Nice hotel. I got a large room. Clean and ac worked well. Not central so if you stay here, you should have a car and be driving, but the price is much better than trying to stay in the center of old town. I'd recommend it again.

Absolutely loved the room and pool and option to get drinks at pool, room was so clean and spacious, staff were incredibly helpful and the location was only 2 mins from basic shops and laundry and 6min walk from big shopping centre. Bar a few doors down although expensive is lively and fun! Only one thing, the planes were a little loud but didn't bother us much.

Ordered grabfood, but driver placed the food at wrong location, even though I pinned it at Khum Phucome. Everyone was so kind and helpful at the reception, made my hanger more bearable. The reception helped me contact some nearby hotels, and after some mini detective work, I found out that the food was at ibis 😭 so they called to verify. Once they said that there’s a grabfood order at the lobby, they sent a lobby staff to help me get it (as I don’t have a bike). The night shift receptionists are very accommodating to the needs of the guests, and tries their best to help.

You should definitely not go to this hotel! We got scammed! When we arrived in our room, our 3 year old daughter (11 kg) leaned on the coffee table which broke directly. the table was fragile, it's not an 11 kg child who can break a table like that by leaning on it. following this the hotel charged us 2000 baht to glue a piece of wood that was already broken. Inadmissible. In addition, the rooms are very outdated and are not worth their price for Chiang Mai.

This place was DISGUSTING. Super outdated. Definitely motel status at best. Probably had its glory days 30 years ago. BUGS, mold, dust, ceiling falling down.

Big spacious rooms. Decor is quite old and it feels old and musty. Staff are friendly. Location is just ok, a bit far cause you have to walk around everything to gain access.

The location is a bit far from the Old Town and all the action. The property is old, same as the room. But the room is large. The price is average.

We had an executive suite on the eighth floor with breathtaking views. The room is large and clean, in soothing colors with stunning lighting of your choice. Large bathroom with jacuzzi, large sink, good water pressure in the shower. Great 4 star hotel, beautiful wooden decor and statues. Variety of tasty breakfasts, good coffee. The pool and gym are open from 6 am to 9 pm. 30 minutes walk to the old town. Definitely recommend this hotel.
