I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, Especially Ragesh. The pool area, in particular, really stood out — it was spotless every day, with the staff constantly ensuring that sun loungers, towels, and the surrounding areas were clean and tidy. What really impressed me was how attentive everyone was; they were always around if you needed anything, but never intrusive. You could tell they genuinely cared about keeping the space relaxing and enjoyable for all guests. Overall, the combination of great service, cleanliness, and attention to detail made my stay truly enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again or recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a well-run, relaxing place to stay!

I came here to celebrate my birthday, and I absolutely loved it. It felt like a dream! I would heavily recommend it for anyone. Also a massive shoutout to Ragesh the lifeguard he’s was soo helpful and very welcoming and not just in making sure that we are safe and having fun, Hussain the Nai restaurant waiter he was such a funny and an amazing guy too he made sure the table was fully taken care of. Hala was such a lovely lady with a lovely smile. They all surprised me with a birthday cake without me even mentioning it! It was wholesome. Well done for the whole team. Best holiday and birthday I ever had. Will definitely come again!!

The hotel rooms were less than expected, and the rooms and bathrooms were full of tiny flying insects. The location is great, but the people spending time in the lobby were creepy as if they are just searching for somthing 😅 ، The level of cleanliness was average and not satisfactory. Overall, the experience was not the best, and I would not stay here again.
