the private picnic table outside to enjoy our coffee or meals with the chickens. ||Location wise it doesn’t get any better, steps away from the beach, they have a shower to wash off the sand, and plenty of Adirondack chairs that you can carry down to the beach. Great for watching the sunset. The beach is pretty private and not crowded. It is near Ted’s bakery (a must) and Foodland grocery store. It’s close to many beaches and north shore shopping.||If you want to get away from the city of Waikiki and enjoy the relaxed vibe of north shore you should stay here.||Also the manager communicates well and is very kind. They will have your bungalow clean, ready, and unlocked for you when you arrive. Next visit we will plan on staying at this location for more than two nights.

This is absolutely the best place to stay in the North Shore. The property is gorgeous and has direct & private access to the beach. Greg and his staff were welcoming and accommodating. The bungalow was extremely well-maintained and clean and had a welcome gift upon arrival. The location is amazing - walking distance to sharks cove, foodland, & local food trucks. I could not recommend this property enough, we will definitely be back!

Google
This was a genuine summertime north shores experience. We were walking distance to the food trucks, surfing spots, and snorkeling areas but far enough away from the craziness of Honolulu or turtle bay. The beach out front was the nicest one we found on the entire island and not crowded at all. The rooms were clean, spacious, and can’t beat the view or the free yoga

Wonderful! Wish we could have stayed longer than our 3 nights. We absolutely loved the patio for our meals. Can’t beat the location. Kids-14,16,18. Loved the beach and snorkeling at the adjacent Shark’s Cove. Gorgeous place all around!

Excellent time! Clean, safe, beautiful grounds and a short straight walk to the most beautiful beach from the bungalow. Greg, the site manager, was always helpful, friendly and available for every need. He had suggestions for things to do in the area. Made everything very convenient. Always answered my text promptly. The bungalows are fully remodeled and I did not ever see one bug in the bungalow. Which I think in such a climate there’d be one! I love how private this location feels yet so close to everything you need. Yoga every morning at the Monkey Pod is a few steps from bungalows. I was on a solo mission to surf and check out the North Shore. Definitely going to bring back the family! Keiki Bungalows are a short walk to the most beautiful beaches and hikes. The North Shore Surf Shop has surf lessons, snorkel gear, bikes and much more. Grocery store and food trucks all walking distance. I had the best time! Thank you Greg for being so accommodating!|Can’t wait to come back!|Sincerely, |Debbie

My wife and I decided to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary with a trip to Hawai'i. We wanted to experience the North Shore so we booked a stay at Ke Iki, and boy are we glad we did! We stayed in the Protea bungalow, which is located upstairs in a building that's not on the ocean. However we had plenty of room both inside and out since we had a huge wrap-around lanai at our disposal. We enjoyed watching the birds flit through the trees as we ate our breakfast out there every day. The beach is only a brief walk across the grounds. In addition to providing chairs for the sand, you can also find other beach implements in the garage right next to the free washers and dryers. We spent time relaxing in the shade of the huge trees, checking out the amazing tide pools in the rocks, and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. Day trips included snorkeling at Sharks Cove (which is a short walk away), shopping at nearby Hale'iwa, exploring Hawaiian culture at Waimea Valley, and grabbing lunch down the road at the Kahuku Food Trucks. We definitely plan to return to Ke Iki Beach Bungalows in the very near future!

Yelp
Loved our stay here, we rented the anthurium unit for one night. It had everything we needed, and right on the beach. The unit itself is also right on the road and it's very very noisy at night, and while it's also the largest unit to rent it shares walls with 2 other units. We got there about an hr after check in and had to wait 30 mins for the cleaner to go in. That was annoying to say the least when you're spending $1000+ per night, check in was at 3 and check out was 11. plenty of parking for the unit, street parking is close by but not the safest.

Yelp
Fabulous family getaway that's conveniently located on Oahu's North Shore in Haleiwa. Close to restaurants, golf, horseback riding, shopping, and more. Located on the beach and includes an outside shower to get off all the sand before you enter back into the beautiful and clean bungalow. Great large outdoor patio to relax and watch the beautiful sunset and venture into the 7 mile miracle. Highly recommend this location to locals and visitors.

