Good food, good service. I got the house special cocktail and it was fantastic. Super quirky vibe in case you can't tell from the pics, which is a lot of fun. Check it out! One warning - it's a basement operation so you might need to look carefully to find the entrance!

Really yummy vegan burgers on the menu and great fries. A bit pricey but it's Lawrenceville so it's to be expected. Nice casual date night spot.

I never really considered myself a fan of pinball, but this place was so fun! I got their Oreo shake, which was amazing! Each game is anywhere from 1-4 tokens, which are a quarter. The more basic old fashioned machines were cheaper, and the newer, fancy modern machines were the ones that needed 4 tokens.

Whole family had a blast here. Wife and son racked up points on a solid mix of well maintained machines. I had fun boring Teddy & Parker at the bar with my tales of all things Chartreuse. Each created some excellent cocktails. Found ourselves going back two days later for a second visit before leaving town. Atmosphere was the best because of many factors not the least of which was staff.
Thanks for a great time.

My first time in Pittsburgh and was brought to this awesome little spot on Butler St. Great selection of new and vintage tables which made for a fun hang on a rainy afternoon. You can grab a coffee or BYOB and make the rounds on some well maintained tables.

They have a revolving selection which includes many recent stern tables as well as modern classics and throwbacks. They also serve food and coffee and drinks. Tables are average price per game, nothing over $1, you can play a good bit of pinball there for $5 if you’re a champ. It’s always a fun atmosphere within Kickback, they’re even open late and offer tournaments.

Came in to warm up and remind myself that pinballing is not a skill I have. Other than that hot chocolate was decent and the games were fun.
They have a selection of games from new to old, most of the older ones are upstairs.
You get little tokens to play they cost a quarter each. The place is laid back and a calm chill place to be with the exception of the pinball games playing.
If you don't wanna play pinball you can sit down stairs and relax or upstairs and watch traffic. I'm fairly entranced by the traffic watching. Oh and did I forget to mention, it's byob.

I am a local high school senior photographer and owner of Stacey Lyn Boutique Photography. I recently rented the cafe for my Class of 2023 Senior Influencer Kick Off Party. We had THE BEST time! The manager, Colin, was great to work with and took care of our every need from the first time that I talked with him to schedule a date to the minute the last person left the event. The pinball games were so much fun to play and there were so many! The food was delicious (especially the milkshakes)! The place is a gem that I had no idea existed. My seniors and their parents had so much fun! If you are looking for something different to do with a group, check them out! You won't be disappointed!

Yelp
My husband and I were in Pittsburgh for the weekend and had dinner here after watching Say Anything at the Row House which is located across the street. I love pierogis and when I saw that theirs are hand pinched we had to come here. First, the place itself is supercool and has a Beetlejuice theme. They have several pinball machines and for $1.00 per play a deal. We played several games while waiting for our food. Second, the staff is awesome. We went on a Sunday night and they were just finishing up a huge order and were super apologetic about our food taking longer than usual, but as mentioned before we were busy enjoying ourselves and playing pinball AND the food was not that late. The food was fantastic. The pierogis were delicious and I only ordered the appetizer and was full from the 4 I inhaled with sour cream and caramelized onions. I also ordered a fried chicken sandwich that I couldn't even eat since I was so full from the little pillows of potato delights. Main Street Diner is a great place for a date night or group of friends to gather. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Excellent downstairs diner with a litigation-challenging visual concept. Great staff that is putting out fun food and some custom mixology. Joe Bob says check it out.

Yelp
Great food and cool atmosphere. I don't think many people know it's here because the lack of reviews. Definitely worth stopping in if you're on Butler Street

Yelp
We came for pinball and stayed for the pierogis. Little cheese and potato pouches sent from heaven (or, the chefs mother-in-law, rather). Fun place and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Yelp
This place is amazing. My group ended up here by accident, and thank God we did. The food was very good, the staff was so friendly and the environment with the music, decorations, and pinball machines was very nostalgic. Would definitely encourage people check this place out! If I'm in the area again, I'll go back.
