Price : We stay on 3Bedroom villa with private pool, the last minute stay and booking is directly via Hotel, and the payment is cash during arrival, its very helpful and convenient. As a family of 4 (2 adults + kids aged 12 & 15) we found the villas to be great. They are far enough away from the action to be quiet & relaxing yet only a short bike ride/walk to the restaurants/bars. The pool was excellent (deep- which we loved!) and the outdoor living area was lovely. The beds were comfortable (on the firm side but fine for us) and the breakfast selection was varied and tasty! On the downside the hot water takes a while to kick in (just be patient) but in the hot weather it’s not too much of an issue. Overall I would definitely recommend Kelapa villas!

This is the best accommodation experience I’ve ever had! The villas were incredible and the staff were so so helpful and friendly. I am so sad we had to leave!

Beautiful villa with very accomodating staff who organised activities and bikes for us whilst we stayed. The restaurant staff were also really lovely. Gym facilities were really good. The pool was great and it's nice having a semi outside living area. A few negatives tho: no hot water, some of the beds were super squeaky to the point where if you roll over in the middle of then night it would wake you up. The wifi doesn't work half the time and the service is on emergency a lot meaning you have no way of contacting people.

We stayed as two couples and had a spectacular time at Kelapa. Ren the manager was ready to help our every need straight away and helped us book bikes and trips. She went as far as confirming we didn't pay too much when we booked others on our own. The villa itself was clean, tidy and exactly what we were looking for. The pool is huge but rather deep for the most part so you'll want to keep an extra eye on children. The Kelapa boys would come by to clean the place every morning about 10-11am and did an excellent job. They were very polite and made sure not to go into your room to clean without asking first. I gave one less star on location because it's in the heart of the island where it's much quieter. If you're looking for a night out you'll definitely need a bike or carriage arranged, otherwise you can expect a long walk home. Stayed here for about over a week for our time on Gili Trawangan, and I'll say from entering it was absolutely beautiful. Rooms were well taken care of, staff cleaned and took care of everything with a smile and courteously. Pool was great, and well taken care of. Staff were especially lovely and helpful. Always with a smile and go the extra mile for anything needed. Breakfast and lunch was very nice! Highly recommend the banana pancake, smashed avocado toast, or breakfast burritos. Beautifully located in the middle of the island so you're always just about a 10-20 minute walk at Max from anything.

I can't say other than that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this villa during my holiday on Gili Trawangan. We had the two-bedroom villa. The bedrooms were functionally furnished and both had outdoor showers. The outdoor shower was lovely. The shower was hot. The pool was very inviting (and let's face it: from your bed straight into the pool, doesn't it add to the holiday feeling?). The villa also has a large living room. Lovely! We sat here regularly and . we had breakfast every day. With great pleasure this was provided by one of the staff. They were so friendly and helpful, thanks for that! They have extensive offerings for breakfast. The night before the next day you can tell them by whatsapp and they will bring it the next day. Very nice! (You also have the option of eating breakfast at the restaurant). Then some pluses: - plenty of towels - plenty of beach towels - enough soap, body lotion etc - good cleaning The location of the villa is nice. Ours was located on a quiet part of the property. The location of the holiday park is good. You walk straight to the sunset part of Gili T. You can easily seek out the crowds, but you don't have to. Then lastly, the friendliness of the staff. I have not been able to catch a single staff member behaving unfriendly. They are all so friendly and that really adds to the experience of your holiday. One comment: We had booked a tour. This could have been better in terms of communication in my opinion. We had different expectations. This is also due to the communication. Otherwise fine!

My family of four stayed give nights at Kelapa Villas. Our villa was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a private pool. The veranda living room and kitchen are perfect for meals, games or great conversations. It is the perfect place for a family, two couples, or even two families in one of the larger villas. The staff was very kind and attentive, and they arranged seamless transfers to/from Lombok airport. The location on Gili T was good too - far enough from the hubbub, but still within walking distance of restaurants and a short bike ride (<15 minutes) from any spot on the island.