Yelp
different versions on MODERN March 2024 Definitely can't take away that it's right on the beach and the views are amazing. Unfortunately it's advertised as modern and updated but that just isn't the case. Majority is from the 70's and 80's and the kicker for us was there was only air conditioning in the bedrooms. For $1200 per night we were disappointed and didn't end up staying. Greg the manager was super friendly and was very helpful through the booking process and arrival process. unfortunately he still had to charge us for 2 nights which was $2400. Please just BEWARE that there terminology of MODERN maybe different then yours as this was the case with us. Once again Greg was very friendly and the place is clean but for the money Not worth it. We are staying at Turtle Bay and the amenities are plentiful and the cost was 25% less.

Yelp
These bungalows are located in the North Shore area and are situated alongside Ke Iki Beach. The property had gated entry which was nice and a small parking area within. We arrived at a certain time to collect the keys to our bungalow from the manager onsite; however it would have been nice if there was system in place to retrieve your keys or check-in at any time (similar to a hotel) as we were driving in from over an hour away. I do not recall the name of the particular bungalow I stayed in, but I liked it. It was on the second floor and had a good number of windows which allowed for the ocean breezes to flow thought. This was very much welcomed as the unit did not have A/C and only electric fans were provided.i could see how it would have been very hot or uncomfortable if I was on a ground unit with no A/C. There was also a large covered patio/deck at the front where you can views the beach and watch the sunset. The property for the most part was very private. This was my first time staying at a bungalow so, I was not exactly used to the lack of concierge or housekeeping amenities. Towels and some kitchen items were provided, but make sure to bring extra of whatever you think you might need. There is a grocery store about a 5-7 min drive away so that was helpful at times. Overall, not a bad stay and beautiful sunsets if you are looking to really get away to tranquility in a remote location in North Beach.

Yelp
I've got mixed feelings about this place. Here's the Cliffs Notes version: Pros: -Right on Keiki Beach -Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean -Rooms have a kitchenette -Parking is included -Gated, secure property Cons: -BUGS -Some rooms are not very clean -Only ceiling fans for A/C -Your deposit doesn't go towards your total charge and is only refunded after you check out. -Possible issues with the computer reservation program For the longer version (War and Peace edition): I booked a room 8 months in advance so you can imagine my surprise at finding out that I wasn't assigned to my room or any room in the system when I checked in. Greg the manager was luckily able to put us in another room for one night though and we were able to stay in our requested room for the remainder of our stay. Our first stay was in the gardenia room. We opened the door to be greeted by a roach just chillin' on the window. Señor Cucaracha glanced at me in a Kafkaesque fashion before his light was snuffed out by a timely swat with a rolled up magazine. Sorry not sorry dude. We paid for this room. The windows in the bathroom don't give you a complete seal of the outdoors so you will get all manner of insects stopping by to say hello at night if you have the light on. I killed a flying ant only to find another ant flew in to be its pest proxy. The walls are thin. If your neighbor has a crying fussy toddler guess who you are going to hear at odd hours of the night? You'll also hear said toddler screaming at odd early hours of the morning, whose parents let them run around naked in public while they eat breakfast and feel OK having their clothes and toys strewn over the sidewalk and common areas. We didn't use the kitchenette too much but it didn't look like it was in great shape. The fridge and stove were rusty. The shower area was rusty too. Good thing I've gotten a tetanus shot in the past. As for the rest of the room, it seemed like they cleaned some areas but left others in a sad state. There were some spots that had layers of dust accumulating on them. We moved into the pikake room after the first night which was so much better! The room is newer and looked like it was cleaned more thoroughly. This room comes with your own private parking spot, a little shaded bench and table outside, newer appliances, newer shower, and more privacy. I didn't hear any of my neighbors in this room, only the rise and fall of the ocean waves at night. The only benefit of the gardenia room that I saw was that it is right along the beach and is a bigger room. The pikake room is only a short walk to the beach though. Both the rooms do not have A/C, only high powered fans. We came here in mid October and it still was a little warm for me. The fans helped, but if you stay here get used to the fact that the humidity will make you feel like you're sticky all the time without an A/C unit. I was actually really hesitant to want to stay here after I was charged twice for my deposit. The deposit for us to stay here was $300 so when I was charged $600 to reserve a room I haven't even stayed in you can imagine how I felt! When I emailed the manager he said there was only one charge on file and said to take it up with my credit card company. In additional messages the tone he conveyed came across as defensive about the situation, reiterating that he never charged me twice. I asked the credit card company if there is ever an instance where a charge can be made twice where it isn't authorized by the vendor. They said no, credit card companies will not authorize any additional charges unless it's done on the vendor's side. After months of having the credit card company dispute my case for me, the extra $300 was taken off my statement. This indicates that the bungalows acknowledge there was a double charge. When I arrived I didn't know what to expect of the manager based on how he came across in our emails. When I met Greg in person though, he is a very nice, friendly guy. Very chill and relaxed and the opposite of what I imagined based on our previous correspondence. Unfortunately, I had to give a reminder to refund my deposit otherwise I would have lost the money I spent to reserve the room that apparently wasn't even reserved for me. Note that your deposit does not go towards your total rate. You will only get it back after you check out. If you cancel at any time your deposit is non refundable. I felt like my deposit was being held hostage during my stay and that if I did anything to irk the management I wouldn't get it back. You also are charged a cleaning fee on top of your total amount. While there are some good things about the beach bungalows, I don't think I'd stay here again because of the problems I had in reserving my room and the cleanliness in some of the rooms. Unfortunately the bungalows were definitely a bungled low in our trip to Hawaii.

