I had such a great experience with Brandon while checking out the Musk Oud fragrance. I wasn’t completely sure about it at first, but he took the time to explain the notes and answer all my questions. He was incredibly friendly and really knew his stuff. I would definitely recommend this location and Brandon to anyone interested in Kilian scents.

Walking to the store has been an experience like no other. Since the moment you walk in, Brandon, a brand ambassador, takes you in a journey to discover the fragrance that’s meant for you. Tells you the story of the brand and each individual fragrance. Killian became one of my favorite colognes, due to excellent experience me and my wife had with Brandon. This will be a must stop if you are visiting New York. Once you buy a perfume here and you wear it, not only you will be taken back to the brand history, you will also have a really cool story to tell your friends when you are being celebrated the amazing smell. Thank you Brandon, Killian is lucky to have you.

My husband and I visited Manhattan to mark our tenth anniversary. We had a wonderful time in the city, but we both agree that one of our top three experiences that week (and there were many) was our visit to Kilian SoHo. Earlier in the year I’d become obsessed with a sample of Angel’s Share, and while I don’t love shopping as a general rule, I specifically wanted to visit Kilian to purchase a full bottle as a souvenir of our trip/anniversary memento. I am so glad we did! The shop itself is gorgeous, and the bar concept is tailor-made for slowing down and really experiencing these decadent, complex fragrances. Best of all, though, was Nia, who encouraged us to linger and sample a variety of scents. She was so kind and knowledgeable, and it was truly a joy to discuss each fragrance with her and try her recommendations. Finally, having had a bottle of Angel’s Share engraved and shipped back to our home, hubs and I walked out with a couple of new scents for each of us, and a great selection of samples to bring home and try at our leisure. All of this added up to a truly fabulous experience and I cannot recommend it highly enough. (In fact, we were so happy with the products and Nia’s outstanding customer service that my husband ordered my Christmas gift directly from the shop - and that arrived with a ton of new samples. I had an incredible experience with Kilian Paris when we visited their former boutique at 804 Washington St. Even though that specific location has since moved, I wanted to leave my review here because the service absolutely deserves recognition. Brandon provided exceptional hospitality, warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the brand. He made the entire visit feel personal and elevated, and we left thrilled with our selections. The service we experienced is exactly what luxury retail should be, and it’s a big reason I’ll continue returning to Kilian. Highly recommend visiting the NYC boutique, the brand’s attention to detail and customer experience is truly outstanding.

I had a great experience at Kilian’s shop in New York. Gabriella was so patient, warm customer service and very knowledgeable professional. I initially went there for “Love don’t be shy” but Gabriella helped me pick out another scent that I liked more. I am so excited for my perfume and will definitely order a refill again.

We stumbled upon the Soho location and been obsessed ever since. The perfume is incredible, but the attention we received was just as unforgettable. I can already tell this is going to be my signature scents attended by nia clarke, truly the best service.

Every time I come in this shop I have the best experience. The staff is phenomenal especially Brandon. The scents are incredibly high quality and never let me down. Would strongly recommend.

5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For the Perfumes. Klilian has been my favorite perfume since 2015. I have no words to add but this is the best of the best perfumes available in the market. My sincere and special thank to Ricardo, He is so kind and generous and professional and helpful. He showed me and recommended new fragrance which all of them were new to me. I can’t thank him enough for his advices, recommendations. People like Ricardo who are making the difference in this world. I highly recommend anyone going to this amazing branch to ask about him. And seek his extensive knowledge about the brand. You will never ever get bored. I enjoyed talking and listening and listening to his inputs and advises about the perfumes. Thnx so much Ricardo.
