Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates

I stayed at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates for 2 nights, and it was truly the best experience ever! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the food—everything we tried was delicious and of the highest quality. But what made the stay extra special was the pool experience. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and the service by the pool was exceptional. The staff made sure we had everything we needed and went out of their way to make us feel pampered. We left with amazing memories and can’t wait to return.

My husband and I travel to Dubai quite often and we love staying here because the customer service is top notch and the location is perfect. Being part of the Mall of the Emirates is so convenient. You'll find a Carrefour grocery store, a few pharmacies, and lots of luxury shopping - everything you need without leaving the property. ||||This is a great property that I would recommend to anyone who likes the extra touches. Thank you Mourad for always greeting us with a smile and a coffee, Heiki my lady in red that always has a great recommendation, and Hasan for always having our favorite room ready. You guys are the best.||||And you must try the new Italian restaurant Vera! Get the lobster pasta and the pistachio ice cream... so good!

I had a great experience at Salero. Carlo was very nice and helpful all the time, we had a great service, thank you Carlo! The show was amazing! You can feel the dancer and the guitarist are real professionals from Spain, we got the real vibes. We will come back for sure!
