Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel

Our stay here was an absolute delight. The staff are incredible, attentive, kind, and welcoming. The rooms are lovely and the beds and pillows are super comfortable. It is in an excellent location walking distance to markets, Pub street, with great restaurants nearby and on-site, but without the noise and chaos those areas have. The breakfast is delicious and the morning staff remembered how I like my coffee. We were always greeted with the smile. I highly recommend you stay here.

Absolutely devine ! From the moment you enter this small charming hotel you feel the incredibly warm hospitality and professionalism! I arrived early, was offered cold towels and a welcome drink! The originally allocated room was not yet ready and I was asked to wait a few minutes! Wow in this short time theY decorated a room on the 3rd floor and I was given a wonderful spacious room with views over the city! I think it's the best room! Lucky me! The big standout apart from the great central location is the staff ...Reaksa, Roth and Theava...only to mention a few! They always greet me by name and are interested not only to make your stay wonderful but also to have a warm chat with you! They really know how to make you feel "at home"! ....and did I mention how super clean this place is? Lemongrass diffuser in your room, the bath towels are super fluffy and the mattress is super comfy! What a shame I have to leave tomorrow 😢😢😢. For my next visit there will be only the Khmer Boutique Hotel to choose! Thank you to everyone for making my stay memorable!

One of the best hotels we have ever been! First of all, the staff is super lovely, very dedicated. Service is amazing, we had welcome juice upon arrival, and any time we stepped in they welcomed us with refreshing towels. Then, location is perfect, central but not noisy. Room was spacious and super nice, swimming pool just perfect. Small breakfast buffet or meal order depending on the hotel occupancy, we had both and they were good and well organized. Staff is really what makes the difference. We had a very nice stay and we would come back!

An excellent boutique hotel offering peace, comfort, and a true sense of luxury in the heart of Siem Reap. From the first moment, you feel the attention to detail and guest comfort. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, blending modern style with traditional Khmer elements. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the evening turndown with flowers is a lovely touch. The bathroom is luxurious, with a large stone bathtub and high-quality amenities. The pool and garden are a calm oasis—perfect for relaxing after a day at Angkor. Morning coffee by the pool feels almost meditative. The staff are outstanding: professional, friendly, and always helpful. The location is quiet yet close to the center, restaurants, and markets. One of the best boutique hotels I’ve stayed at in Southeast Asia. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended—I would gladly return.

One of the best hotel experiences we have had here at Khmer Mansion! We loved how nice everyone was, the room, pool, and dinner options! Especially loved the pressure of the shower in the room! Everything was very relaxing! Wanted to give a special shout out / thanks to Chhin Chhon Viriya, Mingvou, Tao veasna, Leap, and Norn Reaksa for their hospitality and making our stay that much more wonderful! Highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a place to stay, you won’t be disappointed! Also book the suite room too! (You won’t be disappointed with that either 😊🙏)

This hotel was amazing!!! Best stay of my entire trip! The staff were welcoming from the time I arrived to the time I left! The room was perfect and very comfortable. Sophie was very attentive and made sure I was well taken care of including making sure I had a breakfast box to go for my very early morning tour to Angkor Wat! The spa services are also amazing! I did the 2.5 hour after Angkor massage services and felt so refreshed after! Will definitely stay here again!

Despite an initial issue with the room I booked not being available, the hotel handled it professionally by compensating me with services and upgrading me to a fantastic room next to the pool. While this is a three-star style hotel, the level of service from the staff truly makes it feel like a five-star experience. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable, and I felt genuinely welcome throughout my visit. Pros Extremely friendly and welcoming staff from arrival to departure Staff remembered me by name, which added a personal and memorable touch Service level feels closer to a five-star hotel Very good breakfast Great poolside room and relaxing atmosphere Cons Set dinner menu was offered as compensation, but there wasn’t enough time to use it. Minibar items were not compensated in place of the unused set dinner but after some discussion they compensated me as they are amazing at customer service. Overall, it was a great stay, and the hospitality is what truly sets this hotel apart. Again... You will feel like a king and queen here.

Such a fantastic little hotel! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Siem Reap. Service is outstanding, rooms are lovely and the location is perfect. Included breakfast (eat the Asian breakfast) and the massages are awesome. Our group loved it! My only suggestions are 1) 2 room keys would be nice and 2) I think self serve coffee in the mornings would be great
