The stuff is completely empty which I bough twice same thing…and I always come to this place because I live here but they gave me the rap dry and empty just the other day I saw new people there so maybe that’s why yall can do better I know that

Shawarma King has the best pizza by far! When you order a pizza you get tons of toppings. They don’t scrimp. It’s my go to place for pizza. Their staff are very friendly and efficient. If you’re looking for a great pizza place in Picard, this is the place to go to..

Perfect location right across from the medical school. The chicken shawarma was outstanding.🌯You know it's good when students and locals alike frequent a place. Definitely on the return visit list.

Good food, friendly staff. Cooked to order. It's rustic but the food is tasty. No credit cards though.

We went because we needed dinner and it was close to our hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. My husband had an excellent giro pizza. I had a vege burger which was grilled veges in secret sauce on a bun and was excellent. We recommend this place.

I had the chicken and lamb shawarma. They were both very fresh and well prepared. The shawarma wrap was the best I have had, buttery and flavorful. The ambience of the restaurant is what you'd expect for an island restaurant so if you are looking for an upscale setting, this is not your place but check it out for their food, I highly recommend it.

What a find! I guess it shouldn't be THAT much of a surprise that you can get more global food in Portsmouth since there used to be an international medical school nearby, and I imagine the students took full advantage of this excellent place (were it open then). Thankfully, their business still seems to be going strong, and they were downright mobbed at dinner time when I visited. Locals seem to be going for pizza, but I got a really nice lamb shawarma. Their deep-fried wings also had a nice "pop," and the meat quality was high. Total score for a small neighborhood, and I'd surely go once a week if I was a local.