Yelp
We can't say enough about this beautiful paradise! We happened to visit during one of the rainiest weeks in roughly 20 years. Flash flood warnings every day and little time to adventure too far. So- having this little slice of heaven on the beach made our vacation a success! The view and ambiance simply to-die-for! The accommodations pristine and the management so kind! If you have the opportunity to spend any amount of time here, you will truly create a memory that will last a lifetime.

Yelp
I was trying to plan a special stay-cation and the bungalows seemed perfect. My partner frequently surfs the north shore, and the location appeared just right. Over the span of a week- I emailed twice, sent a message on Instagram, and called multiple times. I was able to leave a voicemail once. I called again after no return call, and spoke to someone briefly who said they were not on the property and to call back in an hour. When I called back after the agreed wait time, there was no answer or option to leave a message. I have never been contacted back. We were extremely disappointed at the lack of customer service we received and couldn't recommend this location to friends or family either.

Yelp
At sunset, everyone gathers near the beach / deck to watch the sun go down. Great location near several beaches, groceries, the bus and snorkelling. Good value for the money.

Krissy H.

Yelp
Great location we got our room right on the beach it was nicely decorated. It was the oasis Bungalo unfortunately right underneath is the common area so a lot of people sitting there in tell about 10 o'clock at night so if you are looking for relaxing FYI on that also beds are hard as a rock and The cleanliness is not so great cupboards and drawers inside and out need to be wiped down quite nasty. Top of fridge hasn't been wiped down in some time. the windows really need to be washed badly. I don't think I am that much of a clean freak ok well maybe I am. I don't want to us anything come out of that filth, and they charge extra for cleaning

Yelp
This is our favorite get-a-way on the North Shore of Oahu. Quant and cute cottages on the beach. This last trip was a last minute booking for a tail end of a business trip. We stayed in Pikake Garden cottage. Cute and adorable studio with a kitchen. 50 steps to the beach and the perfect cozy room. Thank you Greg for your hospitality always an enjoyable time staying here!

Yelp
A total gem. I love this place so much, actually hesitant to even write the review for fear of everyone finding out how perfect it is... Let's start with the vista - you will not get a more expansive, clean, picturesque, seemingly private (although open to public), delightful beach on Oahu or north shore. If you are fortunate enough to be placed in one of the beach facing bungalows you will get the best views (breaching whale super highway in the winter, 12 rainbows on the first day) and walk straight out on to the beach. The bungalows location are perfectly set within all the action - food trucks, hikes, grocery store, pipeline, gas station, yoga, bike path, i.e. anything you need. Ideal for a low-fi, soothing, calm and restful holiday.

