Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates

Stunning hotel, with great facilities and superb service. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming and catered to our every need! They provided a lovely 40th bday cake for my hubby, a lovely stocking from Santa on Xmas morning too for my son who was over the moon! The executive lounge is fantastic with a wide range of drinks and snacks all day long, we loved it! Only two things that would make it better, they should have some sort of kids club/play area. And also the pool is entirely shaded until around 1.30/2pm which was a bit of a shame especially as it’s cooler in temp, so pool days weren’t much of a thing. But didn’t bother us as we had plenty to do! Also the gym is the best gym we’ve ever seen!

Had a wonderful afternoon tea experience at Kempinski Hotel. The food was absolutely amazing—beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavor. Every item felt thoughtfully prepared and truly enjoyable. What made the experience even more special was the exceptional service. Lara, Ahmed, Tatiana, and Salma were outstanding—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their professionalism and care made us feel truly valued and relaxed throughout our visit. A perfect afternoon with great food and even better hospitality. Highly recommended!

Had an exceptional stay at the Aspen Challet overseeing Ski Dubai,, beautiful, cozy and lovely room that we very much enjoyed as a family, it almost felt like we were in another country. Yousef our Room Battler was great and accommodating. The entire process from booking with Omar and Mina, check in with Malek and later on at the check out, was very mooth and pleasant. The accessibility to Mall of the Emirates was very convenient and easy. Breakfast team and the VIP lounge hotel staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Not my last time for sure and I very much recommend it.

The staff truly exemplifies the excellence of this hotel. Mr. Rachit, overseeing housekeeping, provided exceptional assistance throughout my stay, going above and beyond to ensure utmost comfort. Mr. Aung from in-room dining, along with the gracious head of the department—whose attentiveness was unparalleled—meticulously catered to every order I placed with remarkable efficiency and care. The reception team was consistently accommodating and professional over the course of my two-week visit, contributing to an altogether memorable experience. The restaurant XU at the hotel is no different in hospitality and service. Simply great food, drinks, service and atmosphere. I would highly recommend.

2-6 Dec 2025 This is not my first stay at the hotel, and once again the experience was excellent. All the staff were very professional and helpful, especially Zain the young from the restaurant team — he was extremely attentive and friendly. I also want to thank Mohammed from the restaurant, who has always been very helpful during my previous stays. Additionally, I would like to express my appreciation to the housekeeping team; the rooms are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Overall, a wonderful stay as always. Highly recommended.

Great service for us. At breakfast Joyce, Gede, Vivek and Salma were always helpful, friendly and attentive to our requests. By the 2nd day, they knew what we wanted. Front desk- Malek was ever welcoming on check in and helpful. The housekeeping team of the 9th floor was great led by their supervisor 👏 We always want to only come back here, not only of its great location

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I was blown away by the exceptional service of the staff! From the moment I arrived, the front desk team was warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. I love the fact that it’s closer to a lot of places and snow ski I'm so grateful for the hospitality and service I received during my stay. Can't wait to come back! Special shoutout to Fatima, Ahmed and Alex you guys are soo amazing The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and I loved the rooftop pool and bar. The location was also perfect for exploring the city.
