I had a mixed experience with the staff. Marta, one of the bartenders, asked me to step away from the bar since it’s for ordering only, but the way she said it came across as very blunt and dismissive. A simple polite explanation would have gone a long way. On the other hand, Angie, another bartender, addressed the same thing but did so respectfully and with a positive attitude. She even explained that Marta speaks this way to everyone. My feedback is that consistency matters, when one staff member is courteous and another is unnecessarily abrasive, it leaves guests with a negative impression.

It was definitely the best bar I have visited in Sofia. The drinks were great, and the staff very friendly. The design and the interior was just beautiful.

K.E.B.A. is a great place for drinks. The space was beautifully designed, with three distinct rooms to choose from. Two of them even allowed smoking. The drinks were spot on, and the atmosphere was really pleasant, especially in the outdoor area. There was a 20 leva entrance fee, but it included a DJ set. The only downside was that the door staff wasn't friendly at all and in general the security staff that were walking around had a bit of an aggressive attitude, but overall, it was a lovely experience.

TL,DR: The staff here is unnecessarily rude and demands tips. It's October 11th, time is 20:00-21:00. Me and an American friend of mine come here and go to the bar outside where the bartender (short hair, small beard, skinny with glasses on) is preparing at least two orders (visibly tense and spilling ice on the floor at least twice). While preparing the orders, he asks my friend what he wants and he says he'd like a Vodka Martini, which the bartender prepares not too long after. After preparing the drink he looks at me and addresses me, asking what I want. I said "the same as my friend, a Vodka Martini" to which the bartender almost rolls his eyes saying "Why didn't you say so earlier when I was making this one?" to which I reply he hadn't asked me what I want. This sudden change of attitude shocked me a little. My friend goes to pay by card and the bartender shows the POS terminal device asking for a tip, and I click on the "No tip" option, because at this point I was not at all happy with the demeanor and quality of service, considering the bartender's attitude and him throwing a tantrum. He immediately turns to me saying "Why no tip? Why no tip?" to which I explain the situation and what I didn't like about the service, while the bartender started defending himself, arguing with me saying my American friend was the one giving the tip since he was paying for the both of us (basically trying to extort an American for tips). Question is - why is there an aggressive demand for tips from bartenders and servers at this bar and why are customers always questioned why they don't want to tip? Especially with such rude and completely unorganized staff? I've been here with friends before and this has been a recurring thing - bartenders and servers always demand a tip in a very accusing manner, and on the rare occasion I don't tip, I am aggressively questioned as to why I don't want to. Is this the kind of people you hire to represent your bar? No sense of hospitality whatsoever... I'm really disappointed

A great semi-outdoor bar with nice music and great cocktails. Lots of choice and the drinks come very fast. Service is great, went there two times, different servers - both were super attentive and friendly. Well recommended.

Amazing night. The cocktails and shots were fantastic. The atmosphere was super relaxed and chill. Our server, Vasil, was incredibly friendly. I can highly recommend.

One of those bars where everybody looks like a supermodel but the drinks are sub-standard. You want to come here to meet people, but in terms of quality, Sofia has to offer much more.

Keba is truly a great spot when it comes to cocktails. The drinks were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The staff was attentive, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do—it really shows in the atmosphere. It’s a trendy place mostly preferred by a young, energetic crowd, and the vibe is modern and enjoyable. I was very satisfied with everything and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking to have a quality night out!
