Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was spotless, with a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Comfortable rooms, great amenities, and a perfect location with a wonderful view. Highly recommended!

A beautiful hotel with good service and very friendly staff. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean and tidy.

The room was smelling like someone peed on the floor. The guys in the reception were rude as hell and wanted to charge more than we already reserved for the rooms. Even while getting out of the hotel, they charged us extra fees, claiming that we ate and drank everything from the minibar, even if the minibar was full and they did not replace anything. Overall, my experience was horrible. I would recommend other to not come to this hotel, this city has much better hotels than this trash hotel. Shame on them!

The location is great, all the staff was very polite except one reception(I forgot his name) who actually ruined our first day with his very unprofessional behavior. But overall our stay was fine, the rooms were not that clean, the toilet was leaking water, the breakfast was not having varieties. I would not prefer this hotel next time.

The room was clean in general; However, the service could be better and they even didn’t offer free tea or coffee in the room, compared to the high prices they take! The breakfast they served was good. The view is good side-view of the sea, even though I hoped to have a sea view. Note that the location is near to the city center and a good destination, if you are after business. If you’re after tourism, pick another location far from the centrum.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Very warm hotel during this cold period. Breakfast room offers nice views to the sea. Rooms very big and beds are huge(would sleep a family of 4😁) People seems to be very kind in Turkey. This is my first trip to this country but surely wont be last. Just have to comeback here when the weather gets bit warmer 🥶

Small room, street front, noisy at night. Non-smoking room smell of oil smoke. The front desk service was cold and unenthusiastic, deliberately arranging a room in the corner for us. Feel bad
