We walked in having no idea what to expect to leaving with big smiles with a perfect customized hat made specifically for my wife. She made the entire process fun and approachable. I was absolutely thrilled with the customer service at the Jackson location. I purchased my hat and then returned to correct it 24hrs later (they were out of the silk color I needed during my initial visit). They couldn't have been more kind and helpful and truly wanted me to be 100% thrilled with my choices. Zero pressure, zero haste. Thank you, I will certainly visit again any time I'm in town. Came in on a busy Saturday. At first it was a little chaotic and all the employees were engaged with others so I took a lap. As soon as I saw one no longer busy I went up and asked my long shot question - do you have anything in a 7-7/8. It is an impossibility for me to find a hat in my size. What I end up doing is getting a 7-5/8 and then steaming and using a hat stretcher and it ends up looking like hot garbage. I just got some inheritance money so I was ready to get a hat made to fit my enormous head. The guy that ended up working with me Mark jumped right into the back and brought out 3 options including their last 8. Turns out that's what I needed. We talked about what kind of bend I wanted and he shaped it right away. We looked at the crown and I went with the modern pinch style. We went on to bands and he showed me some vintage horse lead leather bands and I was sold. Then we went to feathers and I have always put turkey feathers in my hats and they had two varieties so I went with both. I am over the moon with my hat. It fits perfect, it looks great, and honestly it's a confidence booster. I love how rugged they are and weather proof. I went a little simpler than a lot of hats you see coming out of there but they tailored the experience to me. It was perfect.

My entire bridal party went to Kemo Sabe to make hats as my gift to them to remember the wedding week in Jackson! Haley, Gia and the whole crew at Kemo Sabe Jackson were INCREDIBLE to work with. I came here as I saw this place on Tik tok and knew I wanted to surprise my hubs with a special hat experience and to get him a customization opportunity. We were greeted and given guidance. The friendly associate tried so hard to find a hat that worked for my hubs but we just couldn't find the right fit for him in store. They do offer custom orders but I wanted to ensure he got the perfect hat in person. So thankful that the young lady was so helpful though.

This was such a cool boutique that allows you to build your own hat and customize it in so many ways. This particular seems to be more for women but they do have many options for men too. There was live music and a bar on the second floor which made the vibes really cool.

This shop was on my bucket list the moment I booked my vacation to Jackson Hole. I came to the store on a Monday night around 2 hours before close and they helped me out right away. Gracie, my stylist was a HUGE help in bringing my vision to life. I told her my budget, showed her some pictures, and we were off to the races. My experience took less than an hour, but you could spend a lot of time in this store creating your hat or browsing.

Kemo sabe is such a cute and fun store! Definitely be ready to drop some money if you're coming here with the intention of purchasing but it's also part of the vibe/making a hat as an event. I got a $350 base Stetson hat but with add ons came out to $480 total. In my opinion worth it!

Every location of theirs we have been to including the pops ups. Everyone has been so nice and helped us find the perfect pieces we never leave empty-handed the quality is always super amazing and worth the price. We love how customizable everything is too if you get a chance you definitely have to stop in!

Wow just wow!!! Nothing but great things to say about this place. We came at about 5 pm and was greeted by the bar tender asking if we would like complimentary drink, and of course we did! Then we waited a little bit while we were looking at hats to pick and for someone to help us. I was greeted by Haley and have nothing but great things to say. She was awesome and so attentive to me and my group. This was my first time making a custom hat so I had no idea what do to or what I wanted but I saw her a picture of something I liked and she helped me bring it to life. We first tried on different hats and of course they were different prices. The hats can range from 350-1000 dollars. She was very patient and really walked me through each step to show me what I was able to put on my hat and what would look good and what didn't. I really had the best experience here and would bring others back. After our hats were done we went upstairs to the bar and that was a lot of fun to take pictures and enjoy the band that was there as well. If you are looking for a great experience to make your hat come here and ask for Haley!

The crew that runs the shop is the real deal, and the merchandise is all either made in house or purchased from other handmade artisans. Really enjoyed hanging out at this location, it's an upscale Tecovas with way more cool stuff to resist impulse buying.

The friendly employees are knowledgeable and have a consultative approach to helping you choose the right option for your style/needs. They can even shape a hat in store if they don't have a style with the color preference you want, ready to go. There is street parking or it's easy to walk to, as it's located in the main part of town.

Was so excited to go to Kemo Sabe as I've been to the one in Aspen. There were a few sales person standing around No one asked me if I needed anything. When I asked female in the back for assistance she said oh you to go to Front and look for yourself not attentive, was not helpful at all very unfriendly. They need to work on customer service be more attentive to customers. This is nothing compared to the Aspen location which was a great experience.

My husband and I were searching for a hat on our trip. We knew it would be an investment. We went to 3 other hat stores just to be sure. We returned to Kemo Sabe. No other stores selection or customer service compared. They take their time helping you find the size, style & shape. Will be upfront about pricing just ask & tell them the budget you want to stay in. They start at $300ish & go up from there. And fully customizable. The hat, branding & feathers are included in one price. Add ons are bands & other accessories. Haley was so great to work with. Not overpriced or over hyped.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Came in today to spend money and buy a few hats but no one pays attention to you or acknowledge your presence unless your white and privileged. Guy at the door didn't say hi to us but said hi and payed attention to the two white ladies behind us. Waiting for someone to help me with the hats because it says "not to touch them" and for someone to "help" you with them. The two ladies got prompt service while we just stood there. Kind of disgusting, it's the 21st century. How about creating an environment where everyone is welcome?

Found a perfect hat! Had it outfitted as I desired and branded as requested. Very personal service, once you get an associate. To reduce the chaos, they will velvet rope the entrance to ensure everyone inside has their questions answered. I even went back another day to make a change, easy peasy.

Great service - didn't end up buying a hat, but was taken care of and offered exactly what I wanted while shopping.

***Update*** I spoke to the co-owner about what occurred during my visit in the store and she assured me the poor customer service does not align with their mission, culture and values and was sincere and took the matter very seriously and addressed immediately. I had scheduled an appointment to go back in today ti get sone hats, but unfortunately got food poisoning and could not make the trek from west Yellowstone back to Jackson. I will be visiting the store again as a direct result of the business owner's professionalism and handling of the negative experience. Hope to make it back soon to get some nice hats!

Caleb made me feel SO SPECIAL! I couldn't afford a new hat YET but because of him, i will be back! He did sell me accessories and feathers and even burned a cross on my hat and I am now addicted! We were helped by Caleb from Texas, and right from the get go, he was so insanely helpful and offered fantastic insight. His vision and craftsmanship are incredible!! They had tons of different hats to choose from and the quality was wonderful. :)

came to Yellowstone/jackson hole on my honeymoon. I wanted to get something to take home that would be memorable. Our 1st day in Jackson hole I came to this shop and the ladies were very warm and welcoming. I went home and the next day couldn't stop thinking about getting myself a hat, my husband drove out of his way so that we could get me a hat. while there my husband made a joke "if my name is Stetson, do I get a discount on a Stetson?" as my husbands name is Stetson. The guy helping us with a nasty attitude after being not some welcoming then replied "No, people who go iraq and fight for this country don't even get a discount." I would have been more than willing to go and spend some money there making a core memory with my husband however the employe had to go and make me feel like we didn't belong and he had no respect for anyone or anything. Judged is based off how we looked and assumed we couldn't afford anything, so I went somewhere else.
