A big thanks to this incredible staff!!||I spent the entire months of June at the Kempinski Nile Hotel Cairo.||I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful place which offers everything to make the customer happy. |The reception an the concierge service help you out with everything you need. The hotel offers an amazing roof top with pool, restaurant and bar, as well as an amazing spa area. At the gym, a very professional coach, Mister Ahmed can assist the guests in how to use the gym.||I am entirely satisfied with my room and the entire sraff of the hotel, just to mention a few:||Mister Sabra, the main concierge of the hotel assisted me in everything I needed. He organised me an unforgettable trip to the pyramids of Giza...!||At the reception, Miss Raneem helps and assists the customers with organising various activities.||Miss Sarah, who made me visit the pyramides was my guide for the day. She is simply amazing. Having studied ancient egyptian history, she transfers her deep knowled the tourists with a level of energy that is, impressive. Over the last years, I travelled with many good guides, but I must say that so far she is the best. She has an amazing sense of humor and tought me so much, not only about the egyptian history but also about the culture.|I strongly recommend her as a guide. We had our wedding at the Kempinski Nile Hotel in Cairo, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment we started planning until the very last guest left, the entire team went above and beyond to make our special day perfect. The venue itself is stunning — elegant, intimate, and right by the Nile, creating a magical backdrop for our celebration. The food was exceptional, and the service was flawless throughout the entire event. A very special thank you to Said and Mustafa, who truly went out of their way to take care of us. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality made all the difference. We felt supported every step of the way and genuinely cared for. Thank you, Kempinski Nile, for giving us such beautiful memories. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to start our journey together!

Wonderful hotel with attentive staff and a lovely restaurant (“The Blue” - also offers many gluten-free options, which is hard to find elsewhere in Cairo). The rooftop bar is amazing for sunsets! Pool there is lovely as well, great views and the staff are so kind and always helpful. The Jazz bar is wonderful too, with live music on several days. I recommend staying here!

The location is amazing. A lovely hide away from the hustle and bustle of Cairo. Beautiful rooftop pool with views down the Nile, a great spot for a morning coffee. Also I need to send a shout out to Saleh who cleaned and looked after my room, such great service

In addition to having a fantastic location in the city, the Kempinski Nile Hotel in Cairo went above and beyond. They took care of our every need, including making sure that our Uber drivers were legitimate! We very much appreciated the security! They also knew it was my husband's birthday from his passport and delivered a special cake to our room! The breakfast buffet was delicious, the chocolate lounge was a nice place to visit, and the rooftop pool was an oasis from the bustling city. Thank you, Kempinski.

It was my second stay at this hotel and definitely not last! I again experienced great service and really super helpful stuff! We had our visit during anniversary with my wife and they created lovely room decoration! We had some issue during the day and they arranged super easy the late check-out! Really great services compared to other premium locations in Egypt!

Solid location, with great service delivery from the on-ground staff. Hotel staff were super receptive and helpful, which made my stay so much better. Facilities were also clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend this for a business or casual trip while visiting Cairo.
