I have eaten Thai Sweet Chili and Double Hit with double butter and double caramel. They are so good, they also have daily promo that trigger me to buy more as my fav healthy snack. The customer service is really good. They always give me a good smile and nice welcome . Definitely will be back . You can see more in pictures I took

I came over to buy 2 bags of popcorn with the coupon. I decided to change the flavor while they were packing them up for me. I thought it was awkward but they were happy to swap them out for me. Happy with the service. p/s: They gave discount for the cheaper one which is reasonable. Also, ask for the receipt if you want to.

I went this Monday afternoon and tried both locations in the eaton centre . The larger location is definitely fresher. The smaller location (which is a 4 min walk in the mall and right beside the ttc) also has 3-4 less flavour options. Both staff were very kind though!! And I’m happy with the buy one get 50% off promo they have right now!!

WAS OVERCHARGED ON PURPOSE. Went on wed oct 15 around 1pm and I ordered two flavours, buttersalt and doublehit, she literally put 3 scoops in the bag and I politely asked her to change double hit to Chicago style (since I assumed she was doing the buttersalt first as that's the first one I ordered). Instead, she gave me double hit and wrote Chicago style on the bottom of the bag and charged me for the more expensive one, then deliberately didn't bother give me the receipt. Scamming someone because you're lazy and clearly hate your job is stupid.

The customer service here was amazing! They gave me some samples to try. I bought their newest flavor - Sweet Himalayan and it was so yummy 😋

Kernels continues to dominate the take out popcorn market and for good reason. They’re flavours are excellent and the popcorn fresh. Their new sealable bags are an upgrade. The prices are ridiculously high and have priced many people out of the popcorn-buying market. A shame.

The Eaton Centre Kernels is hands down the best kernels in Toronto. The popcorn is always fresh, the staff are very friendly and the location is easy to access from the subway. The Chicago mix is a must!
