My stay was truly comfortable and memorable. The room was well maintained, peaceful, and luxurious. I would especially like to appreciate Deshika, the room attendant. Her attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism made a big difference in my stay. Thank you for such wonderful hospitality.

Outstanding hotel steps away from the Dubai Mall with its own over street bridge to the mall. The Kempinski brand never disappoints but this particular one is a cut above. The rooms are fantastic ( we had the executive suite) the service is impeccable and management is most responsive ( namely Amina, Ari and Hassan). The hotel has a fantastic pool with Burj Khalifa view. The club lounge is one of the best I’ve seen. The in-house restaurant has a fantastic vibe. The restaurant manager Hassan made sure we were enjoying our experience. He was most gracious and personally followed up on every request even some that had to do with our stay at the hotel; not just the restaurant. We were truly overwhelmed by kindness by everyone. We will be back in March and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else other than the Kempinski the boulevard.

I stayed a few days at Kempinski The Boulevard Hotel, Dubai, and my experience was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located. Special thanks to room attendant Deshika for her outstanding service. She was always polite, friendly, and made sure my room was spotless every day. Truly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel.

My stay was excellent and truly one of the best experiences. The hotel location is perfect, with direct connectivity to Dubai Mall via a flyover, which makes it extremely convenient.||The staff were very helpful and professional, and the concierge team was outstanding. Special thanks to Mr. Bijay, Mr. Jerome, and Mr. Yasir, they helped a lot with all my queries and provided very informative guidance throughout my stay.||The check-in process was smooth and fast, which I really appreciated. I had an amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional — the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile like nizam and Jacob. The room was spacious, elegant, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. I was in 811 with city view. The location is perfect, directly connected to Dubai Mall and close to everything. Overall, a truly luxurious experience that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

I arrived at the hotel at night and the reception was exceptional, very helpful and caring. The hotel is very clean and gives warmth and coziness. The rooms are large, a huge and luxurious bed, it feels like sleeping on a cloud. A well-equipped shower with huge and cozy towels. Room service is available at any time and is welcoming. Excellent breakfast with a very rich buffet and very gentle waiters. The hotel is located near the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Everything is within walking distance. Parking is in the hotel parking lot. Parking is done by hotel employees.
