KidZania Singapore

We had an amazing time at KidZania Singapore! My child played from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and enjoyed every minute of it. We managed to cover nearly all the establishments and activities, it was a full day of fun and learning. Special shoutout to Bob (“Whaddaya wanna be ya?!!”) at the SCDF establishment! His energy and passion really stood out. He was fantastic with the kids, he is super engaging, enthusiastic, and made the whole area come alive. Truly exceptional service! Most activities are best suited for kids aged 4 and above, with only a few designed for 7+ years. Quick tip, bring a water bottle as there’s a dispenser at the Level 2 baby area. You can also leave and re-enter without issue as I’ve confirmed this with three different staff members, even though the website says otherwise. We visited on a weekday and it was much less crowded compared to our previous visit years ago before they reopened, hence there is minimal queues this time, which was great. Note that parts of Level 2 are currently under renovation, and it seems they’re a bit short-staffed, so hopefully management can look into that soon.

Interesting place for kids to experience! No regrets to bring during an early December holiday period, it was not at all crowded and queues were rather short. Brought my 3 kids 8, 5 and 2 here. Surprisingly, my youngest was able to engage in majority of the stations, from fire fighter to healthcare personnel to delivery man and many more. My older kids experienced putting the burger together and honestly the overall taste of the patty was much better than expected. The only disappointment we had was at the Aviation station where my kids were told to leave after crashing their plane in less than 10min of role play as the pilots (duration stated 20min), while 2 other kids who went in at the same time got to stay on. There was no queue before and after us as well, hence rush to leave was unlikely. When we clarified, the station master was not very friendly and insisted that that was the norm for all kids. We thought it was quite unprofessional and uncalled for. Afterall, the kids only came here to have fun and were excited to try everything within their means. Hope this can be improved!

Our first time here in Kidzania Singapore and the experience is great. Bought the tickets online during the 1/2 price promo. Not much crowd eventhough we came on a Sunday, no waiting time. We managed to cover the whole place from 10 am onwards till almost their closing time. Kids really enjoyed their day here. Recommended!

We had a wonderful experience at KidZania Singapore. It might have been a little early for our 2.5-year-old and 3.5-year-old, but both of them really enjoyed it. Some reviews mentioned long waiting times due to a shortage of staff, but for us it was still within a reasonable range. The staff were young, but they were doing their best, and our children had a great time thanks to them. We’d love to visit again once the kids are a little older. It seems they really enjoyed experiencing different kinds of “work.”

Bringing 4 kiddos (2 not all mine though 😂) to Kidzania Sentosa today to have a day of blast Their favorite event is the street soccer. I think they spend 2 hours here! The staffs are detailed in their explanations at each stations and expressed great patience to every kids. Happened to catch it on weekend with lesser crowd. Great experience 👍

Brought the 2 young ones today to Kidzania today. Overall, it was very enjoyable for the kids. The parents have a job too, as the cameraman for the kids. Special commendation for the SCDF fire station today. It was the most interesting station for the kids which consists of a dress up, a fire safety briefing, a fire truck ride, a fire fight and a saluted discharge post mission. This is easily the best station. The single staff in charge was truly passionate. She took her job at this pseudo workplace very seriously. Special commendation for her. The only gripe I have about this station it is an OMO. It is easily the most popular station in Kidzania but only one staff running it. When the staff is out firefighting, some parents and kids started to disregard the queuing system and attempted to run in. I think it is a matter of time some ugly dispute takes place. Something the ops folks shd think about. Don't let the best station in the place turn ugly please.

This was my first visit to Kidzania in Singapore and it has been a pleasing experience. Weekday crowd is manageable and the children have enjoyed themselves very much. We encountered very friendly staff in the dental and Irvin’s section. However, some section example robotics - staff might not be as nice and child friendly. Overall, still managed to complete most of the jobs and the children are happy. One thing is, food selection can be very limited and pricey. Hope there can be more variety.

First time visiting KidZania Singapore. It’s a rare sight in Singapore to find such a spacious indoor kids’ attraction. However, the place feels quite quiet and a bit gloomy, with fewer fun and hands-on elements, resulting in many activities having few participants. There are various local brands and businesses, which is good for giving kids insight into real-world jobs, but some experiences lack interaction. Popular activities include the Air Force, Yakult, Canadian pizza making (+$12), and the Burger Institute (+$15). You can also get special ticket prices during the yearly 11.11 or 12.12 promos. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and my kids still spent almost the whole day here. With more engaging work experiences, this place could be much better for children.
