His welcoming demeanor immediately set a positive tone, and he went above and beyond to make sure my stay was seamless and comfortable. What stood out most was his exceptional ability to balance efficiency with a personal touch — a rare quality in hospitality. Whether it was assisting with check-in, arranging special requests, or offering thoughtful local recommendations, Mr. Shah handled everything with grace, confidence, and a sincere desire to enhance the guest experience. The Nestor Hotel is already known for its comfort and service, but Mr. Shah’s dedication truly elevates it to another level. Great location. But standard room too much small. AC good. Tv should be upper, washroom small but good. Food too much expensive. Room should be clean more with good painting. Charging Socket should be near to bed. Not working

I had very pleasant stay at Nestor hotel. Staff are very supportive and customer oriented. Food quality is very good and reasonably priced. Rooms are very big with central AC. Great value for money. All the best to Nestor Hotel.

My stay at Hotel Nestor was truly pleasant. The staff here is very helpful, cooperative, and well-behaved. The service was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. A special mention to Azra Shaikh at the reception — her warm nature and helpful attitude made me feel completely at home. Thank you, Azra, for your wonderful hospitality and making the stay even more memorable.

Staff are on toes always, Nice welcome, Stay was excellent, rooms are neat & clean, Buffet breakfast was tasty & fullfiling. Mr. Amit & Ms. Isha at reception are always helpful, smiling. Will surely visit again & recommend friends & relatives. Thank you Nestor Hotel.

Room was unclean, there were cockroaches. It smelled like hospital. They charged for extra bed for 1 night extra although we checked out one day early. Normal room charge is fine as it's already booked but there was no point of charging for extra bed for one night extra. Given the condition of the place the building might crumble any day. Only good thing was breakfast was fine, decent. Its secluded at one corner of Andheri East. Only thing nearby is airport.
