Kenilworth Hotel, Kolkata

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed at the Kenilworth Hotel in Kolkata last year and had a genuinely wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything working exactly the way it should. The location is convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and major city spots, which made getting around simple. The staff were a real highlight—polite, attentive, and always happy to help without being overbearing. Every request was handled quickly and with a smile. Breakfast was great as well, with plenty of variety and fresh options each morning. The hotel has a calm, relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind after a busy day in the city. Little touches like quick check-in, good housekeeping, and helpful front desk support left a strong impression. I’d happily stay here again, and I’ve already recommended it to friends traveling to Kolkata. Fantastic experience overall.

We booked for 4 nights and will definitely be staying again next time we visit Kolkata. The rooms are cosy, spotlessly clean, and well appointed with any facilities you require. The staff are friendly, dedicated, and helpful. The food and drinks are also delicious. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, close to the famous bars and restaurants of Park Street.

Came as a tourist and I have been incredibly blessed by the staff here at Kenilworth, everyone from front of house to the Aromas kitchen staff to the house keeping team. Everyone has been excellent and I’m hoping to come back soon. Particular mentions must go to Ayesha who was exceptional in her room service including providing a birthday cake. And Tapas who was a great insight into the food

I stayed at this hotel from Sep 28-29th and then Sep 30-Oct 1. I was given a room in the New wing - (505 and 411) - both the rooms were cosy and well-appointed. The part I loved the most about my stay was the staff - full of bright, young and enthusiastic professionals who were earnest and agile/responsive to the needs of guests at the hotel. I enjoyed eating an excellent, traditional ‘Sashti’ dinner at the restaurant situated at the lobby. Also, the breakfast spread was quite elaborate and fulfilling. I remember Ashmita at the coffee shop and Rohan at the front desk, who were really friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is brilliant with Park Street and Camac Street just a few minhs away and both South City mall and Quest mall, at a short driving distance. I would strongly recommend staying at The Kenilworth. It’s value for money, great service and offers a thoroughly comfortable stay.

They arranged somehow the rooms though all rooms were sold out and we didn't prebook. Great. |Mr Bruce and Ms Neha were so much supportive to extend the comfort to the maximum level. |Bed was so neatly set for a good sleep and stay was overall comfortable.|Cofee table requires renovation though.

Room is good and clean. Service is good. |Internet is poor, faced difficultly while doing business meeting. |One thing to add in room is ironing machine with a small table. Usually other stars hotels would have as per my experience. |Mr. Bruce service is good and appreciateble.
