had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The location is perfect, close to major attractions and easy to get around. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and quality service. Thanx aya ehab

First - what I loved about the hotel - nice rooms, good bathroom layout, beyond excellent service on the floor (I don’t recall names but the 4th floor staff were beyond helpful and truly a pleasure. Absolutely the best! They were a pleasure to tip and this was the absolute only place in Egypt where they acted like the tip was too generous. Wow!) And I really appreciate that the room service team as flexible and made me breakfast for dinner even though not on the room service menu. Few hotels will do that. I really felt like they tried to do whatever they could to accommodate a request. What I didn’t like was the staff at the front desk and at breakfast - not that polite. not very helpful. Like waiting at the front desk while the employee was checking her phone for a few minutes and then helped the person who came after me and ensured they were helped promptly. Yes I was a solo female traveler which I understand may be unusual in Egypt but it shouldn’t affect things like getting water at breakfast (when you can see water served to all tables around you & you’ve asked for water twice already). This is the only place in Cairo where I felt like a less important guest. But great location and otherwise excellent hotel. Just remind the front desk & restaurant staff that all your guests matter.

Enjoyed my stay! The room was clean and l enjoyed the food. The location is perfect. The breakfast was great! Enjoyed the fresh strawberry juice! So refreshing! The only thing I didn’t like is that one of the waitresses asked me to rate her and l felt corner, she was not even serving. But I enjoyed my stay.

Overall I was very happy with my stay, the Poeple serving us were great . They were very reactive to feedback and tried to please us. Very polite and respectful. The Nile and Cairo tower view and City view from the room and the gym was spectacular and so was the food for the breakfast buffet. The spa and rooftopterrace/pool was also nice. The gym équipement was of good quality. Location was close to metro stations and the impression El-Tahrir place and as a women travelling alone, I felt very safe during my stay; both at and around the hotel. I appreciated the service overall, both at reception and restaurant and room cleaning service. I was able to work from my room and enjoy my stay for the 10 days I spent there. Internet connection was usually good even for videoconferencing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, offering convenient access to nearby attractions. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made our visit even more pleasant. A special mention goes to our housekeeping staff, Mohamed Abdula and breakfast staff Ibrahim who provided outstanding care and attention throughout our stay.|Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection of options to start the day. Overall, the combination of prime location, attentive service, and a satisfying breakfast made our stay memorable. Highly recommended.

The rooms we stayed in was great , although I need to say that it was a suite. Very spacious and comfortable We were very well looked after. Very clean. I will need to mention here , the staff that went above and beyond to help us put , when my son got sick. They called a doctor who arrived in 15’ in our room and looked after my son thoroughly We had medicine prescribed and brought to our room. Also a big thank you to Ragab in the Executive Lounge , who looked after us a lot and always asked about my son thoroughly, if he needed anything and maybe prepare for him a special meal. Overall very happy with the hotel, but mainly the staff. Always very polite , welcoming and helpful

Very nice hotel with beautiful Nile views. Good quality food with a wide variety at the breakfast buffet and executive lounge. Staff are very courteous, polite and accommodating. Mahmoud and Kristine at the breakfast buffet are always very accommodating. They remember every detail about each guest. Ragab at the executive lounge is always so welcoming and eager to fulfill any requests. The whole atmosphere makes you feel at home.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! The staff treats you like royalty, and the accommodations are spotless and beautiful. There’s a rooftop pool, a small but very clean gym, and the restaurant serves the best breakfast we’ve ever had. Plus, there’s an adorable little chocolate shop onsite! Highly recommend upgrading to include the breakfast. Thank you for making our stay truly wonderful!