Yelp
I just called to make reservations - yes it's 10pm at night but that is when I do my best vacay booking! Well... the guy who answered the phone said " You're calling me at 10pm at night to book a room for one night?" Well yea sir- but no longer with you.

Yelp
We always enjoy our stay at Ke Iki Beach Bungalows. This property is at the end of the beach near the rocks of Ke Iki beach. Although beaches in Hawaii are open to the general public, it is one of the least crowded beaches on the north shore, in my opinion. As a guest to the resort, there is a outside shower and of course, your rooms are on the beach. So of the garden suites are on the interior of the property so there is not "ocean view" per se. But only steps away from the beach. Do not expect a Four Seasons resort. These are more like motels with full kitchens. They are adequate. No room service, towel change or anything like that. No AC either. But the kitchens have dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc. We always bring food to make our meals so we rarely leave the property. There is a Foodland market a mile or less away so you can pickup things you need (Coffee Bean and Tea is also here ). This place is more just about relaxing on the beach, watching the waves and enjoying peace and serenity. I would have given 5 stars but we did have something odd happen on our stay. Someone from the beach came to our unit and asked us if he could use the bathroom. With the popularity of the beach, you have more people coming and going, so I hope this won't become a problem of security on property. There is a security camera, but I would highly recommend you always lock your doors when you are not in sight.

Yelp
I have stayed at a lot of 4 and 5 resorts and I will tell you this is one of those dream spots you don't want to tell anyone about but you have to because it's just that good. We spent a week over thanksgiving in the Hibiscus 2 bedroom beach cottage on the north shore and it was amazing. The beach is out your back door and perfect every day. There is a open deck area and teak table and chairs for each property as well as 2 sun / lay out chairs. There is a outside shower for the sand as well as hammocks in the palm trees on the beach. The unit is designed well and has 2 separate bedrooms and one bath. Bedroom one faces the ocean. The second is toward the front of the house. The beds are queens and very comfortable. Linens were crisp and clean. No maid service for the unit and that's fine. Your on the north shore anyway. Rest. Beach. Eat. Repeat. The bathroom is spacious and has a typhoon flow of water in the shower. Loved it. The entire unit is impeccable and clean. The kitchen has a oven and range, refrigerator and freezer. There is a toaster and blender and microwave. Fully stocked kitchen utensils and plates, cups and spoons. Foodland grocery store is a block away as well as fresh fruit stands and the legendary north shore food trucks. The grounds are made up of numerous bungalows and extremely well kept. There is coin operated washer and dryer for the unit for towels and your clothes. The property is gates which is nice and reassuring when you really want to leave every door and window open in the first place. It is very tranquil and was sold out the week we were there yet we barely knew anyone was on site which I loved. The property owner / manager is Greg who was a very nice and helpful person to myself and our family. Not one negative to say. I will make you aware 1. No air conditioning yet every room has ceiling fans and floor fans. We never had one issue with temperature. It was perfect yet we were there in November so maybe a little humid during summer. 2. The beach is my favorite but you should know it has 3' surf one day and 25' the next. If you have little ones, they will not be safe to play in this every day. Some days but when the season for big waves come. There huge. But a tip is it is still 200% nicer then anywhere in Waikiki and on big wave days , go to Ko Olina and snorkel in flat coves and the kids can play safely. Problem solved. 3. Last but not least ... You won't want to come home. You will want to never leave. You will spend most of your time calculating how to live there.

Yelp
PERFECT VACATION RENTAL - on the windward/leeward interface, beautiful picturesque not-too-crowded beach is nice for swimming. Rooms are great, tastefully decorated, clean and appointed. GORGEOUS LANDSCAPING!!! Friendly and helpful manager. Full kitchen and nearby Foodland and Coffee Bean and Tea within 1/2 mile. Halfway between Haleiwa and Kahuku makes all available things nearby. Skip Turtle Bay and other resorts --- this is a much better experience! This is as close as it comes to paradise. Come, enjoy, inhale, chill, de stress and have some active fun!

