Initially booked in for 3 nights however extended our stay for 2 weeks. |Loved the Lanna style villas; basically the whole entire ambience and atmosphere of the resort.|It is an oasis on the outter ring with safe haven from the suns heat with tropical trees well manicured to give vital shade and shelter.|Our room has ample space and lounge area with balcony. The bed is beautiful and I just love the pillows and mosquito net. The bathroom has spa bath as does shower. Ample space for all bathroom needs.|TV, mirrors, dressers, safe, mini bar, coffee station, hair dryer, bathroom needs, water, lighting both natural and artificial. |The rooms and furniture are designed to mimic Lanna style of which you can truly appreciate the aesthetics of when wandering the resort.|Our balcony overlooks the magnificent pool, a godsend in this heat with multiple private alcoves around and in the water. The pool is situated in the middle of the villas with branches draping over giving necessary shade. |The frangipani is in bloom and they are a wonderful frame around the pool, as are many other beautiful trees; it truly is a wonderful place.|Bar pool has towels, food and beverages on offer and if staff are not present the phone provided will take your orders and staff will bring to you.|The restaurant is a finer dining menu with options that are mostly Thai, Japanese and Chinese influenced and some Western cuisine; it is very underrated. The chef is a culinary master, the meals are super fresh, flavourful and vibrant and undoubtedly some of the best dishes I have tasted thus far; even compared to aunties curry stall around the corner or uncles fish cart or that other place in that other part.||All staff in general are extremely courteous and polite as are the gate guards and the canal attendants.|There is also much on offer (night markets, mall, 7/11, coffee, gaming etc) for any and all wants outside the ealls of the resort, all within easy walking distance no more then 5mins in either direction, 15mins from old city via bolt, grab or motto, obviously longer in peak. |
