I came here to celebrate my birthday, and I absolutely loved it. It felt like a dream! I would heavily recommend it for anyone. Also a massive shoutout to Ragesh the lifeguard he’s was soo helpful and very welcoming and not just in making sure that we are safe and having fun, Hussain the Nai restaurant waiter he was such a funny and an amazing guy too he made sure the table was fully taken care of. Hala was such a lovely lady with a lovely smile. They all surprised me with a birthday cake without me even mentioning it! It was wholesome. Well done for the whole team. Best holiday and birthday I ever had. Will definitely come again!!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay at the Kempinski Central Avenue. I was there in business but my wife took those days to relax and enjoy a restful time. The hotel location is perfect for those wanting to visit the heart of Dubai with direct access to the Dubai Mall and the Burj fountains. The only issue would be the traffic situation around The Mall in the late afternoon and evening which can make it a little difficult to get to and come back from other locations. But the choice of evening entertainment is so varied in the Mall area that there really is no reason to move. The hotel staff was amazing, with a very special mention to Iulia who was particularly attentive and professional. She really 'made' our stay. Thank you Iulia.

Wonderful experience! Leila was absolutely amazing — she, together with Salah, went above and beyond to help us with our unusual request. Everything was handled perfectly, and we’re truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism. A huge thank you to both of them! We’ll be more than happy to come back again.

Amazing pool temperature. The service from the swimming pool is very good. Lifeguard are doing very good job. The towel is very clean. We have a cold water for complimentary. The room is very good. The floor is very clean. Also lobby very big very comfortable stuff here. Thanks to Ragesh andsetty I will come back for my next vacation. See you soon.

The lunch & pool day at Nai was an unforgettable experience With full stunning view of burj khalifa the pool is very clean 🧼👌 The food / drinks 🍹 was authentic and incredible! Every dish was delicious and carefully prepared, reflecting high quality and attention to detail, The staff was extremely friendly and attentive big thanks to the lifeguard «  Ragesh and the waiter Rathiesh at Nai restaurant for their excellent service and for being friendly. 🫡 Highly recommended for everyone one