Fiona D.

Yelp
We loved our stay & wished we had more time & stayed longer. 5 of us stayed in one of the bungalows on the beach. Such a beautiful place! You won't want to leave

D M.

Yelp
Such a great location and accommodations. Greg the property manager is friendly and super helpful. The bungalows are clean and have anything you would need for a short getaway or longterm vacation. We've stayed here at the perfect North Shore property a couple of times and can't wait to go back. Close to grocery stores and restaurants and a semi-private beach. Highly recommended.

Nikki S.

Yelp
We loved the bungalow and location on the North Shore. We stayed in the White Ginger, it's the closest one to the road so in the morning the road noise is a little loud. It's also connected to another unit and above is the managers unit. The walls are sorta thin so you can hear others around you but it didn't bother us. The unit was the perfect size for us (2) but we had an extra room also. Only one bedroom had mini split AC. The beach directly behind is beautiful but it is a beach with shorebreak so keep that in mind. Everything is so close to the bungalows and the grounds here are kept clean and are very nice. If we ever make it back to Hawaii we will stay here! The only thing we wish was different was that the bungalow had a comfortable couch. The couch is like wicker with a very thin cushion. Besides that we wouldn't change a thing. If you can catch one, deff get a beachfront bungalow! Maybe next time we can!

Mandy V.

Yelp
Great place to stay with family. Beautiful beach, and gorgeous views. Perfect place to get away on the island. The bungalows have everything you need. The managers are so nice. We have our family reunion there and the kids LOVE IT!

Sonya O.

Yelp
Love this place! So close to the sand. Best beach on the island. The rooms are a bit vintage-- that's the charm!! Quaint. Clean. Roomy. And did we mention it's the best beach on the island!?!?!? Food markets close by. And did we mention that beach????

Meredith M.

Yelp
This was such a great place! Not too fancy but clean and beautiful. Had everything you would need except groceries and booze!! We had a large group and stayed in one of the garden view bungalows, which was a short little walk through the garden to beach. The owner was so relaxed and accommodating to us. Perfect little place in my book. If we make it back to Hawaii again I would certainly return.

Kim H.

Yelp
Just moved here in August and have stayed here 3 times, I love it! Right on the beach- CHECK. clean- SUPER CHECK. Comfortable- extremely BIG CHECK. Over all, the bongalows are kitchen equpit apartments with great beds, spacious common areas and something unique about each one. Prices are great, especially for what you are getting... The only down side is, it is a bit difficult to find, oh, I guess that means it's a hide-a-away, and not a downside at all!

Jean L.

Yelp
Just like another reviewer, I also want to keep these bungalows to myself. If you're a person that likes to vacation in big cities, stay at big hotel resorts that have room service, like to eat out everyday, be near a ton of shopping and people, etc. this is not the place for you. This place is opposite of what Waikiki is. The bungalows are casual and comfortable. The beach is just outside your door if you're lucky enough to get the oceanfront rooms. The only downside to these rooms is that the lanai/patio is open so you share it with the other guests, although each rental has it's own bench and table. There are a couple of hammocks hanging between some of the trees just past the lanais. Me+hammock+beach = perfect vacation. This is possibly my most favorite place ever.

Carly R.

Yelp
I'm going to have to agree with Julianad C. This place had beautiful views, clean rooms, and would have been pretty much perfect if it hadn't been for unwanted guests on our porch. Definitely NOT the romantic experience that was advertised. It was almost as if we had the communal porch that was the sole walk-through for other guests. Not only were we awoken at 5am in the morning by guests talking two feet from the bedroom window, but we also had a couple of potential guests peep in our windows while we were making breakfast. Our chat with Greg was a similar experience. No apology, just a handshake for the road. I think the management should consider setting better boundaries for their so-called "romantic" bungalows, and not let prospective guests roam around freely.

Matthew M.

Yelp
Hands down the place to stay when coming out on island. Avoid the BS of Honolulu and enjoy a home away from home in these quant bungalows right on sunset beach. Friendly service, no hassles. Will defiantly be making my way back!

