Ketawa Pet Friendly Hotel and Cafe

All around friendly staff and a great pet hotel. Welcome note, snacks, water bowls and a bed for our dogs in the room. Room was clean and no lingering smells. Common areas clean and sanitary sprays provided when needed. We booked the dog pool and had a great time. On site cafe had good coffee and cocoa with plenty of chill space with your furry members. Excellent cafes and food nearby. Highly recommend Ketawa and will definitely come back.

The experience was extremely bad. We couldn’t sleep well due to the noise from doors closing, people using the restroom at night, and dogs barking, because the soundproofing between rooms is poor. Moreover, they don’t manage their parking lots properly. Although there are four parking spaces, cars park between the lines, leaving room for only two cars. Additionally, there is no elevator for carrying luggage.

Good pet friendly hotel, provides everything our dog needs. Have a swimming pool, my dog had her first swimming here. Good location.

This is a pet paradise where pets go to get pampered. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean.

My husband & i stayed here for a few days in June and board her here whenever we travel. They are so loving and gentle with our dog and she loves staying there, she's made so many friends too! They take extra special care when it comes to food, make enough time to pay with her and take her out for walks. They updated us almost every 3 hours by sending photos & videos. I would highly recommend this place! They also have a doggy pool! 10/10

This place has a lot of potential to be one of the top pet-friendly spots in town, especially with its pool designed just for dogs. It sounds amazing in theory, but... there's a MAJOR issue with this place. There are dogs (I'm not sure if they belong to the hotel or are just being looked after during the day) that are kept in a small area and bark non-stop. Really, it’s constant—dogs barking incessantly, which makes the whole experience at the hotel absolutely terrible. We came here for a relaxing and enjoyable time with our dog to make use of the pool, but we had to leave much sooner than expected because the barking was unbearable. I can't understand how they don't see how much of a problem this is for everyone... I've been to dog shelters that are much quieter than this place. Honestly, if you leave your dog here, it’s almost certain they’ll develop behavioral issues and start barking excessively, because it seems the hotel doesn’t mind having dogs howling constantly. It's such a shame because this place could be fantastic if they took this issue seriously. But as it stands, it’s a place to avoid.

One of the best pet-friendly hotel in Chiang Mai! Good location, wonderful facilities and friendly staff.

A nice boutique hotel that is very pet-friendly. The hotel also has a small pool if you want to take your dog for a swim. We also used the outdoor shower next to the pool to bathe our dog. All premises are cleaned daily and staff are friendly. My only disappointment with the room were the bath towels as they were quite thin and worn. Also, must be careful of the many Soi (street) dogs in the neighbourhood when walking your dog. We carried a hiking pole to scare them off if need be.||||There is a cafe on site that serves good coffee and simple but tasty meals both western and Thai cuisine. The cafe allows you to bring in your pet with you. Also, there are some other nice restaurants nearby with outdoor seating that allow dogs on leash (best to ask first).||||Otherwise great stay and would recommend if you need a pet-friendly place with close proximity to central Chiang Mai.
