This park is known for the Ton Chongfa waterfalls, which are beautiful, but it requires some tough hiking to see all 5 falls.
I would definitely recommend wearing good hiking shoes or closed toed hiking sandals as the trails are very rough at the end of the main trail to access the falls.
The first kilometer or so of the trail is well developed and easy to hike, and you can see the first waterfall that is easy to access just off the trail.
At the start of the trail to the last 4 falls, there is a difficult stream crossing with large rocks, and a rope across to help you. You may have to wade across. It may be easier to do in the dry season, though.
The trails between the last 4 falls are steep, rocky, and often very muddy, so be prepared.
It will take you at least 2 hours or more to hike to all of the falls and back to the entrance, so take some water with you.
I would definitely not recommend taking children on the rough trails, as it is very easy to get injured from a slip or fall.
The entrance fee is 100 baht per person, and the only parking available is on the street next to the entrance.
We very much enjoyed seeing all of the falls, and if you are in the mood for a rough hike, then be sure to see all of them.
