I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was comfortable and enjoyable, but what truly made the experience stand out was the incredible service. I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and I must say the experience exceeded all my expectations. The food was absolutely amazing—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. From the appetizers to the dessert, each bite was a delight. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the outstanding service provided by Mr. Mahmoud. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. His warm hospitality and genuine care made us feel truly welcome. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food and exceptional service. A big thank you to the team—and especially to Mr. Mahmoud for making our visit so memorable!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the food throughout my stay was excellent – from the quality to the presentation. What made the dinners even more enjoyable was the outstanding service, especially from Ms. Nada from the Lounge. Wonderful and comfortable stay in one of the hotel’s tower suites. The service was exceptional and the staff were very friendly, especially to my jet-lagged and silly children. A towel elephant and kiddie slippers appeared in the room over night. Nada in the club lounge was particularly gracious and catered attentively to our many requests and answered all our questions about life in Dubai.

The amenities were gorgeous especially the pool which was the perfect temp and pristine! What makes this place special is the whole team who are so incredibly welcoming and lovely! I recently stayed at the Kempinski Central Avenue in August, and as always, it was a wonderful experience. The service here remains exceptional, and the staff goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The location is ideal for shopping and gives you easy access to a wide variety of restaurants.||||I’d like to give a special mention to William, the concierge, who was truly exceptional in assisting me with some shopping arrangements. There was an item I couldn’t find locally, and William went above and beyond by arranging to order it online and have it delivered directly to my room. That kind of personalized service really made a difference, and I’m grateful for his help.||||In summary, I highly recommend the Kempinski Central Avenue. It’s a lovely hotel with top-notch service, and I’ll definitely be returning.
