The hotel isn’t far from the giant ibis bus station, which is ideal after a long day travelling, and is also close to the town and to Angkor Wat. The hotel is pristine, and very peaceful. We had the pool and the gym to ourselves. The breakfast spread was very nice, having a good mixture of western and Asian delicacy’s. The room was spacious, and had all the amenities needed, and for two single bed room with breakfast included for 2 nights we paid £65 in total, an extremely fair price. But the best thing about the hotel is the staff. They are so friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. They always greet you on a morning, and when you arrive to the hotel after being away for the day, and they are always so happy to see you. They made us feel so welcomed, and if I ever come back to Siem Reap this is the hotel I’d stay at again without a doubt. Thank you for letting us stay Jake and Alf

This is my third time staying here with a group of students, and I 100% recommend it. The staff are outstanding, attentive and kind. The food is delicious and accommodates all needs and allergies and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Come visit this beautiful hotel and enjoy the excellent hospitality.

Excellent location. Near to various eateries and also a supermarket there. Environment is not noisy as it is quite a distance from Pub Street. The hotel breakfast buffet spread was good.Staff are all very nice and helpful. Special shout-out to reception staff Sam Oun-always greeting us with a friendly smile and helpful whenever we need assistance.A bit disappointed with housekeeping though - we had done the booking for 3 persons in a room but are given only amenities for 2; we had to ask for extra hangers, towels, etc every time. The hotel phone was not working properly even after we contacted the hotel technician to repair it.

We have tried a lot of hotels in Siem Reap but this one is our favorite! We were warmly welcomed with a complementary drink and the staff kindly showed us our room. The room is spacious and smells very nice! The location is also perfect. It's away from the busy and noisy city centre but close enough to get to the centre with a quick tuktuk ride. They also have a gym which has enough equipment for a quick workout. During breakfast, the manager took some time to socialize and provide extra service which was also very nice. The hotel even provided transfer to the bus station at 4 am because we had to leave early and they prepared a breakfast box for us! Overall this hotel has been a great experience and we'll definitely book again when we go to Siem Reap again!

Great place to stay, the ratio value/money is a 100/10, impossible to improve. The rooms are very big, the breakfast is all you need from a buffet. Also, if you like to be served, it’s the right place for you, but sometimes it can get a little bit overwhelming. It is very good that the staff pay attention to the guests, but please, give us a little bit of space… Anyway, they are great, they even surprised us with a birthday cake, it was an amazing detail ❤️

This hotel has been the best experience of any hotel I’ve stayed at. It started from day one when my flight arrived very early in the morning and I was thinking I’m going to have to sit in the lobby for hours before I can get my room.  The receptionist was able to give me a room when I arrived in the morning.  I was surprised I have never been allowed to enter a room before 2 PM.  Everyone Who works at the hotel has a smile on their face.   The rooms are very spacious and very clean.   I cannot recommend this hotel enough.  I will definitely be staying here again

This Hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed in because of how friendly and great the staff are who work there. They were so friendly to us after a long day of travelling, greeted us very warm and were so helpful during our stay. The hotel itself was clean and quiet, the breakfast was really nice, and the pool area was peaceful. It is very close to Angkor Wat and places to eat If I went back to Siem Reap I’d stay here again

We went on a school trip to the Khemara Hotel as part of a philanthropy residential helping the charity Caring For Cambodia. The hotel were so friendly , adaptable and warm to all the children. The Food and Beverage manager Sambo was great with communication, present at every meal and gave the feeling he was really there to make it a good an experience as possible. We learned many of the hotel staff have worked there for years and you can tell they take pride in the hotel. ||The Head Chef put on a cooking course for the children and again had such a warm and kind demeanour. ||The hotel is affordable for a school trip, but more than comfortable for the children. ||I would highly recommend
