Kellerwald-Edersee National Park

It was a decent place I hike here for six hours The view is beautiful, but not that very amazing

The day was so good.. I had the Disability Scooter and this ment that l could join the family for the adventure in the forest..We walked to the church.. It was the first time I used a Scooter and l am thinking perhaps other places should offer this facility for Free too..

You have to pay 3€ to park but its a great park

The Kellerwald-Edersee National Park (German: Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee), CDDA-No. 318077)[2] in the North Hessian county of Waldeck-Frankenberg is a national park, 57.38 km²[1] in area, that lies south of the Edersee lake in the northern part of the low mountain range of the Kellerwald in the German state of Hesse. Since 25 June 2011 the beech forested area of the national park has been part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site known as Primeval Beech Forests of the Carpathians and the Ancient Beech Forests of Germany.

If you like forests and canyons. Streams and wildlife this is the place to be. Exceptional beauty and peaceful.

When there's water, it's wonderful, everything close and integrated to nature. When the water goes, plenty of charm goes, too.
