This is a very nice and quaint hotel with authentic Bali vibes, lots of greenery and nice big rooms decorated in Balinese architecture style. The family run hotel has a small pool and rooms with forest like views. It is well maintained and has all basic amenities except a hot water kettle in the room. It is essentially a bed and breakfast and the breakfast is basic with set menu which has to be pre ordered a day before. The location is good as it is within walking distance to Ubud Palace and main shopping area of Ubud. Also attractions like famous elephant temple and rice terraces are within half hour driving distance in a cab. A nice place to stay and explore the area of Ubud in Bali.

Currently a guest at Ketut’s, and it is wonderful in every single way. A nestled b&b in the heart of Ubud, with traditional Balinese experiences and culture riddled throughout. Everything you need for Ubud Centre is within walking distance, and otherwise, Ketut can connect you with local drivers at an affordable rate. Breakfast is included everyday, and there are many options with front desk for day-trips, massage (on-site) and Kekak fire dance on Sunday/Thursday. The staff are hospitable and so kind. The atmosphere is peaceful. The amenities are clean. Sure, there are geckos and critters from time to time… but it is Indonesia! What do you expect? We are in nature, and blessed to be so. Highly recommend this stay to everyone I know. It is an absolute pleasure to be here and I am grateful I got to experience my first trip to Bali here. We will be returning!

Such a great place to stay in Ubud. It was a wonder location to everything, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and beautiful garden. The ‘spa’ was a nice touch for massages as well - so relaxing. Honestly this was one of the better spots and a great price for what they offer. The breakfast was delicious with great options, and they give you bottled water everyday. You can also rent scooters here and get then to help you with. Setting up yoga classes and tours. The only issue I had was they let their dog continuously bark at night. But other than that, loved my stay here :)

SCAM - DO NOT GO HERE - CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH B&B, NO ONE RESPONDING My partner and I looked at reviews on Booking.com and were satisfied. However we shouldve checked them here too. The room had a horrible smell, the sheets / bed and especially pillows smelled of really bad sweat. They had mould on them too. The air conditioning DID NOT WORK at all: fault showing. Seems to be normal from other reviews here. We ended up booking another accomodation and are still trying to get a refund. The manager was pretty bad to deal with. They wanted to give us another room but it was the same as the first. He even asked us over the phone to TIP one of the workers that we were talking to. Please review recommendations thoroughly not just from one service. Will NEVER return here.

Upon first glance the place is a beautiful traditional Balinese complex, but the room we had booked was extremely unsanitary. The air conditioner was on for ages but the room was hotter than it was outside, and the aircon was filthy which left my partner and I feeling unwell within less than an hour of being there. The sheets and pillows were dirty and reeked of sweat. We mentioned to the manager that we were not happy with our room so they then offered us another room, which was larger but still with a faulty aircon and smelly sheets. We booked for three nights but couldn’t even stay for one. The manager wouldn’t even help us with a refund they just directed us to booking.com as they apparently didn’t know how to help us. Really disappointing, will not be back.

A lovely place to stay in walking distance from the centre of Ubud. Our room overlooking the ravine was a large size, with a comfortable bed and mosquito net. The room aircon was not very powerful and we needed to leave this on day and night to keep the room at an acceptable temperature. The bathroom had a large bath tub, with shower access in the tub. Pool towels are not provided. The pool was a welcome respite. Fresh water bottles were supplied daily. The complimentary breakfast included fruit, fruit juice, tea or coffee and a choice of main. The banana pancakes were delicious. The staff were very helpful. It was a lovely quiet oasis. Good value for money. I recommend this as a value for money stay that is close to the centre of town.

While really close to the center and convenient, the accommodation lacked some basic comfort and does not reflect the price paid. Cushions in the room smelled bad, there was no hot water initially ( they did fix it) , and they charged me 16500 IDR for one 500 ml water (which I asked to offset to the partial breakfast I had and they did). Overall nice people and they tried to make it work, but these are some basic stuff that I just wish worked since I stayed there after 10 days of low-budget travel.

I’ve been catfished by people but never a hotel before. This is a first. This place was so bad that I left within the first hour of being there. The smell was unbearable in the room not to mention how many critters came to greet me at the door. I literally forfeited my money and booked another hotel just to have peace of mind. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. If you’re wondering, I ended up at SENS Hotel which was in walking distance from everything I needed.
