This place is great ! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The bike mechanic took the time to repair my bike with detail! The shop also has a wide variety of shapes , styles, and sizes of bikes.

I purchased a bike for my granddaughter from Dick’s Sporting Goods that she couldn’t ride due to a minor steering issue. They took care of it and didn’t charge me. With such amazing customer service and outstanding selection of bikes and accessories, it’s a no-brainer as to where I should go for my next bicycle.

Got a tune up for my bike here and a new chain, they did an awesome job, I can really feel the difference in overall smoothness in the ride. The store also has some good products and very unique ones as well, if you are wondering where to go, come here!

What fantastic service! I rode bikes a lot as a kid, but I haven't written a bike in decades. I ordered an ebike from them and within a week it had arrived, they assembled it and instructed me on how it works. They must have spent 30 minutes with me to make sure I understood all the features, sent me on a test drive and made a bunch of helpful suggestions. I never felt rushed. Bean was so impressed she ordered an ebike from them as well! Super pleased with my experience and especially happy to make this purchase in my home town. I'm not going to pretend I know anything about bikes (I just like to ride them) but if you're bike-curious after so many years without one I recommend them without reservation.

Solid service and great staff! Sometimes it's intimidating going into a LBS you haven't been to before, but everyone here is kind and extremely knowledgable. My bike was ready in the exact timeframe they gave and when I picked it up they were happy to chat about the work that was done, the possibility of upgrades in the future, and even pointed out a few things about the bike that were never mentioned or disclosed by the original shop that built it for me. No judgment or arrogance; just awesome service. I'll be back for sure!

I absolutely love this place. The people are knowledgeable and friendly. I bought a bike there about 4 years ago and I take it in for maintenance yearly. The prices are reasonable and the product quality is great. I will definitely continue going there on a regular basis. I will also buy bikes from them in the future.

I had an amazing experience today at Kent Cycle! I'm using a bike that's kind of junk and hasn't been ridden in a while, and the chain slipped off the gear on my way through downtown. I was able to get the chain back on but figured I would stop in and see if they could help. They figured out there's a pretty serious problem with the frame, which I'm not ready to deal with at the moment. They lubed the chain up for me and I bought a set of lights and a water bottle holder, both very reasonably priced. They have some really beautiful bikes! I will definitely stop here for any of my future cycling needs!

Very helpful mechanics who went out of their way to assist while doing a number of fixes at a cost well under what I would have presumed a justified cost to be while also retaining a great selection of accessories and rides. Great Bike Store.

Went there looking for a bike and they tried to sell me a used schwinn sidewinder for 200 dollars when I can get the same bike for 170 new at Walmart. Service is very pushy and will try to rip you off.

Best experience I've ever had at a bicycle shop. My shifter stopped working while I was on my commute home and I rode over to Kent Cycle. The two mechanics who were there at the time took a look at my bike for me right away. The shifter couldn't be fixed until I ordered new parts and the owner promptly fixed my bike when the parts came in. Also the price of the tune-up I got was unbeatable. Everyone who I've interacted with there so far has been very friendly and I almost forgot to mention - they figured out a way to fix my bike for $30 cheaper and they charged me less than originally quoted!!! Bottom line is that these guys (and ladies I'm sure too) know what they are doing and are a pleasure to deal with. My new bike shop of choice!

Went there yesterday with my exercise bike. It had been 'repaired 'elsewhere a year ago, but the repair wasn't complete. Kent Cycle (Taylor, the repairman) not only repaired my exercise bike in less than 24 hours, but they were cheaper than the other area shops (which wanted 4 days to 6 weeks to make the repair). The bike is now as good as, if not better than, new--even though it's 10 years old and has some 15,000+ miles on it. Kent Cycle is, hands down, my new favorite bike shop!

What happend to Kent Cycle? Last summer the customer service was outstanding. I would have given this place five stars back then. First of all I had to come back several times due to an issue that should have been fixed the first time around. The service was okay, seemed like all of the staff I knew are gone. They really made you feel welcome. I don't get that now. Labor prices seem a little inflated as I've had my bike worked on in different places across the country.

Well I've stopped by this shop a handful of times. Each time this store has actually had the items/parts I have needed for my bike adventures that I have been taking lately(racks/pannier bags etc.) or were able to order the items and have them when they said they would which was either next day or 2 day which I totally counted on for a lst minute trip. They were polite and helpful. It is a one off store not a chain bike store like others around me but they have a lot of inventory or parts and different bike brands along with category of bikes. This place totally surprised me and I hope it survives because I'm a big fan of them now!

Awesome service! They helped us so much when we were trying to find a part for a wheel that isn't made anymore. Very knowledgeable! Wonderful service. Definitely recommend.

These guys are very friendly willing to spend time advising even the newest of cyclists they really know there stuff and i look forward to purchasing my next bike from them. PS there prices are really good
