There are three Ketut’s properties in Ubud: the B&B, the Cottage, and the one in Penestanan. Since the last one isn’t listed on TripAdvisor, I’m leaving my comment here. Hopefully, one day Penestanan will have its own page for reviews.|I stayed at the Penestanan villa for two nights a few weeks ago. The villa is spacious, with a private pool and a kitchen. It faces the rice fields, offering a very peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast isn’t provided, but there are plenty of good eateries within walking distance.|Cars cannot access this area directly, so you need to call the villa staff to help carry your luggage by motorbike and ride you to the villa. You can walk there yourself, but I recommend letting the staff handle the bags.|During my stay, it rained almost the entire day, so I couldn’t use the pool—such a pity. Still, if I have the chance, I’d love to come back and stay for more days. The price is affordable and definitely worth the money.
