KFC Victoria Station - Buckingham Road

✅ Halal certificate, KFC on the first floor of the Victoria train station. It's a good place to sit and have a quiet bite with price staring from £2.49 to £20. Situated Infront of the GDK.

Food was fine but absolutely HORRIBLE service from one worker (female, 30-45, African descent) in particular. Arrived at the KFC witnessing her giving attitude to a customer, who was visibly taken back and upset by her reaction, he later apologised (had no reason to) but she continued being rude. My entire interaction of ordering with her was very unpleasant as well. In all honesty the most rude person I’ve met in my entire life. Really shouldn’t be in a customer facing role.

Extremely unimpressed by my experience here. For a so-called fast food restaurant the service was shockingly slow. Staff were rude and unresponsive when I questioned where my order was considering how small the order was and how not busy the restaurant was. Food was barely lukewarm and gravy lid wasn’t secured properly so had spilt all over the bag. Given how many other fast food options are in the vicinity of this kfc, you’d think they’d try a bit harder. Definitely won’t be returning next time I’m passing through Victoria.

I waited 20 minutes for my order, I only got my order because I kept requesting a refund. Only when I was requesting my refund was my food "Nearly done". I only ordered an originals wrap and medium fries yet bigger orders were being done before mine. I was order number 2765 and I didn't get my food till after Order 2782 was called. If you have read this please Do Not Waste Your Time Here.

Worst KFC i ever had. Old & cold hard wrap. They must be failed in compliance & should be close down after ROCC

One of the dirtiest KFC I've visited. What is the worst no one is doing anything there apart of standing/watching the screen and waiting for a chicken to be cooked. In fact the food was very oily. I was bored so I was an observer- watching closely due waiting for my order. Absolutely disaster. Firstly I was waiting 16 min for my 3 piece meal (pieces was given incorrect so I complained). Then I was waiting additional 30min just to get my order right (chicken frying time is 17-20min). Someone said that one of the machines was broken and they are sorry. Places to seat wasn't clean, lots of rubbish on the tables, on the floor. Behind the counter, food worktops etc dirty. Also all delivery orders was just standing on the counter like between 20-30min straight without being kept worm. Can you imagine how it will taste?? Yhhhh avoid this place. You have other restaurants around so go there. One more thing, it wasn't busy. Time of my visit between 5pm-6pm

Staff are friendly helpful Tho they could do with getting some kiosks like most have now adays It would kill the queues

I ordered a wrap meal sorry to say it was not good. The chicken didn’t had any taste as if i was eating a paper. Sorry kfc Victoria it was disappointing. I just got my 4.49pounds money wasted today
