It is a good place to go camping and go off-road on the beach if you have a permit to go driving on the beach and it is a good place to have a look from the road and see what everyone is doing and there are good fishing man who are kind to everyone and there is a creek what is good also to float down the river

Site of the Crescent Head National Surfing Reserve. This is a must for surfboard riders, the waves seem to go on & on. The ' Old Mal ' titles were on while we were staying in the van park, good to watch.
