From the moment I arrived, the experience felt exceptional. The reception was warm and professional, the room was elegant and spotless, and every detail reflected care. What truly stood out was the team, especially Raul and Williams at the door, who kindly carried my bags and opened the doors with genuine friendliness and helpfulness. It’s rare to feel both comfort and sincerity in service, and this hotel truly delivered that. I will definitely return and highly recommend it.

I had a great two-night stay at the hotel, and the warm welcome I received made it even better. Mr. Manos, the General Manager, was incredibly kind and made sure everything went smoothly. Ms. Nouf, the Assistant LIR Manager, was professional, friendly, and always helpful. Mr. Mohamed at the front office was also very welcoming and efficient.||Their genuine hospitality made me feel truly valued as a guest. I really appreciate the personal touch from the whole team and look forward to staying again.

This hotel is situated in an up and coming city which is living up to the expectations getting ready for its 2030 vision. The hotel is outstanding and excellent value for money. What you get for space is incredible. Nasim and rizvi have been excellent in terms of the level they clean the room too and the way they take time to ask for our needs and if we need anything replenishing and have taken time to show me how the coffee machine and air con work. My family are excited to see what this city has to offer and we are so pleased we chose this hotel to explore it from. Being a travel agent I would be recommending this hotel to my clients.

I was extremely disappointed with how I was treated at this spa. They refused to provide the service just because I’m pregnant — without asking anything about my overall health, fitness level, or how my pregnancy has been so far. They didn’t even try to understand if I was a suitable case or offer a safe alternative. It felt like a blanket judgment and not a professional, caring approach. Pregnant women deserve better than this kind of treatment. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting respectful and thoughtful care.i don’t recommend this spa for any women

Overall it’s a fantastic stay at this hotel. Very modern and elegant. Especially the staff is the key for this hotel success, I have been to many star hotels but this hotel has personalized service in all aspects, few members of staff like Ahmed, Cynthia, saed at the all day dining restaurant they are an asset to the property.

The buffet spread is quality and quantity. Shout out to Annaliza and Helen for their attentiveness and professionalism. Housekeeping is great too particularly Isaac for he his friendly and professional and Shaheed from room service making my stay pleasant. Thank you guys!
