Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates

We had the best experience ever in this hotel. Our flights were cancelled and we needed somewhere to stay. Kempinski took us in. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast is excellent and the staff is the most caring staff I ever met. The pool was great and we were very well taken care of. We recieved several emails asking if they could do anything for us. Housekeeping provided us with everything we needed. The bed was really great. For me a bit on the high side so I really had to climb in. Thank you so much for keeping us safe and providing us with a home away from home.

One of the best hotels in the world that I recommend to everyone. Excellent service, clean and luxurious and the best location in Dubai.

We stayed at the hotel for a family holiday and to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was truly a memorable experience. Begum made every moment special. From the very first communication, she was attentive, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful with every detail. She ensured that all our requests were handled perfectly and that the birthday arrangements were beautifully set up. Her colleague, Nouhaila, was also very helpful and supportive throughout our stay. The room was well prepared, clean, and exactly as requested. All the arrangements were in place upon arrival, which made the celebration even more enjoyable. The only minor inconvenience was some noise near the reception area due to renovation works in the mall. However, aside from that, everything was excellent, and the service was truly outstanding. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

Definitely a great hotel with a convenient location connected to the Mall of Emirates. The service was great, decent breakfast and polite and efficient staff. The gym was the highlight at the hotel; modern machines, cool aesthetics and vibes, and other facilities. Our room was slightly smaller than what we expected and paid, but overall it was a great stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates. Everything was excellent, from the location to the overall service. I would especially like to thank Amir and Ahmad from the housekeeping team. They were extremely professional, kind, and attentive to details. Our room was always perfectly clean, well-organized, and very comfortable thanks to their efforts. Their positive attitude and dedication truly made a difference in our stay. Thank you to the management and the entire team for such a high level of hospitality. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is directly connected to the Mall of the Emirates, and its location is extremely convenient. Access to shopping, dining, and transportation is very smooth, and being able to enter the mall without going outside is a major advantage. This level of convenience is especially valuable during hot seasons or for short stays. The interior of the hotel feels clean overall, and the common areas appear to be well maintained. Rather than being overly flashy or luxurious, it is the kind of hotel where you can stay comfortably and feel at ease. I had no particular complaints about the facilities, and it seems well suited for both business trips and sightseeing. Another positive point is that the hotel houses several dining options, including restaurants that have received Michelin recognition. Having multiple quality restaurants within the hotel means you can enjoy good meals without having to go elsewhere, which is very convenient. Overall, the balance between location, cleanliness, and dining options is excellent, making this a very practical and easy-to-use hotel.

Stunning hotel, with great facilities and superb service. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming and catered to our every need! They provided a lovely 40th bday cake for my hubby, a lovely stocking from Santa on Xmas morning too for my son who was over the moon! The executive lounge is fantastic with a wide range of drinks and snacks all day long, we loved it! Only two things that would make it better, they should have some sort of kids club/play area. And also the pool is entirely shaded until around 1.30/2pm which was a bit of a shame especially as it’s cooler in temp, so pool days weren’t much of a thing. But didn’t bother us as we had plenty to do! Also the gym is the best gym we’ve ever seen!

Had a wonderful afternoon tea experience at Kempinski Hotel. The food was absolutely amazing—beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavor. Every item felt thoughtfully prepared and truly enjoyable. What made the experience even more special was the exceptional service. Lara, Ahmed, Tatiana, and Salma were outstanding—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their professionalism and care made us feel truly valued and relaxed throughout our visit. A perfect afternoon with great food and even better hospitality. Highly recommended!
