Khemara Angkor Hotel & Spa

We booked 2 deluxe rooms on agora and the manager there was trying to give us only 1 deluxe family room. 1 deluxe family room comes with 2 rooms and we booked 2 of the deluxe family rooms so that would equal to 4 rooms. But he wasn't comprehending that and was trying to get us to pay for more. So we canceled and just left. Staff is not educated at all. No wonder the hotel was dead quiet. No business. I suggest the owner train the staff more properly on reservations and dealing with customers or fire that man. He has no business working in a tourist industry.

Really good Service, everyone was very friendly and supportive, also in planning activities. Nice Room, clean with good airconditioning. The hotel is well located. Good breakfast. Nice garden with pool and a cute pond. If I ever come to cambodia again I know where to stay.

Very well located, nice and very clean hotel. The rooms are pleasantly spacious and very well equipped. The beds were very large, but a little too hard for my taste. Pool and fitness area and spa are available and definitely commendable. Breakfast was great and varied, but typical of the country, that means little bread and no sausage and hardly any cheese. For me, that was / is perfectly fine. The selection of dinners is very good and the quality is also well cooked here.||The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, which makes a stay here a relaxing experience and gives strength to discover Angkor.

Very nice stay - good breakfast, a very nice Pool and also very good Dinner and Cocktails - served by the charming Mr. Sambo, the BEST waiter ever, very caring and attentive! Thank you very much, Mr. Sambo!

It’s clearly a high class hotel with very professional staffs. We’ve even got a man explaining every functions in our room and that’s pretty rare. Rooms are spacious (depends on the type of room you choose), and most importantly it is clean and looks very comfortable. The breakfast is free and it’s the typical type of breakfast you’ll get in a 5 star hotels, like omelette and stuff. I think the price is very suitable for this kind of services. Overall, this hotel is in fact one of the best hotel in Siem Reap.

My two friends and I stayed this excellent quality accommodation during our stay in Siem Riep. The rooms were large and very well appointed. The air conditioning was excellent refreshing when returning to our accomodation after days out exploring Siem Riep, the Angkor Wat complex, Peam village, Tonle Sap lake and the surrounding countryside. The hotel has an excellent swimming pool for a refreshing swim. I really enjoyed the restaurant’s buffet breakfast which was really filling and a great way to start each day. Soups and eggs which were made to order were very delicious together with the local cheese which we sampled most mornings. Mr Sopart and staff at the hotel very welcoming and friendly and always accommodating for all our needs and exhibited an extremely high standard of customer service at all times which made our stay at the hotel really enjoyable. Thank you Mr Sopart. We will definitely be back for another stay next time we visit Siem Riep. I recommend this hotel for travellers seeking quality accomodation, a high standard of customer service at an affordable price.

Room is clean and service is friendly and good just that breakfast wasn’t good.

We are a school and bring a large group of children to the hotel each year. We keep coming back due to how great the staff are. They are so polite , adaptable and really want to make everyone’s stay as good as can be. ||They put on a fantastic cooking event for us each year where the hotel staff take our children to the local market , buy produce, then the head Chef teaches the children local dishes they can make from it. ||The buffet choice is varied for the children and they always give us a private dining room. ||Pan Sambo the food and beverage manager and his team are always great , Sophat in sales is always helpful over email and if I knew all the staff’s names I would talk about them all as there are many of them to mention who have gone above and beyond and really care about their jobs. ||Thank you Khemara Angkor
