Nestor Hotel

The Deluxe rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast buffet was good. We faced a minor issue as there is only one person to help with bags for checkin and check out. Another issue is limited space for car at hotel entrance to drop off guests and baggage. Overall a good stay.

Our stay at Nestor Hotel early this month was a good experience. Though we arrived in the wee hours of the morning, the whole check in process was flawless. The room was spacious and equipped with a kettle and a mini fridge. Our early morning tea and coffee was also taken care of. The bed linen was clean which ensured a good night sleep. The bathroom too was hygienically maintained though having a few hooks would have helped. The complimentary breakfast buffet had good options for me and my wife. The housekeeping staff were very helpful. Our thanks to Mr Rajesh Castelino, Front Office Mgr., who made our stay possible. The buffet lunch at the restaurant was OK though it included only one NV dish. The location is ideal and has lot of conveniences nearby.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Nestor for almost 20 days, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their customer service is remarkable and made my stay very comfortable. A special mention to Mr. Amit and Ms. Nabomita who was outstanding throughout my stay—always attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. The hotel was provided to us by Indigo as we missed the connection flight to nairobi due to their latw flight! But the stay and hospitality of this hotel is good! We loved the food! Staff is also very good and humble and helping! Rooms are big n clean! Neat tidy bathrooms and toiletries. All n all thought we missed the flight the stay was pleasant to say the least….

This time had a very bad experience staying at this property. Got a room which wasn't upto the mark and also there was some guest in the nearby room who was continuously arguing with someone on the phone being very abusive and she was damn loud and this continued until the next morning. Considering my peace, I checked out early morning and booked another hotel.

Overall I will give this hotel 5stars. For the friendly and accommodating staffs, and for Mr Amit and Rajesh who gave me a complimentary room upgrade, the restaurant for making me perfect sunny side up egg, and for the efficient housekeeper. I will definitely come back and stay at this hotel again. Though an old hotel, it is very clean, tidy and spacious. A MUST STAY AND VISIT HOTEL IN MUMBAI. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