Tiffany S.

Yelp
Wow , no reviews this year, kind of surprised. This place is awesome. We booked in Waikiki and when we got there I was not even going to stay there, this is not Hawaii to me. So got out the IPad and found Ke Iki....omg, beyond expectation. The manager held our condo verbally, had it ready when we got here. I needed help printing something, he helped me. Foodland is close so you can buy groceries. Turtle beach is ten minutes away.... What more could you want? We had never been to Oahu before and will definitely be back!! Private beach adjacent to the property, no AC as people have stated. We have a box fan so it helps, if you come in the summer months it might be an issue, but in October it's perfect. Seriously feel blessed to have found this p,ace, and like everyone else I want it kept secret too!! :)

Patty B.

Yelp
The rooms are a good size, the beach is at the end of the bungalows, and the foodland is around the corner. The only downfalls are that you can hear everyone since you have to keep the windows open (no AC), and there was a lot of sand on the bed itself. I know we're right next to the beach and sand is unavoidable, but the beds could use a good vacuum. Although there are no ACs the rooms aren't overly hot. There are fans in the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms.

Randa S.

Yelp
We had an absolutely magical stay at Ke Iki for our 30th anniversary trip to the islands. From the moment of our arrival, we were welcomed and felt embraced in the history and spirit of this lovely hideaway. Greg upgraded us to the Orchid Suite, absolutely the most beautiful and romantic spot we have ever stayed. Our room was gorgeous, with a sweeping view of the beach. We had massages on the patio, BBQ'd local fish each night and slept so soundly with the surf as our lullaby. Each morning we awoke to a symphony of birds singing the day in - pure joy! Our neighbors were fun and friendly, the hammocks, and the beach were inviting and incredible. We were just so relaxed and happy - it was perfect in every way!!! As a side note, I left my pareo (beach coverup) hanging in the bathroom, probably because I was so relaxed! I contacted Greg the next day and after we got home he sent a nice email and told me to expect a package soon. Long story short - he wasn't able to locate mine, but sent me two beautiful new pareos, with pretty carved hearts, and also some lovely island soap! What a wonderful, kind and classy guy!!!, and what an unexpected and welcome surprise to be the recipient of such generosity! We can't wait to return!!!

Yelp
If you are looking for FANCY . THIS IS NOT YOUR PLACE .. SUNSETS .. low key .. and right on the beach .. it's your place! I read the reviews .. it's HAWAII OK .. humid .. bugs .. etc come with the Hawaii .. but if you have a desire to hang a little local .. have a kitchenette and to cook a little for yourself ..walk right out to the beach and the whales when they are there .. walk the beach to the pipeline .. see surfing on the pipeline .. and do what Hawaii is all about on the North Shore .. you will be happy here .. sometimes you have to clean a little .. it is on the beach afterall .. sand silt etc

Yelp
Greg Gerstenberger is the owner and manager of the one hotel and also manages the many bungalows along that side of the road but they have different owners. I stayed in the hotel/bungalow he owns and has named after the movie that was filmed in that room...I'm forgetting the name it's been too long. So! We had the room for two nights and they only had us down for one night. They did not call and let us know of any misunderstanding, we came back to the room to find all of our things gone! We thought we'd been robbed but really he packed our stuff and put it out on the deck on his apartment (onsite). I was so beyond upset. He admitted his mistake but still charged our credit card. I regret not having taken more action but at least if anyone visits this site, they'll know not to stay here. I still have the key for that room so your safety is no priority of his. Its crazy people run a business like this...crazy!

Peter L.

Yelp
Really would like to give this just one star and scare off others so booking in the future would not be an issue. I can see how some people may have had issues with other guests but by the same token it can go the other way and having good neighbors can make this a great experience, There is no service, this is all about location, location, location. 1 min to Pipeline, 10 min to Haleiwa. Great family spot and looking forward to booking again soon.

Yelp
Wonderful bungalows right on the beach! Great value for the price, laid-back, very comfortable size inside, and nice outdoor space. The sound and breeze from the ocean is fabulous!

