The staff and boutique hotel are simply wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. Breakfast was lovely every morning. The location is walking distance to everything…sites, transportation, restaurants, shopping. It is located on a quiet side street, which was nice to retire to each evening. The rooms are lovely and the decor throughout the hotel is beautiful. Again, the staff made our stay so special, and really is what made this hotel stand out.

We loved our recent stay at the Hotel Keppler. The staff is most helpful and accomodating and the location was perfect. An easy stroll to so many landmarks and fantastic cafes! The room itself was probably the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced in Europe. A good size with a very comfortable bed, huge bathroom, and plenty of storage. The turn-down service with chocolates each evening was a delightful bonus. We highly recommend the Hotel Keppler for your Paris vacation!

Google
Did my research which led us to this hotel and we could not have been more pleased. Stayed in a Deluxe Suite with Eiffel Tower view which was fabulous. Provided a separate bedroom with attached bathroom that included both a tub and a shower with both rainfall and handheld flow. The bed was extremely comfortable and may have been a king, I am 6'2 and fit completely on the bed. Fabulous, intricately detailed crown moulding added a distinctive touch that took you beyond a hotel room. The bed/bath was separated by sliding French doors for privacy. The living area had wood floors with area rugs, was comfortable and provided room to stretch out. Access to a balcony from both the bedroom and living area led to a view of the Eiffel Tower, had a table, two chairs and a chaise lounge. The immediate area surrounding the hotel was quiet, no noise heard in the room with the balcony doors closed. Beautiful rooms across from the check in/concierge area to relax and have a drink with a little bar area, fireplaces and decorative art and antiques raised this place beyond an ordinary hotel. The staff was friendly, accommodating and was responsive to all our inquiries and needs, both prior to arrival and during our stay. Knowing we were arriving early they were able to have our room ready in the morning. they surprised us with a bottle of champagne and rose petals in the room leading to a rose shaped heart on the bed for our 25th wedding anniversary. I could go on and on and not write enough to say how thoroughly we enjoyed our stay. This is a 5 star boutique hotel in walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. We will stay there again on our next visit to Paris!

Staying at Hotel Keppler was one of the most memorable parts of our Paris trip — not just because of its impeccable style and location, but because of the genuine kindness and care shown by the staff when we needed it most. The hotel itself is stunning — elegant, intimate, and tucked away in a quiet corner just steps from the Champs-Élysées. The interiors are pure Parisian chic, with a blend of classic charm and modern luxury. Our room was beautifully appointed and exceptionally comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully considered. But what truly set this hotel apart was the way the staff responded when my daughter suddenly became ill during our stay. They went above and beyond — offering support, arranging a doctor to come to the hotel, and even running to the pharmacy to pick up her prescriptions and disinfecting wipes for us! Their compassion turned what was a stressful situation into a reminder of how deeply kind people can be — and for that, I am endlessly grateful. Every interaction with the Keppler team was warm, professional, and sincere. Their level of care and attentiveness went far beyond what’s expected, and it made us feel not just like guests, but like family. If you’re looking for a hotel in Paris that’s as beautiful as it is welcoming, Hotel Keppler is truly a gem! We will absolutely return — not just for the luxury, but for the people who made it unforgettable.

We just returned from 3 weeks in Europe with our last stop Paris. We stayed at Hotel Keppler for 9 nights. It was perfect! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is boutique and so very charming, rooms and common spaces. They have a wonderful breakfast each morning with delicious food! It is centrally located to many attractions and close to the metro. There is a grocery store right around the corner and a couple of blocks from the Champs Elysee.

My hidden gem go to hotel for my Paris stays. Location is great, close to the Metro and close to shopping. Walkable to so much! Very comfortable room and beds. The lounge is also well appointed. I love that they have a small spa and swimming pool and gym.

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at the Keppler. The service was above and beyond, the entire staff was super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is well stocked, the rooms were very clean, housekeeping was top notch, the AC worked very well (not to be taken for granted in Europe), we loved the breakfast each morning, there are plenty of spaces to relax, and we enjoyed well made cocktails at the bar. We were two families of four and booked the junior suites, which offered plenty of room and the pull-out beds were very comfortable. The pool was a big hit with the kids! Merci beaucoup!

The care and service of the staff is world class, our Executive King room and bed extremely comfortable and the location just a couple of minutes walk from the Champs' shops and restaurants. Merci beaucoup Hotel Keppler, you made our stay in Paris a memorable one and we hope to be back one day.

