Kenilworth Hotel, Kolkata

It is a pity that such a wonderful property has a completely blocked view on one side. My room looked straight into a busy construction site. By now, construction must be complete but the view is looking straight into the windows. I am sure others were lucky to get rooms with a better view. My experience was a completely blocked view, i had to keep my curtains drawn all the time since even at night work was ongoing.

The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming.Ms neha was taken check-in and check-out were professionally handled with pleasant Smiles so throughout the stay neha help us alot about cab,Shopping, hangouts place hope to u see again Neha ❤️. We stay here once a year, at least for special events when we don't want to drive home. The staff is always friendly. |This is a beautiful hotel! It's clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. We're in town for a stressful event, and coming back to this Room was very peaceful

Excellent maintenance and cristal clean surfaces. All pricey hotels have this but what's different about Kenilworth? Excellent helpful staff. Just concentrate on the work you came for. They'll handle the rest.

The rooms are exceptionally comfortable, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean, ensuring a hygienic and relaxing stay. While the view from the window may not be the most impressive, the impeccable service from the staff more than compensates for it. Their courteous and helpful nature creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making the experience truly enjoyable. Overall, a great choice for those who prioritize comfort, cleanliness, and excellent hospitality. Also walkable distance to US consulate nice place to stay.

The hotel stay was awesome, I had breakfast for two days and lunch and dinner also , the food was freshly cooked by chefs and breakfast was nice, delicious also. The roons were cleaned and staff was helping, polite and generous. I had good vacation there.

We had a guest stay at the hotel from 22-23 September. We had given the required GST details for billing one day before check in. We have been chasing since 3 days with 4-5 calls a day and regular emails but no one has bothered giving us the correct bill. Do not expect any service from this hotel.

Kenilworth was my mother’s favourite since her school days. The hotel is comfortable and has an excellent staff who imparts a great experience. The room is okay as per modern standards. Food is great along with the restaurant staff. Although, our aim was to savour Sizzler but unfortunately the restaurant stopped serving it for quite some time. The food is generally good but not something to awe for here.
