I’ve stayed here more than once, and every time I feel the same: after resting in this place you are recharged with new strength, harmony, and inspiration. It’s a place where you reconnect with your soul. 📱 My little advice: switch off your phone, allow yourself to simply be. Listen to nature, watch its beauty, and spend time alone with yourself. For me, this is my most favorite place in the Dominican Republic. A sanctuary of peace and healing. Four days of absolute tranquility. This is the perfect place to relax. My sister and I decided to take a few days off and choosing Ki-ra Holistic Center was the best decision. The energy that Kira and Simon radiate is simply out of this world; they make you feel like they’ve known you forever. If you are looking for a gateway from noise and stress, this is the perfect place. It would be absolutely perfect without the mosquitoes, but that is out of our control. Bring a good mosquito repellent. Highly recommended!

This boutique hotel is the best out of the all island. Here you can expect stillness, peace beauty confort and happiness. It is difficult to describe the inner calm you feel in the presence of nature and sea. You may encounter some rare exotic birds or fishes and you may experience the impossible dream.

This review is long overdue. I stayed here 3 years ago with my girlfriend and was absolutely amazed. We were both treated like royalty. The host, Karen, knew the essence of a 5 star experience and was able to bring the Ritz to our little tent on the ocean. The food was incredible, the location, zen, and the staff amazing. Will definitely be coming back soon and I look forward to seeing Karen and the rest of the staff.

The site is remote so the owner, Simon makes sure his guests arrive smoothly. I never camped before but wanted to try something new. I booked an ocean front tent which is spacious. There is a functional bathroom attached at the back. Even though the food is vegan, it is delicious. Over all, try something new and get to know the owner and guests, you will hear many amazing stories!

Just hosted a week-long retreat at this resort, and it was breathtaking. The location, the food, and the service were all worthy of a 5-star rating. I will be hosting another experience here in February, and every single person who attended said that they would come back again. This place is a hidden gem in Dominican Republic.

Just sat in the airport reflecting on my 11 magnificent days spent with Kira Simon and family. That’s exactly how I feel, I have left my family behind. From the minute my taxi dropped me off and Simon welcomed me with a sustaining soup, a sense of calm and expectation started to percolate my weary being. I immersed myself in this lush and spiritually rich environment and was treated at times like royalty. Nurtured, encouraged and as a solo traveller taken care of in the most thoughtful and considered of ways. Kira is an exceptional yoga teacher actually make that human being and Simon her strong quiet supporter ensures all is at it should be. The food is just gorgeous, nutritious and thoughtfully prepared. I loved my time in my luxurious tent. Not a lilo in sight with shower and toilet it was surely way beyond the camping classification. I have detoxed, juiced, be head to toe in mud, mastered the downward dog and found friends - as I said beyond all hope and expectation

We were just in the DR for 12 days, at the end somehow we ended up at Ki-Ra's, (through some unknown attraction). We were not able to stay but we were given such a warm splendid welcome and tour. If you are looking to reconnect with nature (and yourself) this is the place. The natural ocean front you will let enjoy a sunset that will certainly switch you to default settings ... The booming sounds of ocean waves against the jagged coast are unique .. the peace, ambiance and warmth of the staff and guests will surely make leaving a problem. We cant wait to get back to enjoy the food, yoga, and to share a way simple of living that we don't even realize we need until we experience it .. This place will have you reflecting and thinking about living happier and responsibly on this planet that we share with all ...
