Our Kentucky Bourbon Tour was super fun ~ the selected tours we went to were very informative and great to see. Our guide/driver Michael Miller was super prompt and tuned in to our every need- he made all the difference and was responsible for a terrific day! Highly recommend Kentucky Bourbon Tours! 👍

A group of us friends went on the bourbon trail and decided to go with Kentucky Bourbon Tours. Nicole was awesome and getting us setup with some really fun stops. Mike, our limo driver was also wonderful with everything he did to make our time traveling around exceptional. Definitely going back next year and will definitely be using this company again!

I gave 2 stars because we did receive a partial refund but the ENTIRE day was a disaster. The driver was late picking us up, on the way to the 1st distillery, he ran over at least 5 things, little did we know, he blew out a tire but didn’t tell us. We waited an hour for him to arrive back at the distillery only for him to tell us there was a flat and they were sending a sprinter van - we had booked a limo. The drivers were arguing in front of us, we missed our 2nd stop, he suggested we eat in the sprinter van - there were 10 of us, we said absolutely not. He started running out of gas, his card was declined, he took us to another gas station to try again… this went on all day. I could go on and on about how unprofessional the day was. It was my 40th birthday and honestly, this day just sucked. Would not recommend trusting this company if something goes wrong bc they don’t have contingency plans in place.

The Tour was absolutely amazing good people. Even the tour guides were awesome Learned a lot. And will definitely go again. Great Bourbon.

We used this service for a corporate team building. Our driver, Michael, was awesome. He had a lot of knowledge about the distilleries and was very professional. Highly recommend this company for your bourbon trail tours!

If I could make my review zero stars, I would. I booked a limo for my husband’s birthday at 10 am to take us to a bourbon tasting and a lunch in Bardstown , KY. I received a confirmation email on the day of the booking and a reminder email the day prior to the trip. I paid 50% on the day of the booking. At ten am the day of the trip, the car did not show up. I had guests at my house that were joining us. I was so embarrassed that the car did not show up. I called to inquire . The person over the phone was clueless. Not only he did not know where the car was, he could not tell me for over 20 minutes if we could get a car. We were on a tight timeline due to our bourbon tasting time. Finally , one hour later a bus shows up. I had paid for a limousine with circular seating, not for a bus. They had snacks in a messy box . The seats were extremely uncomfortable and did not recline. The bus was very loud and it was not conducive to conversation or to having a good time. The company did not skip a beat to charge me the second 50% on the day of the trip. I called multiple times asking for compensation for the one hour delay and for not getting the car we paid for and could never talk to anyone past the front person. I have never written a review but this interaction was beyond catastrophic. I would never recommend this company and I don’t want someone else to make the same mistake I did. Hi - they promised a great trip - no itinerary for 3 weeks from taking my deposit - the bus broke down - spent half the time. Driving - spent $3 thousand dollars for very little - even spent the group extra money for a stop - Todd the owner promised to help reimburse for the above - never diid - they never follow up and will never recommend - tour was end of April of this year very disappointing

This is the second time we've used them for an all day Kentucky bourbon tour. The first time, Pre-covid, was fantastic. This time it was a mess. We booked a couple of months in advanced and was promised a nice black luxury tour bus with an experienced driver. We got a handicap school bus with metal headrests, a very loud handicap ramp, bad shocks, a broken stereo, and a tour guide that was 30 minutes late and kept getting lost. She told us, she wanted to cancel once they showed her the vehicle. She said they just acquired it. Because she was late, we missed out on a tour and didn't have time to shop. Another tour guide for a different company told us that the vehicle was illegal because it wasn't even registered. We made the most of it. I reached out during and after. The manager, Nick, won't return my calls and it's been weeks. Their prices were really high compared to last time, but I went with it because of our first experience. Now I have to go after them legally. You don't know what you will get with this company. Don't use them! You could get blindsided.
