I don't give a lot of internet reviews. But this time I have to. Unfortunately I didn't look at the reviews of the hotel before booking. I better had done. ||Even if our room didn't smell or so, we were not content with the place it offered. Very small place between the two single beds, so only one bed had the opportunity to place some things like book or glasses beside. A step was to climb to get to the beds, important to think about if you have to use the bathroom by night. We slept rather good. But the worse thing was the so called breakfast. No fresh brewed coffee but Nescafe. If you want some milk with the coffee, you have to ask for it. No fresh juice in a country which is so rich with fruits. The "breakfast " which was served (no buffet choice) was two cold (!) fried eggs, cold mini sausage fresh from the can, processed ham slices and that was it. We checked out after one night instead of five and fled this place.

This hotel is dire and very overpriced- avoid it if you possibly can. The rooms are dark teak wood veneer with balconies that have doors onto a dirty patio overlooking the back of a multi story car park and a stinking river. The AC is noisy and there are animals running and scratching around in the ceiling during the night. The bathroom is bizarre and infuriating and the bed very hard. Breakfast is the usual Thai disaster of plastic sausage and soggy bread. For £60 a night this place is an absolute joke.

Rooms are gorgeous, Asian style. I'm not sure if it's the lighting or what but they look fantastic. The air con can take a while to kick in. My room had a wooden bath tub. Everything you could need inside the room. Fantastic hotel. It is definitely mid range and not for the budget traveler.

It seems bigger in the photos but its a little small but still on the comfortable range. It was thoughtfully decorated and the staff were quite friendly. It has a very Chiang Mai vibe to it. Downside is that some minor decorative pieces in the bathroom and the faucet were broken or were breaking inside the room. They had no toilet paper even if I asked for it. The breakfast was the same, just-okay food of small sausage, eggs, ham, salad, white toast and sometimes noodles. Because the staff were so friendly and the place was in a good & quiet location, the cons didn't bother me much.

Definitely a budget hotel. Very tiny room that smelled of mildew (likely due to a leaky air conditioner and no windows for ventilation). Switched rooms to one with the same smell. Every room has a large frosted glass window to the hallway that lets in bright light during the night. Nice staff, but would not stay again.

>>The night market was just a walking distance around 5min walk||||>>The staff were very helpful with our inquiries and even offered help to book for a cab upon checking out||||>>The photo of the room where we stayed was not accurate especially the bathroom. It was a bit dark and we found fungi growing on the lower part of the wall||||>>The room had a MUSTY smell that made me sick the whole week||||>>Breakfast was not so good. I recommend eating out.

Apart from the leaking sink, aircon and bathtub a nice room and very quiet. If staying there book directly with the hotel snd ask to see some rooms before staying. That way you get what you like. The staff is very friendly and helpful when treated respectfully and with decent manners. The bed is very comfortable and i slept well for 8 hours straight. The breakfast was inexistent but then i always eat somwhere else than where i stay. This part pf town offers many interesting things to see so i took a ten minutes stroll to find a nice gardencafe Along the klong. Will stay here again😊👍👍👍

If you're thinking of staying here, because it's cute and local, you'd better book a room in the Imperial Mae Ping down the road. If you don't speak Thai, it's very difficult to communicate with them and they might try to scam you out of money.||||I prepaid for a room and arrived with the booking information. I was told there was no reservation and that I would have to pay again - with CASH! After about half an hour of haggling, we were finally admitted to our room. ||||More problems ensued during our 3-day stay:||- Want to book a taxi? They can't help you, because they barely speak English.||- 2 people staying in a room and you want more than one threadbare bath towel (that I wouldn't even use in the United States for a dog)? All of theirs are being laundered ... until tomorrow morning.||- Want information about tourists sites and how to get there? Don't ask here ... you are getting the point.||||Besides that there is a lot of street noise and our room did not have a window (doors that opened to a upstairs part of the hotel, so no natural light), and the tub was wooden and you can cut yourself on it.
