Great Hotel in a prime location! The customer service is amazing, the dinner buffet is delicious and the staff is friendly. The rooms are a little small but it’s understandable because it’s in a busy area.

Another fabulous stay at this hotel. We were greeted by the doorman, who kindly took out bags and escorted us to the reception desk. Musica helped us check in and explained our stay. The room was clean with a bath tub and a special window for privacy (if you’d like it). Thank you for a great stay!

I recently enjoyed a wonderful two-week stay at the Kempinski Hotel. While the cleanliness, prime location, and delicious breakfasts were all impressive, it was the exceptional staff that truly elevated my experience. ||Anthony, the manager, consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. At the concierge desk, Steven Jiang and Jeffrey were incredibly helpful, providing me with insider tips and arranging transportation that made exploring the city a breeze. ||I must also commend the outstanding work of your housekeeping team, particularly Hee Zhi Xin. My room was always impeccably maintained thanks to his dedication. Additionally, Hani and Sunny Zhao , with their warm smiles and friendly greetings each day, added a personal touch that brightened my stay. ||The entire staff's genuine kindness and professionalism created a truly welcoming and memorable experience. Wonderful stay in a warm welcoming environment. Feld like home after some days. Enjoyed the service and high standard. Rooms were cleaned and prepared to a perfect condition daily! Great breakfast and launch options.||Located at a lovely water front park with a lot of dining out locations. ||Just a 10 minutes stroll along the riverside to Solana Mall and several smaller malls across the street. |Just two minutes to line 10 subway. ||Great experience and would come back anytime!

The environment, geographical location are very good. Room was great, beds comfortable, and amenities were satisfactory. Many useful services such as gym. Most helpful and responsive staff. Will come back for business/ leisure again.

We reserved three rooms for three nights for our family. The location is close to many restaurants and the Capital Airport. The hotel is very clean. The housekeeper came to attend the room twice a day. We and our relatives participated in the New Year Eve banquet. The food was very good.

If you are a tourist, this hotel doesn’t serve you any purpose. There is no communication and service during the stay. We received no communication about the other functions that were happening in the hotel. We couldn’t even be picked up by taxi here and were given no assistance to find an option. In fact we were only told to leave the front of the hotel. There was no prior communication to us about road closures and functions which meant we missed the tour we had booked and lost a whole day. Rooms are also basic for 5 start with bathroom getting flooded every time you shower with a constant bad after smell. Smallest bathroom and basic robes and tv.
