I went to Khao Yai Art Museum last Wednesday, and it honestly turned out to be one of my favorite spots in Khao Yai. It was my first time there, and I didn’t expect it to be this beautiful and relaxing. The museum is surrounded by so much greenery — it already felt peaceful the moment I arrived.
Inside, the art was stunning. There’s a mix of modern and traditional Thai pieces, and some of them really caught my attention even though I’m not usually that into art. The sculptures outside were also amazing, especially with the sunlight and mountains in the background — it made the whole place feel alive.
What I really loved was how quiet it was. There weren’t many people, so I could take my time and just walk around without rushing. The staff were friendly and gave space for visitors to enjoy on their own, which made it feel even more comfortable.
After exploring, I stopped by the café next to the museum — good coffee, nice view, and a perfect spot to just sit back and take everything in.
If you’re planning to visit Khao Yai, I totally recommend dropping by this museum. It’s peaceful, inspiring, and honestly, I left feeling lighter and more refreshed.
