OG nasi uduk but honestly, taste was just so so. The rice itself was fragrant and tasty. Priced at 4k idr per small portion (I ate 3 portions lol). Had fried chicken and it was nice, but nothing spectacular. Tahu was nice! But the sambal was not spicy at all :( Located in a small and crowded alley, you might want to take a public transportation. Parking is available with limitation.

One of the legend kebon kacang aromatic rice because the signage claimed it was from 1967. The place located in quite narrow street so it was difficult to park a car. At the entrance of the semi outdoor dining area you need to pick your dishes like the chicken, tofu, tempe, etc. While waiting for the to fried the chicken, the staff will prepare the signature aromatic rice/nasi uduk. It will be served in a whole plate in a small portion (wrapped in banana leaves) and also you will get the nutty sambal. Overall, the taste of the meals were just okay, I do like the nutty sambal though. The price for the rice is 4k/portion, 23k/chicken, 4k for fried tofu.

Acceptable taste but expensive.. 7 small portion of nasi uduk, 1 ayam goreng, 1 slice of paru2 and 5 small prawn…3 bottle tea. Rp126000.

Love the crusine here. The original taste nasi uduk. The food so delicious we enjoy so much. They serves fresh and hot. If you in Jakarta must try.

I was looking for some good Nasi Uduk in Central Jakarta, and Google recommended this one. Located on a narrow street and not a main road so you have to be careful when looking for the address. For the place is not too big, only can accommodate up to +/- 50-70 people in one time What is unique here is the rice. uses the rice is wrapped in leaves so it tastes more fragrant Minus: The rice is small sized, so you won't be satisfied with just 1 rice. I really don't get the high rating here, first of all.. the chicken isn't fresh and has this smell, Uduk just not fragrant. I don't finish my meal, and after our dinner one of my friend literally puke (proven that the food is not fresh). So bad.

Nasi uduk so delicious, you can enjoy it plain without side dish. You may order chicken, tofu, tempeh, and satay all fried, plus peanut sauce and chilli on it make it so tasty 👌🏽
