Khum Phucome Hotel Chiang Mai

I had a wonderful experience at Khum Phucome Hotel. Khun Opor took excellent care of us throughout our stay—her warm hospitality truly stood out. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious. The hotel has a lively atmosphere, with group guests visiting regularly, which adds to its vibrant charm. Highly recommended!

Comfortable stay with a great view, good amenities and a fantastic view. This hotel is definitely recommended especially for the price. They also had a great cafe for convenient access to coffee a beer fridge and water bottles for sale. Water is provided in the rooms and a banquet restaurant attached - we did not eat there but the food smelled great.

I arrived at the hotel during check-in hours, but my room wasn’t ready. They had to check if it was ready or not—they didn’t even know, which was quite ridiculous. When I finally got to the room, the beds were extremely hard. The whole room was full of ants—ants in the bathroom, ants on the bed. At least they switched my room. The reception staff spoke only a little English, but overall, they were friendly. The location is a bit far from the city, but it’s okay. I would probably choose something closer next time for convenience. Once again, in Thailand, the hot water only works when the water pressure is extremely low. Disappointing.

Hotel Kumphukham is such a cozy and charming place to stay! The rooms are spacious, clean, and decorated with a mix of traditional Thai and modern touches, giving it a unique, homey feel. The staff here is really friendly and welcoming, always ready to help you with anything you need. The location is pretty great too, tucked away in a quiet area but still close enough to the main attractions and local spots. Whether you're here for a short getaway or a longer stay, this hotel offers a peaceful retreat with all the comfort you need. If you’re in Chiang Mai and looking for a relaxing place to stay, I definitely recommend checking it out!

Visited there to attend workshop, food service is great, all staffs are warm and helpful, security always wears smile and kind.

Terrible service. This place is perhaps for chinese tourists only. The staff in the breakfast place doesn't understand a word of what you want to communicate, not even english or sign or body language. Even after translating they refuse to help. I spent 5 nights here and this was a poor choice in every way Location is really cut off from the main city square, and you wouldn't find mixed tourists here. The staff is borderline racist and treats guests from non ASEAN countries not too kindly.
