Khum Phucome Hotel Chiang Mai

Above and beyond my expectations in EVERY way: from quality of interior and staff training like it’s the Ritz, wonderful breakfast (everything was seasoned perfectly!) linen is pristine and rooms are very spacious. Cleanliness was 100 out of 10. Will be back!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. My room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The rooms are very clean and the service is absolutely excellent. Breakfasts are varied and delicious a great way to start the day. I definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

We stayed in Room 427 - Deluxe Lanna King RoomPros:- Good location- Spacious- Clean- Staffs are friendly- Followed our requests- Buffet Breakfast - Incredibly Cheap for it’s amenities and serviceCon:- Not really good wifi- They used two bed to make it King bed but not balance. The other side of the bed was low.Overall, we were happy and will come check in again once we come back in Chiang Mai.

This hotel is a hazard. The staff was SO RUDE. We arrived for a 3 night stay, entered the room and immediately we're shocked with how dirty it was. Mold EVERYWHERE, hair, dirt, broken tiles, you name it, it was filthy and unsafe. We got moved to another room which was cleaner but still very moldy everywhere. The front desk told us we would have to pay 3 times as much for our "upgrade", which is a joke. We asked to stay only 1 night so we could not stay in these conditions, and go somewhere else for the other 2 nights. They refunded us and kicked us out at 745pm, and we had to get a last minute place somewhere at night time. I genuinely dont know how this hotel is allowed to run. Disgusting rooms and staff.

We were given the “old room” 714 at the annex and were told that the hotel is fully booked. There’s a stench when we on the aircon and called for housekeeper who appeared with air freshener. Black ants were spotted crawling around the table and the wall/ tv. Free WiFi in the room isn’t working and we called for the technician who then requested to come back 20mins later with “new router”. We were then told to connect to 712 just that they did not rename the router.?! Obviously issue isn’t resolved.Breakfast spread was wonderful. Should you need to go to nimman, wait along the main road for the red truck at THB30/ person. We got better luck for the red truck then grab.

Good points about hotel:|Although near major road didn’t hear any cars.|Breakfast good quality and choice.|Rooms large.||Bad points:|Around every 15-30 minutes planes roar overhead and as thin windows difficult to sleep.|Rooms dated and shower over bath dangerous if elderly or mobility issues.|Poor WI-FI in room.|No balcony.|Walls thin so here doors shutting, people moving in adjoining rooms.||To sum up if heavy sleeper and good mobility should be fine but otherwise consider carefully.

1) Someone gets to open our room door using their card during our stay! How can it happen? And I was in the room while the strangers (most probably other guests who are going to check in) It’s so dangerous! 2) The door will not lock automatically when you go out, you need to twist the button behind before you close the door I will never trust this hotel anymore, what a terrible experience

Been trying to get in contact with someone for 3 days and no one seems to be able to help me with my current reservations. A big language barrier, no one seems to speak English. Perhaps this area is for the tourist. The gentleman (Nut) that I spoke to on the phone on Nov 13 2025 at 11:07pm even hung up on me because he couldn’t figure out a way to help me. After 30 minutes on the phone he finally attempted to try and help while assisting another customer on property. Not very professional.
