Kempinski Hotel Soma Bay

The room was big and had a good sized bathroom and a good shower. We were on the ground floor and had a nice terrace but we didn’t use it really, as we were mainly at the beach. The hotel breakfast was amazing we loved it. Close by is the marina with nice shops and restaurants. We used the gym, spa facilities so really enjoyed our time once the sunset too. The beach area was great they split it into two areas one for adults and the other for families. The sea was clear blue/ green and clear. So lovely the staff were lovely and they couldn’t do enough for us. Never had a service where they came round cleaning our sunglasses 🕶️ . Soma Bay is lovely, a great way to end our Egypt tour.

What an amazing experience we had in our honeymoon me and my wife. We still remember the days we were here today. It's been almost 3 years and we are still looking to go back here. Sadly we like to visit new areas. But we will definitely come back to our honeymoon hotel ❤️ The staff are more than pleasant to see and meet. The rooms are clean and beautiful and the overall experience is unforgettable. Thanks for the memories we still happy about till this day ❤️

Kempinski Soma Bay is our go-to destination, and we visit multiple times a year because it truly feels like a second home. Everything here is amazing—the delicious food, beautiful beaches, and the fantastic staff who always go above and beyond. What makes it extra special for us is how perfect it is for families, especially our daughter. The kids' club is outstanding, with fun activities and a safe environment where kids can thrive. The staff are wonderful—caring, energetic, and great with children. It’s one of the main reasons we keep coming back. However, we’ve noticed a recurring issue with the kids' club: the staff turnover is very high. Our daughter bonds with the team during our stays, but when we return (even in less than six months), many of the faces have changed, and after a year, there’s usually a completely new team. This is disappointing, as consistency in the kids' club staff is crucial for children to feel secure and connected. We sincerely hope the management will take steps to reduce turnover in the kids' club, as retaining these wonderful staff members would make an already exceptional experience even better. Looking forward to our next visit!

I thought I wouldn't like the stay as I usually like small cozy hotels, and the big ones give me the sense of living lavishly ... Well, it completely exceeded my expectations and it was truly amazing! The hotel style is done in a very simple and authentic manner. All wooden oriented, makes you feel grounded. A very serene view all over the hotel. I could watch the sunrise from my room very easily. ||Breakfast is great, serving you everything you need. Food quality is premium. I went with work, but if I ever decide to go on my own, it will be worth my money!

We’ve been to the hotel now the second time and are extremely happy with our experience. The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious (ever for a gluten-free vegetarian) and the property well maintained. Big thanks to Mohamed Gamal for his dedication - the morning and evening room service has been fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay, the food was amazing, the hotel is beautiful and very clean. Nasr cleaned our room perfectly every day. Everyone of the staff in general was very kind and attentive, especially the staff of the Laguna club. Definitely would consider coming back!

Very nice staff that always asks if everything is alright and if you’re having a good time. Very nice life guards. Nice sunsets good food. They also got new gym equipment which was very nice for the stay since they have all the machines you need for a good workout. Recommend visiting this hotel in fall or late summer since the water in the Red Sea is warmer. Also a very nice spa for relaxation

Another beautiful day at the beach of Kempinski Hotel! I am here at the end of February the weather is perfect the stuff is very lovely, the facilities are amazing! I highly recommend this place for a relaxing family vacation
