Kennett River Family Caravan Park

This is a very basic park with dirt lots and roads, easy to get vans into with plenty of space. The location is the only thing going for this park as the amenities are average and not very clean, water out of the taps is brown with mosquito lava, it's filtered water from the river and is not drinkable. Would suit vans with own showers, toilet and water.

Love this beautiful park.|Kennett River caravan park is still an ‘old school’ type park…roads are dirt and sites are grassy with lots of trees. |No concrete sites...thank goodness. |There is a playground for children but it’s not over the top..kept simple because there is so much nature around & of course the beautiful beach directly across the road to keep them entertained. |Kangaroo’s & koala’s come to feed!|Amenities clean & staff lovely.

Amazing park... spacious sites, beautiful grassed sites.. friendly wildlife.. dog friendly, quiet, and right across from the beach! You are able to have a fire on your sites as long as it is in a fire pit off the ground which we did. Beautiful spot to base yourself as you explore along the Great Ocean Road. Good amenities with camp kitchen, laundry and toilet/ washers and dryers $4 a load, shower blocks... friendly staff. Highly recommend and would definitely return. Good value for money.

Skip Wye River Big4 @$92 per night for a grass site and come here!! We had a great experience staying here one night on short notice with our three small children. Park manager was super kind and polite, helped us out with a fire pit and the ranger came and set it up for us. Amenities clean and serviced daily. Good playground. Half the price of Wye River and a better beach. Koalas in the trees for the kids and the nature walk nearby is great too! We'll be back, thank you team!

Great little friendly caravan park. We stayed in the cabins which are old but very comfortable and incredibly clean and well maintained. Our two boys camped, which they enjoyed. The facilities (toilet and shower block, kitchen, and laundry) are all very clean and well maintained for their age. We loved it so much that we are going back next year. The location is perfect, being so close to the beach. Give a go.

We extremely loved and enjoyed our stay here. Very polite and respectful staff. Beautiful, extremely safe and peaceful holiday park. Extremely neat and clean. Moreover dog friendly. Our pup loved and enjoyed his stay so much. Waking up listening to birds, parrots chirping sounds. Our pup enjoyed waking up to looking through his tent windows duck walking nearby the tent. Falling asleep listening to ocean sound all night and looking at stars absolutely felt heavenly. Beautiful creatures koalas lives there too. Great beach view and quiet beach walk across the road. Just opposite side of the road on walking distance fish and chips cafe. Thankyou so much everyone for keeping the place safe, well maintained and clean for the guests. We had excellent time in this holiday park. Also got booking on same time as we arrived. We were first time campers with a dog also very nervous thinking if we didn’t get any place because of our dog. But the staff was very helpful and patient to explain everything and when we got booked we were on 7th moon (extremely relieved delightful feeling). And after booking when we explored the place it was like cherry on the top of the cake.

We booked a caravan site. Amazing location, just across the road from a beautiful swimming cove. Lots of birdlife, dog friendly and plenty of space. Facilities are old but clean, we loved this relaxing little spot.

The location is very quiet, the camp facilities are reasonable. We saw koalas, kangaroos and many birds. It's also very safe to play at the seaside. Wonderful!
