Kesar heritage boutique Home Stay Jodhpur

I visited this hotel in 26th Dec-2024. The rooftop restaurant has a very good view of the Mehrangarh Fort. Apart from that, I don't find any advantage of this home stay.||The room was also horrible. It had three windows - one is in the closed balcony that doesn't have any sunlight. Another room is permanently blocked through bricks. The remaining window is around 6.5 ft height. That doesn't have any grill - after lots of attempts, I could close the window knob from inside.||Regarding the toilet, it didn't have proper bucket and mug. I believe both bucket and mug were old paint-containers that have been reutilized as toilet bucket/ mug. The commode didn't have any hand shower - so those who are habituated with that, they will be in a big problem.||The food quality was very bad. Only tea was very good [ INR-70/- per cup ] - otherwise it is not a good choice of restaurant. I order Chili paneer and Alu jeera - the standard of food as well as cooking was so bad, we couldn't even eat it.||The outside of the hotel is so narrow that a fat person can't even go in that path. Outside locality is not also very sophisticated. ||I paid INR-2900/- for this room. IMO, it is hugely overpriced and shouldn't be booked even if it is allotted in lower price. In this price, much betters hotels with better facilities are available in Jodhpur.||However, I found owners were very helpful. They helped me to get the train from Jodhpur. ||Overall, I would never book this home stay again. It didn't conform to the rating that is there in Tripadvisor.

My husband and I appreciate thoughtfulness, accommodations and restaurant serving yummy food. If you like 5 star hotels, this is not for you! More like coming to stay with a family. If all hotels in India where we have stayed, the Staff here is the best.||It's in a small lane not accessible by taxi by feet walk for few seconds. This is a plus in my opinion as it is very quiet and keep you away from night vehicle honking.....I'll stay here again for sure.

Beautiful accommodation set under the feet of the fort and centrally in the city. Classic room with comfortable and softy bed and it was the best of the stay. Natural light will blown up the room plus the fresh air. It was super clean filled with required amenities. |Family host very kind and very respective to their guests will allow you to feel like home. Best to stay in blue town just a thing to note it is located inside a alley where you have to walk a few steps.|Overall was great .....

It's truly amazed and surprised us on arrival we to walk a little through a narrow street first we were just wow.... after entering in the haveli it's super clean,nice welcome by management and we feel full of positivity. ||Rooms we had was super awesome in size,clean,decor,facilities,and the light. ||Sunny and his brother look after us like a family and it's really made us very comfortable. One of the best place we had stayed in rajasthan so far.

Excellent stay in the heritage home stay nice room and clean atmosphere is fabulous which we liked most. Rooms does have balcony and full of light so it's added few more stars. Overall was great 👍👍

Excellent home stay loaded with complete facilities. It was nice we spent few nights there clean and comfortable spacious room with the large bed. Nice view from the roof top, location is central can walk to monuments. Overall recommended....

We had great stayed at the Kesar Jodhpur and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The boutique home stay itself is well-maintained, offering a comfortable and welcoming ambiance. The rooms are good, clean, large and well-equipped, providing a cozy atmosphere for stay.||You need to pass a blue alley just few steps and this is the point which gives a peaceful and quiet sleep.||Definitely recommended....
