Great breakfast with cute little cart for kids. Vegan options. Dining all day round, room service. Great grounds, lots of events, NYE dinner was great too. Facilities on point. Kids club! Sauna, pool, all well thought and good hours. Definitely recommend booking massage with Audrone. Very professional, she knows what she’s doing, bit painful but so well worth it. I just love the hotel. Would come to stay again and enjoy another massage with Audrone! The only thing it’s missing is soundproofing. It’s a bummer hearing your neighbors. But it’s not something that can be easily fixed so

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. As we visited during winter, we really enjoyed using the indoor pool and jacuzzi, and the sauna was absolutely fantastic. The service was impeccable, truly 10/10 and we especially appreciated the complimentary mulled wine available throughout our stay. Another thoughtful touch was the provision of drinking tap water, which meant we didn’t need to buy bottled water at all. We were extremely pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect experience from start to finish! Everything was outstanding, from check-in to farewell. The staff is extremely guest-focused, attentive, and consistently polite-simply flawless service! They not only fulfilled our wishes but often anticipated them, always offering suggestions with a smile. A big thank-you as well to the housekeeping: spotless cleanliness, thoughtful touches in the room, and impressive reliability. You can feel both heart and professionalism in every detail. Another highlight was the food-starting with the delicious, varied breakfast: alongside fresh fruit and freshly cooked meals, warm traditional dishes. The excellence continued in the on-site restaurants: top quality, beautifully presented, full of flavor-with something for everyone, including vegetarian highlights and local classics. You truly don't need to leave the hotel. We also loved the warm, caring massage in the spa: professional, empathetic, and incredibly relaxing-just what we needed for a relaxing day.

The hotel is Superb! Definitely 5 stars, everyone is very helpful. We enjoyed the New Year’s Eve gala dinner they arranged vegan dishes for us! Had an amazing SPA experience with Audrone both me and my wife had deep tissue massage Our daughter is happy at the kids club 😀 We will definitely return again 🥹

We had a wonderful stay, everything was beautiful, super clean, and the facilities were excellent, especially the indoor pool which the kids loved. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice, and the service was outstanding. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. As we stayed over Christmas, the extra touches really made it special: a stocking with goodies for the kids and mince pies waiting in our room. It was a truly special Christmas break for our family.

The hotel was a classy retreat away from the hustle and bustle of more traditional tourist spots. The room was very comfortable, with tea making facilities and drinking water on tap. Housekeeping was very efficient and reception were very quick to respond to any requests. Members of staff were friendly and eager to help and food was well prepared, if a little limited in choice. Except for breakfast which was exceptional with a wide variety of food for all tastes. There was even honey from the honeycomb and home made preserves. Everywhere was super clean and the gardens well tended.

We spent a great family holiday at the Kempinski Gozo with our two children and really enjoyed our time there. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful – always attentive and willing to make sure everything was just right. The resort itself is beautiful and very well maintained. Everything feels calm, clean, and of high quality – from the rooms to the pools and gardens. We also appreciated how family-friendly the atmosphere was, while still keeping a relaxing and elegant vibe. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection and fresh ingredients. One small suggestion would be to include a little rotating corner with daily changing items to bring a bit more variety. Overall, a wonderful place to stay with excellent service and a great team. We’d happily come back.

A no-regrets experiece. Fantastic deluxe room overlooking the outdoor pools. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Decadent compimentary chocolate cake for my birthday. Indoor pool needs better access to people with special needs,but overall experience of peace and quiet is highly recommended. Well done Kempinski Gozo.
