Kigali Marriott Hotel

A lovely modern hotel right in the centre of Kigali. Had a lovely stay. Restaurants were outstanding and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. I booked a massage in the spa and was really relaxing. The spa was a lovely area. I would come back to stay as really enjoyed it.

This was one of my favorite Marriott properties while traveling through Africa the past month. The staff are amazing here. The hotel is located in the perfect area. The grounds are very nice with a beautiful pool. Large selection at the breakfast buffet. As Titanium I did receive a beautiful room upgrade and access to the Executive Lounge which I enjoyed. Definitely recommend this Hotel if in Kigali!

Very nice hotel, service and great location.I could improve on food menu but overall very good, clean, vibrant place.

My stay was wonderful and exceptional in every way. I felt right at home during 13 nights ; the rooms were elegant clean and beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to provide the best hotel services, from reception to housekeeping. I would like to thank everyone for making my stay unforgettable. I would like to mention a few names I remember: KumarThap , the reception manager.. senior chef Sylvester,Chef Benitha and All Breakfast team And all waiters for delicious food .. at the same time.. I want to thank all lounge club team .. in conclusion .. I glad to choose Kigali Marriott and wishing all the best .. ❤️..

I had an amazing brunch at Kigali Marriott Hotel while celebrating my wife’s anniversary. The atmosphere was elegant, the service was exceptional, and the food selection was outstanding. Everything was beautifully arranged and made the celebration truly special. It was a memorable experience for us. Highly recommended for special occasions and quality dining.

Great place and premises for a 5 star service. I or we love more especially their heated pool for our daughters. The ability to swim any day and time with any kind of weather. Their food is adequately served and sufficient. The spa is on point. Generally we recommend it for long,short or business trips stay while in Kigali.

From checking in, throughout our stay and during checkout, we received nothing but the absolute best service. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and beautiful, with an amazing terrace offering views of the city. Location is walkable to local areas for souvenirs and coffee. The breakfasts were beyond expectations with many options. The real gem was the executive lounge and the staff., Vianney, Edidia, Enoch and Cecile made each visit so enjoyable and welcoming. The food and drinks were amazing! The pool was lovely! Frank and Jean Pierre at the lobby bar were a joy to meet! Jude at the front desk was exceptional! Thank you for a perfect ending to our visit in Kigali!

Absolutely wonderful staff. Truly beyond helpful and welcoming from start to finish. This is by far one of the nicest Marriott properties I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. The breakfast buffet is an absolute standout. I would genuinely fly all the way back to Kigali just for that alone. The on-site restaurants are also excellent, which makes it easy to settle in and enjoy the hotel if you are feeling lazy by the pool. It really delivers that decadent vacation feeling. I also loved the location and neighborhood. It is easy to walk around for shopping, markets, and bars, while still being close enough to get a car through the city without any stress.
