Key West Historic Seaport

Water views, beautiful boats & yachts, restaurants and people watching. We spend hours here enjoying & decompressing. The City decorates beautifully each year for Christmas as do the local shoppes & eateries. The Historic Seaport is a must visit.

My wife and I came here and loved it. It has a lot of cool boats especially the old pirate ships ones too. We took a tour off this seaport and enjoyed the atmosphere.

A beautiful place for a long walk. There are plenty of places worth stopping and taking photos, as it will be something to remember someday. I don't know if you can be in Key West and not visit this place 😉

The beautiful waterfront views with colourful boats. We visited during the holidays and were treated to stunning lights and decorations all around. The area also has plenty of great restaurants to enjoy.

Skip Duvall Street and walk the Historic Harbor Walk. Or do both and see why I said that 👆🏽. I really don't care what you do. It's quaint casual walk, boats on one side, restaurants and bars on the other. My recommendation: restaurant hop. Have apps and drinks at one. Walk to another for main. Walk to another for dessert. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Key West Historic Seaport and Town in one of the stops while doing a cruise in the Bahamas and the Caribbean with MSC, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! This hidden gem is a true treasure trove of history, charm, and beauty. The seaport area is bustling with activity - from the colorful boats docked along the harbor to the charming shops and restaurants lining the streets, there's something for everyone to enjoy. The historic charm of the town is evident in its well-preserved architecture and quaint streets that transport you back in time. One of the highlights of my visit was taking a leisurely stroll along the boardwalk, soaking in the stunning views of the water and watching the sunset - a truly magical experience. I also had the chance to indulge in some delicious local cuisine at one of the waterfront restaurants and was blown away by the fresh seafood and laid-back atmosphere. Overall, Key West Historic Seaport and Town is a must-visit destination for anyone looking to experience the true essence of Key West. I can't wait to return and explore more of this charming area!

We enjoyed strolling along the Harbor Walk boardwalk which is not far from Mallory Square and goes along the edge of the waterfront. Great place to take some photos of the boats at the various marinas and there are many restaurants and bars where you could stop to get a drink or bite to eat with a view of the water. Nice place to spend a couple hours if you are in Key West. There was also a building with some public restrooms located along the Harbor Walk.

We went here 1st as soon as we got to keywest it was a good place to start. This is where a lot of watersports activities took place. We took our sunset cruise from here

When I planned my second visit to Miami never thought I would end up here! But I am so glad I actually took a chance & decided to come here. For a solo trip it was little nerve racking but loved the excitement! The bus I took from Miami to Key West dropped us here & also picked us up here. So we had (I think) 4 -6 hours to finish the tour & I knew there is no way I would be able to do it by foot on a sunny day! So I booked one the trolly tours ! Let me tell you if you are not planning on staying overnight here then this is your best bet ! I wish I could stay here for longer, should have stayed overnight. Because I didn't plan ahed, it was just a last minute spontaneous thing I decided day before my flight I had to come back to Miami to catch my flight! Would I come back again, if I visit Miami then I would wanna watch the music festival they have here! Maybe instead of staying in Miami I will just come straight here for a week, that sound interesting! So much to see here, too much good good . Altho there is not a single halal place here & I gotta stick with only fish & seafood ! Still it's a fun idea, Time will say .. So this place is pretty cool, loved the smell of water. Takes me back home! Lots of cool places to visit ? Some expensive yummy food lol. I can stay here for hours just taking pictures or videos! Tested some yummy strong coffees which I loved, and I remembered what the bus driver told us not to miss key lime pie & you know me I loveee sweet so I did tried. First time ever trying key lime pie & I loved it. Didn't realize how sweet it actually is & thought of becoming 16 again when I could eat sweet all day. I guss getting old isn't fun huh..!

We end up here as a surprise like many of the hidden spots in the Keys. We parked in a public garage and walked around this nice seaport. You can find in here have many many many cute stores and with all type of souvenirs. As you walk here you will see and enjoy many restaurants, they rent a boat for fishing or just in enjoying the sunset, and so much more.

Historic a seaport of Key West is almost a town within a town. We always park car there for $3 an hour and walk from there. So many places to visit and do just in a first few blocks. This is the place to eat, take a boat tour, watch tarpon and pelican feedings at 4PM daily or just enjoy gorgeous sunset. It is a par of the KW where you can easily spend a day or two. Now for Christmas is beautifully decorated with three Christmas trees-nautical, lobster trap one and the one made out of fishing buoy. What a treat!!

You could spend a few days just in this one spot. This is a great place to catch a boat, Sunset Cruise, a bite to eat, and drink or two. So many things to do here. This is a must see if you come To KW. Most of you fishing and boat tours are in this area. Lots of art shops around and plenty of restaurants, believe me you will get you fill of whatever you want. Take a walk and look at the boats in the Harbor, you will be surprised. Great spot in the day or evening for a walk.

We love the historic Seaport. Some of the coolest and most iconic places are found here. To name a few: Half shell, Schooner Wharf, White Tarpon, Boat house. We love strolling along the boardwalk there as well. We find a walk around this area at Happy hour to be one of our favorite excursions.

I love coming down at night there's lots of public parking it's 3.00 and hour. It's worth it I like seeing all the boats and lots of things to see. Restaurants normally have a happy hour for food and drink and maybe a Singer or band at night. Lots of shops with interesting things for sale.

Must try the Key West ceviche made with diver-caught hogfish at Turtle Kraals and enjoy the harborwalk at the #historicseaport. This place is amazing!

The Key West Historic seaport is more then just a harbor for boats. It is home to the famous A & B Lobster House, the Commodore Restaurant, Turtle Kralls, A & B Marina, various little shops, charter boats, and sports. The seaport is great to walk down during the day to see the arts and crafts and other vendors or to find a water sport to do, and also great at night to find a restaurant or just to enjoy the scenery.

Plenty of restaurants around the Key West Historic Seaport as well as shops and generally anything to do, like walking around the area or catching a boat tour, and so forth. Quite a few historic boats as well. Nice place to walk around in the late afternoon and evening.

This is a great spot in Key West to wander around and look at the water and boats and possibly even see some manatees. There's a large selection of boat excursions that leave from this area as well as lots of restaurants.
