Absolutely delicious 😋!! My Hubby and I came in December 2023 all the way from Atlanta during a cruise and now I returned in May 2024 on another cruise with my Mom. The key lime pie is light and refreshing. I also enjoyed the key lime punch so authentic. What I appreciate the most is that it's not tart!! The most delicious choice in Key West...give them a try.

Very well clean place with nice designs and space. The service was friendly. The slices of key lime pies weren’t that tasty. It’s nice to see the process of making pies in front of you but personally I didn’t like the taste.

Omg this pie is amazing! Sweet and tart. Paired with a latte... the gentleman working was so sweet and kind. The shop is cute and very Key West centric. I can't wait to come back!

This pie shop is a staple and tradition for my family. Despite us all living in different areas of the country, they offer exceptional customer service and delivery options to get their delicious pies almost anywhere. I recently ordered a pie for Father’s Day and unfortunately UPS ruined the chance of a timely delivery which ultimately led to the pie’s demise. Upon receiving tracking from UPS stating they were experiencing malfunctions, staff member Stephanie was quick to problem-solve for us. She was thorough, prompt, and was so kind. She offered routes to correct the issue despite it being no fault of theirs and made my parents so thrilled to receive their new pie. I cannot express how grateful I am for Stephanie and the Key Lime Pie Co. and how grateful they should be to have her on staff.

Never knew we liked Key Lime pie until we tried it while here on vacation. We will be placing orders to be delivered from how good it was!

There are a lot of options in key west, but this place is the best. If you’re a key lime snob they make an extra tart one. They also were accommodating and wrote happy birthday on the pie for us.

This was the absolute best key lime pie I have ever eaten. My niece and her husband actually saw this company on The Profit and said the gentleman stated the same thing. I guess you’ll have to visit Key West to get a taste of true key lime pie or order it online and have shipped. I wish I had bought more!! I highly recommend visiting if in the area.

Wow...we have been on a mission for the best key lime pie....ding ding ding we have a winner! We each hand an individual pie and they were amazing! The young man working the store was so kind and helpful... We are planning a return for "key lime" ice cream...

Arrived Key West, checked in an headed out. Hit the wharf and found this place a few blocks beyond. On our walk we saw Kl- pie being sold for as much as $9.45 a slice. Here, $5.45. We bought a slice It was good but I expected it to be more limey. While sharing the slice I saw a sign reading they had a more "tart" variety. We may go back.

I decided on a whimsy to try every pie locals recommended. I was told if you like it a little more tart, come to the Key West Pie Company. You can choose from a mini pie slice, a cup with more topping or fluff, a chocolate covered slice on a stick or a mini pie. We chose the mini pie and the chocolate covered slice. The mini tart was the perfect blend of creamy, sweet and tart. The chocolate covered slice was frozen, and so easy to eat on the go. The chocolate didn't break off or crumble, it was the most perfect frozen pie creation I have ever sampled. I can't choose a favorite. Thank heavens we split it so I could eat half of both and not feel guilty. Loved the variety, and prices were very fair. For tartness and flavor, Key Lime Pie Co has my vote!! If you love meringue on a pie, Blue Heaven has the best key lime with meringue pie. Four Marlins had the best "cheesecake" style pie with a beautiful view of ocean. Kermit's has gifts galore that are key lime related and a solid pie as well. Yes, I ate five pieces of pie in one day. Well...if you include the frozen pie on a stick, technically that is six. Best tasting I have had in a long while.

The key lime pie here is offered several ways. Our group got the mini full pie and a slice. I'm pretty sure the guy behind the counter said the slices were frozen, and you could tell a little bit, but they were still good. This is by far the creamiest key lime pie that I have tried in the Keys so far. I preferred the mini key lime pie because it was nice to have so much of the crust, and it wasn't as cold as the slice. The slice was creamier and more tart.

Great pie!! Service is amazing and kind. Guy on register was the best. I can't remember his name, but he was wearing a hat "dirty hooker" lol Best customer service and so genuine. Thank you for the smiley face. You made our day and we will be back with our friends.

It wasn't busy at all when we came in around 8 pm halfway through our engagement shoot. Service was fast and my slice of pie was delicious!

When you get to have an original you should try it. The nice thing for me is I haven't ever had key lime pie before, so to me it's perfect. Our pie was provided for us, so I don't have any comments about the store. We did stop by the store as we were out and about in key west.

Friendly dude working the counter. Suggested the mini pie and it was delicious. Very rich, creamy, sweet. The limeade was super sweet. Maybe don't get it with a pie, lol.

This was a remarkable experience. Not only was the pie delicious and mouth watering, the customer service was hands down the best I had on vacation by any business. I can't remember her name but she was the nicest down to earth person. She hit it off with my wife and gave us a great deal.