Yelp
This hotel and its staff deserve a solid 5 star recommendation. I visited Paris early in July with my wife for our sons first birthday and after reading lots of reviews for various hotels in different neighborhoods we ending up picking the Kepler property. The hotel is very centrally located in the heart of the city center just blocks away from all major tourist attractions (Champs Elisee, Arc De Triumph, Place Concorde, Lido, Tons of restaurants and shopping). Other must see attractions are also walking distance ranging from 10-20 minute walks. The subway/metro is also just couple blocks away on Champs E. There is also a pharmacy, banks, grocery store and coffe/bakery shop within 2 minutes walking distance just around the corner. From the moment we walked into the property I was über impressed with the boutique design, and style. Every single member of the hotel staff was so welcoming, courteous and helpful. We arrived around 9am and although check in time was 3pm, our room was ready in just 45 minutes. Upon receiving the room, the hotel manager escorted us to the room herself, and showed us around the property (the gym, the meeting room, breakfast lounge, bar etc.). The room was a decent size unlike other reviews of Paris rooms. We had the Executive Room and it was just as pictured and described. It was enuf space for the 3 of us including a cot. Yes they gave us a cot, a baby bath tub, a milk bottle warmer, Adapters, Kettle and Coffee/Tea/Milk (again anything we asked for they had)!. They also offer a baby sitting service upon request. The room decor and amenities were very soothing and comforting. They even kept our stroller in the meeting room to allow for more space in the room. Throughout our 6 night stay the reception/concierge helped with all our booking request, tour suggestions, restaurant recommendations and every experience that we booked was jut amazing. Definitely recommend doing the Dinner and Boat Cruise on the Seine (very romantic), and a guided tour/day trip to Versailles. Oh yea and Uber is the best and most economical way to get around town including from the airport and back. Also check out www.hippocketwifi.com and book one of these devices before you leave - reasonable and worth every penny! Thank you to all staff members of the Kepler hotel for making our trip a truly memorable one. You guys are all remarkable and deserve the top 30 hotels in Paris rating that you have repeatedly received over the years (8 Years and counting to be specific). I'm sure to come back and will recommend the hotel to all my family and friends.

Yelp
Great place close to shops. The staff is amicable. This is the second time we stayed here, they serve continental breakfast.

Yelp
Adorable hotel with amazing staff and service. The location is seriously perfect without being in the absolute hub of everything, but perfect walking distance to the Eiffel and the Arc. The little alley was very picturesque. The included breakfast was to die for, and on our 9 day journey throughout Europe--it remains our favorite meal. Very personal and fun with charming details in interior. Definitely recommend this location and hotel--you will not regret it!

Yelp
I spent the last few days of my honeymoon at the Hotel Keppler. The hotel is in a great location with a less than 5 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Elysees, the rest of the big sites are not too long of a walk either. My husband and I walked to many of the major sites from the hotel. The hotel was very clean, and well decorated. Though it was centrally located, our street was quiet and made it a great place to relax. The staff was friendly, though the man at the front desk seemed sort of cold. The concierge/bartender/bellhop was extremely friendly and helpful.

Yelp
Adorable Boutique Hotel, with the best service! The location was within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower but on a safe quiet little street (the police department is two doors down but we never heard the sirens) The staff (especially Simon) was amazing, if we asked for something they didn't have, I swear Simon would show up 10 minutes later with it. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were a little small but to be expected, everything was very clean, the mini bar was restocked everyday. The breakfast was very good, fresh bread, made to order eggs. Tip: There is a fantastic little local grocery store just around the corner, with freshly made breads, pastries, cheese and great assortment of wines too.

Yelp
We were so excited to book with this hotel in 2016 for a non-refundable 5 day stay.

Yelp
Usually I try to write an amusing Yelp review - something to make my beautiful wife laugh and see her smile. However, there are no funny comments to be made about this hotel. Just an old fashioned honest to goodness review. The hotel is centrally located near the Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées and a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel tower. It's also near the Metro and RER. So, if you are going to Paris to see the sights this is super convenient. The hotel itself is very clean, decorated well and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the cleaning staff did a great job in making sure the room was maintained. Be warned - the rooms are small but very livable. What really stands out is the hotel staff and concierge team. They truly set the gold standard for service. They assisted us with directions, dinner reservations, getting to/from the airport and made sure we had a more than enjoyable experience on our vacation. There was a slight issue with museum tickets we had delivered to the hotel and when the manager found out about the mistake - he made it up to us by apologizing and upgrading our room for the remainder of our stay which more than made up for the slight delay we had in receiving the tickets. The only not so bright note was the breakfast at the hotel which was good but very expensive. Some other review sites mention the bakery, Josephine, around the corner as a way to save a few euros - don't go there as the old bag working the cash register was a class A bitch to my wife for simply asking if they served coffee. Just some other Paris advice for visitors: Get the museum pass - very convenient and it saves you a ton of time and also order a Metro card to get around: http://en.parismuseumpass.com/ Make reservations to visit the Eiffel Tower in advance or you will wait on an unbelievably long line: http://www.eiffel-tower.com/

