Keti Hotel

This is a lovely small hotel with awesome caldera views. The staff are lovely , desk staff have good English, and very helpful, breakfast is great and the location very central in Fira ( close to bus station , cable car etc) Our room was a cave dug into the cliff, spacious and very comfortable |A word of warning: Santorini is hilly with many stairs and this hotel is the same. There a strong man to help with luggage but if you have mobility or balance problems give them a call to discuss rooms near the top or whether the hotel is suitable .

Wow, what a view! We spent 2 nights in the double room which was much bigger than it looked online. We upgraded on the last night to the suite with the private jacuzzi and this was MORE than worth the cost (which I think they could charge double what they charge for this room). If you have an opportunity to spend even 1 night in this room, do it! The service from the entire team was exceptional and the included breakfast is a ton of food and delicious. Because we were going to miss breakfast due to hiking Fira to Oia, they even made us sandwiches to take on the hike. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you to the team at Keti for a wonderful stay!

From the moment we arrived at Keti Hotel everyone was so nice & helpful with getting our bags to the room and checking in. The VIEW, it is absolutely breathtaking!! Our room had a large balcony where we watched the gorgeous sunset and even opted to stay in and have dinner there verses going out. We took a sunset cruise but really the view was better from our own balcony. Breakfast was provided each day and it was delicious, served by the sweetest ladies! Our room was very clean and comfortable, absolutely 5 stars!! There are a lot of stairs to get to the rooms, so the help with bags was fantastic. I noticed some travelers were carrying their own luggage, ours was included with our booking.

Amazing hotel! Location, pool, ambience, and the service from Gianni and his staff was excellent. It’s a small boutique hotel and very quiet but in a great location. The windows are double glazed so it is very quiet in the room. Fridge is a good size so you can buy drinks at the mini mart and stock up. Thoroughly recommend this hotel in Santorini.

Where do i begin? Yannis is a fabulous host and is full of great advice. The location of the Hotel Keti was beyond perfect. A very short walk too the Fira bus depot, so you can get anywhere on the island easily. Also a very short walk to what seemed like limitless restaurant choices and shops. Who needs the crowds and high prices in Oia when you have the most beautiful sunset here?||The breakfast was amazing. Just select what you want and what time you'd like to eat the day before and the kindest ladies in the world will have it ready for you as soon as you sit down. Having freshly squeezed orange juice every day in the cozy breakfast area was a real treat.||Room 12 / Cavehouse Suite was beyond my expectations. Absolutely gorgeous. Spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable, always spotlessly clean. The views! Oh the views! The caldera, volcano, the "old port" and the beautiful Agean are just outside of your lovely indoor seating area and the lovely patio. It was such a pleasure to have a cocktail on the patio while watching the most amazing sunsets. It seemed to me that all of my wishes were taken care of, even before i could ask.||Thank you, Yannis, for your warm hospitality and the beautiful hotel you shared with me.

We had a wonderful time at Keti Hotel. The view is breathtaking, we enjoyed watching the sunset there in peace on our balcony area. It’s nice and quiet and close to everything you need in Fira. The staff are lovely & helpful and the breakfast included was great. There are stairs to rooms though staff help carry bags. Hotel reception gave great suggestions to places to eat and also recommended sailing the Caldera with Caldera Yachting which is a must if you come to Santorini! The hotel is also close to the bus stop so we took the bus to various spots on the island such as Oia.

Loved the staff at this hotel. Friendly with lots of suggestions. Room a good size BUT the bed was small/short. I am only 5'5" and when I stretched out my legs they hung off the bottom of the bed. Lots of steps down to the hotel. Only hotel without steps is probably Hotel Atlantis which is very expensive. We got misdirected twice going up from the hotel. Transportation from airport was smooth. Unfortunately, lost a wheel on my suitcase.

We had a very unpleasant experience near this hotel. We were taking a photo near the entrance door when a man, apparently a hotel staff member, rudely shut the door in our faces and acted very aggressively. Before that, a woman standing in front of the hotel shouted offensive words at us in Greek. This kind of behavior towards tourists is completely unacceptable. The hotel staff’s attitude was rude, aggressive, and disrespectful. We were very disappointed and shocked by this treatment.