My favorite key lime pie I tried while on vacation. I'm not a huge dessert person so this pie was perfect for me. Very tart (we ordered the extra tart) and creamy and cold. Very similar texture to ice cream. Came back twice in the 3 days we were here and even tried to take some home with us on our 30 hour road trip. Absolutely loved it.

This is a great way to enjoy Key West's signature dessert of Key Lime Pie in a quick way when you have limited time during a day in port with a cruise. Great flavor, and packaged in a way that is portable and you can eat as you wander the streets!

In Key West = Key Lime Pie. The Key Lime Pie was not my fave of all the places we tried, but it was in the running. I liked the whip cream, which was not too sweet. The crust was a little thinner. Certainly worth a stop. Cute atmosphere. The service was super friendly.

After watching an episode of The Profit with Marcus Lemonis some years ago, I placed Key West Key Lime Pie Company on my list of places to visit. I went to the shop and it is quaint with an assortment of merchandise for sale. Miniature cookies are in jars to sample, and I tried a few. I really liked the brown sugar and cinnamon, as well as the chocolate chip. I would have purchased a package of one or both if the price was not $9.95 each. The cost is outrageous and I cannot believe they move that much product daily, weekly or monthly to substantiate the cost. I am of the mindset that just because people are on vacation, retailers should not stick them with outrageous prices just because they can, but reasonably price merchandise. Plenty of people are like me and will keep their money to spend on something that is worthwhile and affordable. Since the Key West Key Lime Pie Company is on my list of places to visit and I have never had key lime pie, I purchased an over-priced slice for $6.00. However, I after walking by more than six stores with Key Lime Pie in the name, $6.00 seems to be the going price. The slice that I ate was too tart and the lime juice used was a little off-putting; however, when combined with the whipped cream that it was topped with the flavor was more palatable. Also, the graham crust was absolutely delicious, fresh and crisp. I could eat the graham crust all by itself.

Such a friendly gal working inside. She offered to take our photo with their cute photo prop and explained the menu of frozen Key Lime options to us. Key Lime pie is something you have to get while in Key West so this was one of the first and primary things I kept talking about on our drive here. The pie was tart and sweet but wasn't exactly what I was expecting so I didn't love it - didn't hate it - but it wasn't the best Key Lime I've ever had. I preferred the bowl option for ease of walking while eating but we didn't try some of the other things bc I just couldn't eat it all! They have a large menu and a bunch of things to try to cool you off on a warm day. On a cute street with a bunch of parking either off the street or in a paid lot and you can walk around and enjoy the rest of the town.

Delicious recipe. We have been trying key lime pie all along the keys. So far, this is the best. We each had the Pie in a Cup. I loved that the filling isn't so tart, the whipped cream is real and the crust was in the middle and bottom. The store was clean and tastefully decorated. It was very quiet and could use some music to help round out the nice vibe. We saw The Profit episode years ago and have always remembered it. So glad we made it here. We will be back before our trip is over.

Had one of their frozen pies at Publix, so thought I would look for the bakery downtown. I found an outlet, maybe they baked in the back. Pies were good, but they sold the same frozen, frozen pie at their location. Was a bit of a disappointment as I thought I was going to the bakery. Still the pie is good. Not sure any different than getting it at the supermarket. Now I ordered a cuban coffee, con leche. It was horrible. No tastable coffee. Maybe they forgot to put it in? Anyhow I dumped it out. Thus my rating for the coffee and the pie.

I come here every time I'm in Key West. I've tried other places and they just don't measure up to this place. It's served frozen and it's just the perfect thing on a hot day. Love it so much. Check em out.

Delicious pies--so much so that my wife asked to have some shipped to us (near Chicago) for her birthday. And great, great customer service. (It's a long story with a joyous ending!)

Fresh, tasty and just plain delicious. Just as seen in "The Profit". The BEST key lime pie you will ever taste. Ask for extra tart if you are into it.

This place is AMAZING! The only key lime pie I've had that was better is my mommas but for commercially produced pie it's great. I was a little bummed they didn't have any mini pies in the other flavors they advertised but I guess going to a key lime pie company and not getting the original would be a crime.

We've tried all of the different key lime pies in Key West and the extra tart from here is our favorite. Too many others just don't have enough flavor and are too sweet. Intense and delicious

Overall not a bad place, the pie was very tasty but just know that if you don't want a frozen slice of pie you'll need to get the mini pie the slice comes from the frozen whole pie.

Stopped by to try the Key Lime Pie. We had lot to try, so we only ordered one and shared. It had the sourness that was I expecting, but it wasn't overwhelming. It wasn't too sweet as well, which was a surprise. We'll have to try other offerings they have next time we visit.

