Great place with good service. Staffs are generally kind and greet you with “namaste” all the time. The food is great. Loved the breakfast especially the croissants. The girls at the welcome desk of the restaurant Miss Ritu and Miss Alex are fantastic with great smiles and personalities. Keep up the great work 👍🏼|Thank You 👍🏼

All staff were very welcoming, helpful and kind. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The breakfast everyday was amazing. Rodney was such an amazing manager he really made us feel at home. The place was very clean. Cleaners were very friendly and helpful. We will certainly come back to stay.

I stayed at this hotel for two days and had an excellent experience. The property is absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained surroundings that immediately create a welcoming atmosphere. The bathrooms were spotless, which is always a top priority for me. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. And the food? I visited Kolkata for my visa appointment, and this hotel was perfectly located near the visa office. The stay was very comfortable, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the room service was prompt and efficient. Its proximity to Park Street is a big plus, making it convenient for sightseeing and dining. Overall, a great experience—highly recommended!

This was our second trip to Kenilworth and we love it. Peaceful comfortable and excellent service. Particular shout out to Priyanka Alexis Kevin and the great check in and hospitality staff. Our suite was beautiful in the heritage of the hotel.. if possible treat yourself!

My wife and I really loved staying at the Kenilworth. Amazing breakfast, clean rooms, very helpful hotel staff and an overall fantastic experience. Highly recommend getting to the breakfast a little bright and early.|They had a great spa and a nice gym too. Can’t wait to go back again.