Yelp
Place is awesome! Best beach on the north shore. If you are expecting white glove service this place is not for you. If you are desiring a laid back relaxing beachfront condos with breathtaking sunsets this is it. Chill out and enjoy the Aloha Spirit because it's here.

Yelp
Adorable furnishing, clean rooms, a view to die for. We sat on our lanai and watched the surf roll in and out for hours,it was so relaxing! There was a gentle breeze creasing us and the sweet scent of plumeria filled our senses. This is truly paradise. The beach in front of the bungalows is very private and the water is sparkling! Skip the high priced Resorts and stay away from Waikiki, this is true Hawaii! The rooms are large, we had a full kitchen 2 bedrooms, we only used one and a living room area, but we spent all our indoor time on the lanai until we went to sleep at night. Greg and his wife run this place and they really put their heart and soul into it,

Yelp
I located Ke Iki Beach Bungalows on Yelp, as a resident of Oahu, I wanted a relaxing and special place to relax with my girl friend. ke Iki Beach is a gem on an island where tourists and locals alike get hung up with large hotels and crowed locations. We all forget what a beautiful place this island is and how our thought process is to stay at a conventional resort. We vacation for peace and solitude along with the ability to exercise in an environment which is so unique. Running on the 7 mile beach in morning is priceless. The swimming is amazing in the worlds largest salt bath, it rejuvenates your soul. Snorkeling at sharks cove is a gift that makes you want more of this natural wonderland. Greg is a gracious host, a kindred soul who is blessed with having a place such as Ke Iki Beach to call home. I think about a vacation differently, to cook after a great day of enjoying the aina (land) and then take in a great sunset. Mahalo Greg for the time to recharge - We will continue to visit, since it takes only 30 minutes to get there from home. Mahalo and Aloha Yuko & Charles

Yelp
We rented a two and a three bedroom apartment These are not bungalows; however, they are wonderful apartments. The two bedroom was slightly above ground level. Both of the bedrooms had sliding glass doors to the lanai, which had a table for outdoor eating. This unit does not have a dishwasher or disposal. It didn't matter, it was a wonderful apartment. The three bedroom unit is on the top level. You could see the ocean and the beach, as well as a great view of the development. The lanai is accessed from the kitchen/dining area. In addition to the dining area, this lanai also has an outdoor seating that includes a couch, two chairs, and a coffee table, all with cushy cushions. The kitchen is wonderful, an island, a dishwasher, and a disposal. There is a master suite with a bath and two bedrooms, one additional bath. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two twin beds The apartments and the grounds are immaculate. The beach, which is steps away from these units, is the most beautiful beach I have ever seen. It is almost like a private beach, almost no one used it except for us. The manager, Greg, is wonderful and very responsive. Overall, I would highly recommend this place. You can walk to the grocery store (.5 miles), there is a running/walking/biking path. And did I mention the beach?? This is food truck central. Honolulu is within a reasonable driving distance. The boys went there several times, including going to the zoo. This is definitely where you want to be.

Yelp
This place was awesome. I'm a little hesitant in writing this review since I really don't want any one to know about this place because it's such an awesome place I don't want to share. But I think other people should experience the awesomeness of this place!! I won't go into too much detail since I don't think my review would do this place justice. All I will say is that if you don't want to deal with those huge resorts and big hotels and you just want something in a remote part of the island, and want to get away from the city (about 45mins away) then this is the place. Just go and relax and sit on the beach and enjoy the sunsets or sunrises then walk a few steps back to your bungalow and make breakfast or dinner and have a glass of wine and unwind. Awesome. Can't wait to go back.

Yelp
I would give the location and the property 5 stars but the interior only 3. The property is in an idyllic section of beach, nice touches like the hammocks and the beach palapa make it feel like your own private beach. The sunset views from the property are amazing! However the rooms are in need of an update and a deep clean- more like a best western inside. Nice set up with all the furniture and kitchen supplies but again everything seemed a bit worn. Oh and the ac was only in one of the bedrooms which I thought a bit odd. I would stay here again for the location if I got a good deal...