I had such high expectations for this place! I use to watch the profit and have been waiting to try it for years! Was very disappointed. Key lime pie was a bad consistency, crust was soggy, and every bite tasted different. Some bites I could taste some key lime and then other bites it tasted like cream cheese. I guess it wasn't mixed well. Overall the shop is nice. And the lady who took our order was okay. Just expected more.

Yummy key lime pie! It's cool to visit a place "The Profit" was filmed. We are fans of the show and fans of key lime pie. We loved to see how this business has changed and continues to be successful. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you are in the area, you must stop by and try the pie!!

Pie was ok. Not nearly enough whioped cream so it was way too sour to eat the whole thing.

Visited once before and had a good experience this time however was meh at best. We waited a few days before finally trying out the famous dessert of key west and I really wish I'd picked another spot. This town is generally friendly and welcoming but this shop apart from being lonely was unmotivated. I like to give people and places benefit of the doubt so maybe this was an "off day" but I'll seek another spot to try my next key lime pie. The taste and overall attitude were not the vibe.

First had their key lime pie at on of the state parks. It's all options haha but this is my most favorite of any I've had down here. The dipped pie will make you slap your mama. Try it for yourself... but tell ya mama first

I brought a large group of over 30 people to try their delicious, mouth puckering Key Lime Pie. I had called a couple of weeks ago and talked to the manager who hellped me determine the best time to arrive, as their store starts to get busy as the day goes on. She told me she would have samples ready for us when we arrived. Fast foward to yesterday; I called to let her know that we were a bit early, and she replied that it was no problem and that they were all ready for us! We piled inside their adorable pie "factory" and watched them make Key Lime Pie right in front of our eyes while we sampled a delicious taste of creamy/sweet/tart perfection! They even made sure my one gluten free guy had just the pie filling to try. I can just go on and on about their pie; it even comes in other flavors, like coconut, blueberry and mango. I wanted to try the pie on a stick frozen dessert in the mango flavor. It was just the right amount of pie, Dipped in CHOCOLATE. I don't know how they get the chocolate to stay so beautifully dark brown and shiny and stick to the pie. It was divine. The hint of the pieces of graham.cracker crust are just the right balance of soft and crunchy. The real, perfectly whipped cream in there balances the tartness of the Key Lime filling. Speaking of "tart", if you like it extra tart they have a pie for you, too. My friend had a Key Lime Pie milkshake; I watched them put a whole piece of Key Lime Pie in the milkshake container, along with the ice cream and a big dollop of whipped cream on top once it was mixed together. I had a taste of it, and now I'll have to go back and get one for myself!! The countergirl was so friendly and helpful, and really did a wonderful job of taking care if all of us. I will definitely return to tey some other delectable Key Lime treats.

Listen, I am a Key Lime Pie SNOB! This place really hit the mark when it comes to key lime pie because I am always comparing it to my grandmothers. It is excellent! It has the perfect amount of tartness from the lime, and also the perfect amount of sweetness. I really wish that they shipped pies, because I would probably be ordering one weekly lol. I am not lying when I say that this is the best Keylime pie that I have ever had before in my life (sorry, meemee!) not to mention, the place is decorated adorably and the staff is so friendly!

The key lime pie was good. The restaurant was clean. The reason for the 3 stars was customer service. Not friendly at all. (Based on numerous other reviews, being unfriendly is a common occurrence).

This place is super fun having been one of the locations on the Profit! I'm not usually a key lime pie connoisseur but this is hands down the best I've ever had! It's tart without being tangy, and oh so creamy! Unreal!

I was in Key West for a full week and was waiting for their "pie in a cup." I was told from day one that they were sold out. Multiple workers were annoyed when we asked about them even though many of them told us they would make more the next day. Went back multiple days to see if they had made more, last day of vacation made a stop to see if we could have one on the way to airport, still weren't open by 11 on a Saturday.

This place is amazing! The key lime pie is delicious! Although, it is frozen so the crust is hard to cut with a plastic fork. It is a small spot with homemade ice cream as well. I would recommend as a must try! Plus it was on tv. I like this spot the most for key lime pie. It would appear that I like a subtle hint of key lime pie rather than a strong in your face key lime flavor. Also they are only open (at least when I went) for only a handful of hours.

We walked by this place on the way to lunch. Just looking at it I knew I wanted to visit for dessert. By far the best key lime pie I have ever had. We ended up going twice and getting the mini pies. My husband also got the pie in a cup. He said it was very good but preferred the mini pie since it had more graham cracker crust. If we return to Key West this place will be a must stop!

