Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates

I stayed at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates for 2 nights, and it was truly the best experience ever! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the food—everything we tried was delicious and of the highest quality. But what made the stay extra special was the pool experience. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and the service by the pool was exceptional. The staff made sure we had everything we needed and went out of their way to make us feel pampered. We left with amazing memories and can’t wait to return.

He consistently delivers a warm welcome to guests and handles inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude. One of my favorite hotels for over 12 years! I’ve been coming to this hotel regularly with my family, and my kids enjoy it every single time. The rooms and all the facilities are always clean and well-maintained. The level of cleanliness and service has stayed consistently excellent over the years, which is truly rare. I had a great experience at Salero! Perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good meal. The paella was delicious, full of flavour and cooked perfectly. Special thanks to Carlo for the amazing service, he was friendly, attentive, and really made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place!
