One of the worst experience I had staying in this place. The customer service was the worst to the core. They don't have a basic decency on how to treat the customer.||The staff manager "Rajesh Castelino" is one such person who does not seem to have basic customer service sense and not even capable to be a room cleaner at the hotel. He does not seem to understand basic English when we tried to explain an issue. Seems a 5th fail candidate got into job by cheating.He is such a disgrace and need to be thrown out of the hotel. The other person is "Syed" who is the housekeeping Manager and he did something which even a third party motel will not do the guests- another disgrace. He also used stained bedsheets in our room but charging 5 star hotel rates- absolutely disgusting. The GM was confidently lying he uses only new bedding across- Buch of liers. Seems the hotel is run by third class thugs who does not have a sense to treat customers. Only trying to milk money from customers.|| Also please don't even think about having food at the onsite restaurant. We were having the morning breakfast and a small cockroach was strolling along the table. Seems infested by them all over in the kitchen and dining area. || Please pay additional 1000 - 2000 Rs at near by restaurants or stay in a 2 start property which will have a way better customer service. Avoid this place.

Let me start with what's good - rooms are large and spacious. Restaurant is descent and breakfast has a good spread. What can improve - the decor needs a serious upgrade. It's old and run down, latches don't work, bathrooms have stains, curtains are torn and I can go on and on. For a hotel that calls itself a 3 star, it's in need of renovation. It's located on a busy road and getting in and out of that area is quite difficult during rush hours. We were stuck in traffic for a good 20 mins both sides. At best, this can be a stopover for a night. Anything longer is not going to be comfortable.

Let me start with what I would call moderately decent : 1. Premium room is good enough but lacks amenity like iron box. 2. Food is preferable outside Now the unacceptable parts for a star hotel: 1. Cockroach around buffet table 2. Changing room is beyond horror and attached toilet is unhygienic. I was appalled with the hygiene standards 3. Chutneys are offered stale To summarise, I had complaints on a daily basis. The staff, including the GM Mr. Nair had the audacity to respond “You don’t get to tell us how to run a hotel, you can’t dictate terms on us”. This is how an apparent 4 star hotel is running. Shocking!

I went here for a business trip. My biggest issue was the really awful quality of food. They had no non spicy options and when they made me a pasta separately, it had so much sauce and cream there was oil floating in it and it felt like milk. Also they still added red chilli on top of it. They made me an egg for breakfast 2 days in a row and it was burnt and overcooked both days indicating clearly that the cook does not even possess the very basic of culinary knowledge. The ceiling AC was leaking in the middle of the eating area where there were a lot of mosquitos and flies. The towels and bed sheets had stains on them. The room's bathroom had a loud machine working 24/7 outside the window. They gave tea bags but no kettle. No iron. The AC doesnt have temp control. The room service needs to be called 2 to 3 times before they do what is asked and they do not know how to be polite. I asked for 3 things on 3 days and all 3 times they either forgot something or got something wrong. Worst of all they gave me a 30ml drink of Absolut Vodka but it didnt taste like Absolut at all. They also didnt have most of the drinks mentioned in their bar menu. This was my experience over 3 days. This hotel is by NO MEANS a 3 star hotel. At most 2 star on a good day.

They are literally fraud, they won't return the money if the person is not interested to stay , asks for extra money . I have paid 25k amount, as our plan were changed,i have asked for cancellation, they said they will not refund any money . Suchitra a fraud behaviour over there. And the ambiance there was very bad , the hotel was unhygienic, unclean,foul smell near the lift ...

I am currently staying here and I must tell everyone that it's a pathetic hotel to stay. Looking at the room, it's no better than a 3rd class lodge. Room is just below average for the price they have charged. Washroom is horrible, untidy, poor looking and badlu furnished. Staff at the reception is post, for everything they have a simple answer saying, "Sorry Sir, we are fully sold and don't have any other room to change/upgrade." Yet to try the breakfast, so can't comment about that. I am surprised how Lemon Tree group gave their name to this.

Nice place...they have spacious rooms, neat & clean...needs follow up with service boys. Complimentary breakfast, it needs improvement. Front office is very responsive and good.

First of all, this hotel is not associated with lemon tree, it’s a scam, the GM is not approachable and reasonable. The rooms are divided into old and new rooms, the new rooms are too overpriced for its amenities and the old rooms are dingy. Restaurant staff and some housekeeping staff are the best in behaviour and service. Food is okay. Washrooms of old rooms are dysfunctional. Overall the hotel is way too much overpriced.