This was designated as our favorite key lime pie in our entire trip and trust me, we tried a lot of pies! Make sure you ask for extra tart, the custard is melting almost like ice cream and the crust is thin enough to enhance the entire slice. Truly a must try in Key West!

We tried both this and Kermit's (which are both supposed to have some of the best key lime pies in the area), and found this place to have the tastiest one I have had anywhere. NOTE: We like the tangy zestiness of key lime pie, so we ordered the "extra tart" version and it did not disappoint! Only docking one star because it's somewhat expensive (but that seems to be the case everywhere.)

So number one, this key lime pie will be different from your typical everyday key lime pie that most folks are used to. This isn't the oldest shop, but they have arguably the oldest recipe that's over 100 years old. So when you read the negative reviews keep what I just said in mind. My husband and I frequent Key West, and this is definitely one of the places we always have to stop at for seriously good key lime pie! My husband isn't a huge fan of extreme citrus, and this is perfect for him. If you like the more tart key lime flavor, well, this place has your covered! The extra tart is amazing for a citrus lover. The consistency is different, and is more like a custard. Yet there's no egg! The limeade is also delicious, and goes down super easy when you've been walking around on a typical hot and humid Key West day. Highly recommend for an authentic Kew West experience!!

I ran across this place as I was in the heart of the city. I love key lime anything so why not? As I walked by the door was wide open so I politely invited myself inside lol! Upon walking in, there were tables and chairs stacked to the side. The floor was completely clear. Due to covid, everything purchased was completely to go. All understandable. I proceeded to take a look around. As I looked to the left, there was a clear pane of glass or plexiglass which customers could look to see the process of how they make the key lime pie items. Very cool! Once you walk past that there is a menu and cash register straight back. They have multiple options. You can get a regular key lime pie to take home, mini key lime pie or even key lime pie in a cup. If you want more crust, shoot for the mini key lime pie. I on the other hand wanted more filling and opted for the key lime pie in a cup. Important: CHECK IN WITH YELP AND RECIEVE A DISCOUNT! I was all for the discount! Thanked the cashier and headed on my way. It was sweet, but not too sweet. Tart, but the right amount of tart. They were able to create a balance that paired perfectly. I would most definitely visit again. I would have loved to sit and really soak up atmosphere but hey it's all good. Thank you for being open to allow me to try the deliciousness that you offer!

Stop here for a piece of the best Key Lime pie you'll ever eat. Never having been a fan of key lime pie, I stopped for my husband. He tried the extra tart and bragged about how great it was. We came back today (2 days later) and I tried it. It. Is. Heaven. I grabbed an iced latte and was surprised how good it was. The lovely employee told me it is because it's made with Cuban coffee beans. What's even better than the pie is the service. I was amazingly clumsy and dropped three slices of pie all over myself and the floor. Without missing a beat, the employee handed me a towel, cut us three more slices of pie and cleaned up the floor. All with a friendly smile on her face.

It's a very soft, smooth and creamy key lime pie with fresh whipped cream on top. I wish is was colder. The young lady did mention it would melt if we planned to eat and walk outside so that's another indicator it's very soft! It's pricey for the portions received.

Day 2 of Key West and was wanting to try some know Key Lime stuff. Lol We caught this place just in town before closing(9:00pm). I am not sure why this place closes to early as I make they would make a lot more money if they closed at 11pm or even 12. The female employee was super friendly and nice. She had a great attitude for being only 10 minutes before closing with 3 parties come in. I know I would of locked the doors and started my cleaning so I can get out of work on time. Seating is way huge and they had a ton of different varieties. I chose the chocolate dipped key lime pie and she got the key lime ice cream. Mine was super sweet but tasted pretty good. I did love the key lime ice cream tho. If your in town and wanting some key lime sweets, this is the place for you. Just make sure you get there early before closing! I can't wait to come back!

My search brings me to the Key West Key Lime Pie Restaurant. Now Key Lime Pies aren't for everyone. Its a little tart but man does it pack a punch. The tiny Key Lime is a local area fruit that grows wild. The Key West Key Lime Pie Company takes their 100-year old recipe using fresh all-natural ingredients, the juice from the key limes and a handmade graham cracker crust. Now throw a spotlight on this place because the tv show The Profit swooped in and revamped this place. I love revamping and I love Key Lime Pie. Lets get to tasting! My wife and I walk into a nice looking store. There's plexiglass showing the entire operation. I walk up to the counter and order a slice of pie and Cuban coffee. The cheerful counterperson starts telling me a little about the operation. This particular location wasn't on the show but they all share the same passion about the brand. Selling the best KLP for the rest of the US to sample. We loved our pie and was impressed with the operation. If you're in Key West, I highly recommend searching for The Key West Key Lime Pie Company.