Yelp
You may safely assume that the Hotel Keppler is the perfect boutique hotel in Paris. When looking for hotels in this city it is easy to spend hours on the internet searching for the perfect balance between price and quality. My wife and I were recommended to stay here by American Express. We were staying in Paris for a few nights before taking a train to the south. The hotel, the service and the food were perfect. The concierge was excellent. We had been to Paris many times but they tried to find new things for us to see and do. For breakfast, they have a chef that is there in the morning that will make you whatever you want. We have stayed at the Four Seasons George V, which is near the Keppler and both my wife and I think the Keppler is better.

Yelp
We found this hotel by searching through reviews on another site and we were not disappointed. The hotel is wonderful. The beds are very comfy, the rooms are very clean and the towels are great. These are all things that can be hit or miss in Europe. Our window opened into the central courtyard which was nice to let in fresh air. The hotel is very well located with lots of restaurants within walking distance, the Champs Elysee about 5 mins away, the Eiffel Tower about 20 mins away and the Arc du Triumph about 5 mins away (all walking). The staff were very friendly and the neighborhood very quiet. I had children with me and we felt very welcome. The only negative is we could only get three people in a room (the executive room) but that is pretty common in Paris. I highly recommend this hotel.

Yelp
its cute. the bar looks like the lobby and when they close the bar (around midnight) they will no longer allow you to sit in the area. i was making a phone call back home to the states and had to stand in the hallway, even though there are no doors to the "bar", the lights were still on and no one was in there. the reception isnt 24 hours. im typing this review at 6am local time in paris, after calling the front desk and receiving no response. i went downstairs to ask for ear plugs and as i approached the front desk a man told me that he had to go and so reception was closed. i asked for ear plugs and he said they didnt have any. frustrated because im sharing a room with someone who snores. as close as these beds are to one another, you'd think they'd have ear plugs available. otherwise, not bad for a parisian hotel. like most parisian hotels, its tiny (the lobby and the rooms.) ive stayed at a few.

Yelp
Great location. Just a few short blocks from Champs-Elysees (high end shopping) and Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, museums. It's close to everything, but on a one way, quiet street. Cedric (as well as the others at the front desk), was very helpful and truely interested in making our stay enjoyable. Rooms are on the smail side...but well maintained and appointed. I would definately consider staying at this hotel again if/when we return to Paris.

Yelp
Unfortunately, awful experience. The location was great, but's that's about it. I stayed there for 2 nights in February 2015 and I discovered after 2nd night that some of my clothes were missing from a room. Assuming that they must have been mistakenly removed by a housekeeper while cleaning (which is odd as it is), I reported that at the reception, described the clothes and left my contact details. I was surpsised to hear at the reception the indifferent statement "It happens sometimes". It happens sometimes that clothes dissapear from your guests' rooms, really? It's been a month since and no information came. No explanation, no resolution offered. No reply to the emails and phone calls. I have the impression that they just couldn't care less. I don't reecommend this place, there are much better hotels in Paris with more considerate staff.

Yelp
Westayed at the Keppler hotel September 2008. When we arrived at the hotel after a long trip from Japan, we appreciated the quick and efficient check in. The room was nice and clean and well decorated but extremely small. I think that most hotel rooms in Paris are small, but this one was so small you could hardly open the wardrobe door as it couldn't clear the bed. The bathroom was very nice and clean and very pretty. I have 2 complaints about the bathroom: 1. The shower only dribbled out and we asked them to fix it. It was fixed the day before we left and we were there for 6 days. 2. The hairdryer was permanently attached under a shelf so you have to bend down to use it if you are over 5ft tall. I am 5ft7. The location of the hotel was great, close to the Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tour and the Champs Elysee and there were lots of Metro stations around. Try and get a deal that includes breakfast. Do NOT believe that there are lots of nice little cafes around where you can get a good, inexpensive breakfast. There are not. On the whole the hotel was clean, comfortable and safe and the staff were really nice and helpful. We loved it.

Yelp
Great location, friendly staff, we highly recommend. We stayed for four nights, it's reasonably priced and centrally located to walk to most places. I would stay at this hotel again if we returned to Paris.
