Kennedy Park Resort Napier

No problem with the two bedroom unit we had and great for one night stay but found the unit cold and heater not efficient enough to warm the unit and no electric blankets so slept in cold beds. not so good for a 72yr.person. Probably be great for summer conditions but not late winter early spring.

Very impressed with our two bedroom family unit, beautiful furniture and amazing mattresses. Very clean and tidy. Front desk staff friendly and helpful when I asked for a family restaurant recommendation. Pool area spacious and gives resort vibes, being heated gives that extra appeal in winter. 10/10 our new holiday spot! Thanks Team!

My kids absolutely loved it. Lots of free play, warm pool, jumpoleen, playground and lots of space to ride bikes. Room was very clean and spacious. We will stay again next time we are in Hawkes bay.

The greatest place to go when you have Kids! In the cooler months the pool is tempered however when you start moving around it is quite warm when you stop moving you do get quite cold. So much to do there for the kids and very safe will highly recommend this place to stay when you’re over.

The showers need to have a big review. The small shower block at the end of the park was pooling with hair at the bottom/drain and one of the locks didn’t work. We used a tent and the sites were good size. Kitchen facilities were really lovely and tidy and the kids playground was really cool.

Liked: Very family friendly campsite , with lots to do for all ages - our 2 and 3 year old had a absolute blast. All the facilities are very clean and close to the camp sites. With plenty of cooking facilities and laundry facilities available. Fast wifi. Disliked: Would be nice to have a coin or token machine for the laundry with the ability to use eftpos to withdraw from.

Great prices, awesome facilities and beds! And last but not less AMAZING staff in reception and house keeping. Fully recommend for families or even just for a night away alone or with your partner!

Stayed at Kennedy Park resort last week for three nights. What an awesome place. From the time I phoned them to make the reservations, to checking ✔️ in I can say that the staff were very professional 👌. I had booked a motel unit and I was very impressed by the quality of it. Everything and I mean everything was provided. The unit was literally full of all utensils, crockery, cooking equipment, microwave, fridge etc. It was scrupulously clean, with plenty of fresh towels. The beds were super comfortable with lovely clean sheets etc. It was set amongst manicured gardens and well established trees with beautiful birdsong in the morning. There was no road noise even though it backs onto a busy road. I used to stay in a motel on the marine parade at exorbitant prices, not anymore. Kennedy park, you have just made a new customer. Thankyou for an awesome stay and making me feel so welcome.

Our unit was clean with plenty of space. Management was very friendly, enjoyed the breakfast at the resort. Thank you for a nice time. Family Friendly resort!

The restaurant here is not it for dining in. Sorely lacking professionalism, kindness and care as soon as we stepped in the door. At one point every staff member was back in the kitchen as people were waiting by the door. It was 30 minutes from the time we ordered to get our meal. Meat on the beef roast looked rough and vegetables were in huge chunks that were cold and underdone in the middle. Seafood basket was okay. We unfortunately left most of our meal, paid, and went elsewhere for dinner. Love a good family run restaurant but this was painful. Also wasn't open in the morning during their breakfast hours. It doesn't represent the rest of this beautiful park very well. 3 stars are for the stay, 2 gone because they pushed Storkey's.

Lovely site - not able to access internet! Booked the day before and they were able to put us together. Large busy site with large plots. Showers and cooking facilities excellent, tables for each placement. This site has everything anyone would want for a family!
