Ketawa Pet Friendly Hotel and Cafe

One of the best pet cafe in town just well-known to the locals, clean without any smell, pets are cute and well managed, staffs are helpful and attentive.....The best part is you only need to buy a drink as entry ticket to have fun with the dogs and cats for an entire afternoon! P.S. Treat the dogs properly they can do some basic tricks!

I go to ketawa cafe very often and I always have a good experience there. The nice thing about this cafe is that you can bring your dog. While the food is a hit and miss sometimes some of the dishes here are still tasty. I usually like to bring my dog to socialize with other dogs here. The staff are usually very nice to my dog and dogs they have on site are quite cute.

A nice boutique hotel that is very pet-friendly. The hotel also has a small pool if you want to take your dog for a swim. We also used the outdoor shower next to the pool to bathe our dog. All premises are cleaned daily and staff are friendly. My only disappointment with the room were the bath towels as they were quite thin and worn. Also, must be careful of the many Soi (street) dogs in the neighbourhood when walking your dog. We carried a hiking pole to scare them off if need be.||||There is a cafe on site that serves good coffee and simple but tasty meals both western and Thai cuisine. The cafe allows you to bring in your pet with you. Also, there are some other nice restaurants nearby with outdoor seating that allow dogs on leash (best to ask first).||||Otherwise great stay and would recommend if you need a pet-friendly place with close proximity to central Chiang Mai.

A great place for travelers with pet. Everything is designed for our four leged friends. Even beds in the room. A clean hotel with great staff and only a short walk to the city.

The cafe tried to scam me by charging double the price on the menu. Be sure to watch what they charge you! Also, I'm not sure of those dogs are pets or there as zoo animals. Was a bit gross (and I love dogs!). It smelled bad in the cafe too. I got my drink to go and left.

When planning our trip to Chiang Mai, my daughter gave me a shortlist of three places to stay in...I took less than three seconds to plump for this hotel. When we checked in, it was almost midnight, but Jackie the rescue Husky was there to greet us. The room was huge, super comfortable, with every thoughtful (and tasteful) touch added...the room and bathroom spotlessly clean, the latter well-provided with toiletries.||We were initially intending to stay three nights and then switch to another place for our remaining two nights. But the next morning we met the rest of Ketawa's doggy family and promptly changed our bookings to stay there right through.||With a packed schedule planned for every single day, the fact that breakfast service begins at 7.00 am and offers 6 "fulfilling" options at a reasonable price was a real blessing. The meal kept us going until late afternoon/evening with just water or juice in between to beat the heat. It also gave us the opportunity to enter the dog-interaction area and cuddle Ketawa's collection of darling pooches, who were just as willing to return our kisses!||All in all we had an unforgettable experience with smiling friendly staff, and a wonderfully designed property with a beautiful garden. I would definitely consider returning with a favourite book, simply to enjoy reading in the peace of the garden, the good food and service, and the ever-present company of loving animals.

We have enjoyed our stay at this hotel more then most places we have been. We were treated kindly by all the staff even the night security guard was friendly. I am amazed at how well they keep the place clean. The beds are super comfortable, the rooms have all amenities and the breakfast is yummy. Our hearts were at peace knowing they could watch our dog while we went out on day trips too. We tried to extend our stay but they were full so we booked again for our next stay before we even checked out. Thank you so much for making our holiday great and for the amazing package we won! Pepper LOVES it.

For any animal lovers, this place is simply the best. Friendly staff, chic & comfortable room and adorable dogs to play with. The cafe onsite also offers a great selections on their menu and amazing coffee. Simply the best hotel that I have ever stayed in Thailand! It was hard to leave.||The location is just 5mins walk to the peaceful Ping river where you can enjoy walk on the pedestrian only bridge or visit numerous cafes and restaurants, or you can expand your adventure to the famous Night bazzar via vibrant Warorrot wet market. ||As the hotel said, we feel that we came as a guest and left as a family. Thank you Orn, the team and the 8 pet residents for your excellent hospitality. We look forward to coming back to Ketawa.
