Awesome place to stay. Rooms are very nice with a balcony overlooking a very pretty pool. Great location with a couple minute walk to night market and Pub Street. The entire hotel is spotless and inviting. A nice breakfast is served every morning and is included. The ladies at the front are super nice and always looking to help…and with a smile…always. Staff bring cold towel and water every time you return to hotel. This was our second stay at this hotel and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

One of the best hotels we have ever been! First of all, the staff is super lovely, very dedicated. Service is amazing, we had welcome juice upon arrival, and any time we stepped in they welcomed us with refreshing towels. Then, location is perfect, central but not noisy. Room was spacious and super nice, swimming pool just perfect. Small breakfast buffet or meal order depending on the hotel occupancy, we had both and they were good and well organized. Staff is really what makes the difference. We had a very nice stay and we would come back!

Such a fantastic little hotel! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Siem Reap. Service is outstanding, rooms are lovely and the location is perfect. Included breakfast (eat the Asian breakfast) and the massages are awesome. Our group loved it! My only suggestions are 1) 2 room keys would be nice and 2) I think self serve coffee in the mornings would be great

Despite an initial issue with the room I booked not being available, the hotel handled it professionally by compensating me with services and upgrading me to a fantastic room next to the pool. While this is a three-star style hotel, the level of service from the staff truly makes it feel like a five-star experience. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable, and I felt genuinely welcome throughout my visit. Pros Extremely friendly and welcoming staff from arrival to departure Staff remembered me by name, which added a personal and memorable touch Service level feels closer to a five-star hotel Very good breakfast Great poolside room and relaxing atmosphere Cons Set dinner menu was offered as compensation, but there wasn’t enough time to use it. Minibar items were not compensated in place of the unused set dinner but after some discussion they compensated me as they are amazing at customer service. Overall, it was a great stay, and the hospitality is what truly sets this hotel apart. Again... You will feel like a king and queen here.

I am an ex travel agent and have experienced many 5 star hotels around the world in my time, however the personalised service and friendliness at this hotel was above anything I have ever experienced. The staff are absolutely incredible and all learnt our names within the first few hours of our arrival. We were met on arrival with cool towels, welcome drinks and snacks and every time we came back to the hotel after our day out we were met again with a lovely cool refreshing towel. The breakfast was awesome, there was a buffet, plus we could order a la carte and the set dinner we had on our second night was amazing. Tables are set out by the pool with so much thought and attentiveness. The pool is well maintained and the twinkling lights in the frangipani trees over hanging the pool makes for a beautiful and relaxing environment. The rooms are spacious, clean and all over look the pool with great air con! Super central location, highly recommend for couples, families and anyone looking for a small boutique hotel experience with exceptional staff. Love this little hotel. Great location, big bright rooms, good AC, great shower and the service was amazing (way better than found at home in N America). The welcome was so nice and staff went out of their way to make us comfortable even greeting us by name during our entire stay. Beds are comfortable though a little on the hard side which is better than the soft side. We had a dinner table poolside last night at the hotel and it was delightful. The service was outstanding and the food impeccably presented. The food served is Cambodian ... I have a sensitive stomach so am a little picky, but it was delicious and didn't let me down! I especially liked the coconut chicken soup as well as the stir-fry. Tip: get a table poolside for a delightful meal at this lesser known restaurant. Oh yes, they have a small but decent breakfast buffet too and one can also order off the fixed breakfast menu too. I ordered an omelette. Great fancy coffees too. Location I would say is perfect with the action a block away yet the hotel is set in on its property so noise not an issue. Great stay. We will stay here again when we come back to SR. My stay at Khmer Mansion was delightful. It’s a lovely property, luxurious but with a completely relaxed vibe. The thing that really made it great, though, were all the wonderful people working there. Pov and her team were all so kind and went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my time there. Votev was incredibly welcoming and charming, and Reaksa seemed to know what I needed before I did. The staff made the experience. I highly recommend a visit.

We are a family of five and stayed in two connecting rooms, which were spacious and spotlessly clean. The hotel is centrally located, within easy walking distance of Pub Street and the night market. After busy, hot days of sightseeing, the kids loved cooling off in the pool—especially as it often coincided with happy hour, making it a win for the parents too! Most importantly, the staff are absolutely amazing: super friendly and genuinely welcoming. They truly make this place special. Would stay again.