Yelp
Pros: Great place right on the beach with multiple bungalows available for rent. Island furnishing and decent sized bungalows with full kitchens. Manager on property. Decent parking stalls available. Crispy cool and clean waters off a somewhat private beach. Cons: no air conditioners in rooms, ceiling fans only! beds are hard. walk to water from bungalows is a good 50 yards. We came here for a wedding and it was beautiful, ceremony on the sand and reception up at the bungalows. Only disturbing part was unknown guests staying at the other bungalows coming into the party and trying to take food.

Yelp
We got married here 2 years ago and had a great time. It's some of the best Hawaii has to offer. Simple, quaint, beautiful, clean beach with warm clean and clear water. Romantic sunsets everyday. There was a communal space for our rehearsal dinner and for after parties where our friends came to hang out. Our room was truly beach front access, not a 15 minute walk through a giant hotel lobby like in Waikiki, where I grew up. No concrete jungle or parking madness to deal with. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Great place right on the beach. Supremely convenient place to stay in the neighborhood. I wish that we'd stayed here longer. This was by far the best place that we stayed on our trip. It was awesome to be able to walk up the beach to watch the surf competitions. The waves were epic, and the neighbourhood was quiet.

Yelp
Another amazing stay. We never want to leave. So relaxing on a gorgeous, quiet beach and so close to everything you'd want to do in North Shore. The rooms are perfect and breezy and clean. Gorgeous grounds and it really is right on the beach.

Yelp
This place was great. We were right on the beach so we spent our mornings watching whales jump out of the ocean. Anything we needed the manager provided no problem. We saw rainbows every day, and the sounds of the ocean to lull you to sleep. Evenings we used the BBQ and enjoyed fresh fish. A marked is right down the street. The room was clean and the beds were super comfy!!

Yelp
We had a wedding here and it was the best 3 days ever. Annie is an amazing caterer/event planner! Our wedding was BETTER than we imagined it could be. She definitely knows what she is doing. She is an artist. We rented out all the bungalows so it was nice and private. After the wedding was over my family members were already planning future stays. I know the groom and I will be back many times for sure.

Yelp
Ke Iki Beach Bungalows is awesome! We stayed with 3 other couples from Jan 3-11, 2015. We had two of the two bedroom bungalows. This was our third time staying on the North Shore - we had rented a beachside home from VRBO and also stayed at the Turtle Bay Resort Ocean Villas. This was by far the most economical choice on the North Shore and the accommodations are fantastic. Walking distance to Ted's Bakery, the local Foodland market and great snorkeling at Shark's Cove and Three Tables. Greg (manager) is super laid back and very chill. Rooms are clean and kitchens are well equipped. One of the couples in our group already booked for Summer 2016. North Shore is a hidden gem.

Yelp
Just stayed in the Bird of Paradise oceanfront bungalow this past Saturday and had an awesome time! The bungalows are fabulous and having an oceanfront unit was amazing for beach activities, grilling, and watching the sunset. My friends all had a great time and some have already booked a bungalow for later this summer! The owner, Greg, was wonderful!! Thanks for making my birthday so special :)

Yelp
Excellent location around the corner from great snorkeling in a laid back lush setting!

Yelp
If your looking for a quiet time in Paradise, then Ki Iki Beach Bungalows is for you! We had our daughters wedding here a few weeks ago and we couldnt have been happier. The views are breathtaking from each of the ocean front bungalows. The manager Greg is awesome! Anything you need or any information about the island, he is there for you. The bungalows are clean, the beds are very comfortable, and there is even a washer and dryer on the property if you need it. There is a foodland right down the street within walking distance and a starbucks right next door to it. I recommend getting the Foodland "card" for great discounts. I saved over 200 during the week we were there. Will definitely be going back in the near future!!!!!!

Yelp
What a great place this is. The cottages are clean and modern, but more like the places you went to with your family as a kid. Old style and great. The manager Greg was the best. Neat guy, helpful, always readily available. The only down side is this place is SO popular you have to book way in advance. Do it! Nothing better around there.
