The Killington Motel may appear unassuming from the outside, but it’s retro charm only lends itself to the experience. The lobby felt incredibly welcoming and homey which was very reassuring. We came in late looking for somewhere to stay and Robin was incredibly helpful and friendly at the desk; Frank the cat was definitely a plus! The room was large and clean with a spotless fridge and bathroom. Breakfast in the morning was refreshing and delicious. Individually made pancakes and breakfast sandwiches were some of the best we’ve ever had. The owners also roast and source their own delicious coffee with a special process that compelled me to purchase a pound when checking out. Overall the Killington Motel is truly a hidden gem and taking the price and experience into consideration, I would choose it over any hotel chain in the area. The owners are truly nice people who seem to love what they do. We would love to come back!

A gem in a Green Mountains! Clean, comfortable and a great location! Very close to Killington base area, Pico, Long trail and more. They offered a delicious homemade breakfast, with fresh baked treats, as well as house ground coffee. The owners were very friendly, and knowledgeable of the area. Not a fancy place, but the atmosphere, attention and food and coffee make it 5 star. Would be my first choice in the area, as I've been to Killington often. For price and quality, and owners who make you feel like a friend. We had another great stay here this past weekend. So cozy, fabulous breakfast, as usual. The coffee is magical. Snow is great right now.! Wish we could stay longer.

The hosts are very nice, friendly, and accommodating people. I asked for late check-in even though they don't offer it because we were cutting it close with our driving and departure time, and they decided to make an exception for us! Fortunately, we arrived just in time. They also roast and brew their own coffee and have a variety of great coffees for sale.

Nice convenient motel located close to Killington ski resort. They served muffins and coffee in the morning. Unfortunately it looks like the owners are looking to sell. I would stay here again if I was ever looking for somewhere to stay near Killington since it was affordable and close to the mountain. No complaints. Thank you.

Robin and Steve who run the motel are so extremely welcoming and hospitable. If you are just looking for a place to rest your head this place is for you. Clean and comfortable rooms within a 2 minute drive to Killington access road. I stayed for 2 nights while skiing at Killington and I would definitely stay here again. Each morning they have complimentary coffee (roasted on-site) and muffins (some of which are homemade) which was so convenient as a skier that just wants to get up early and get to the mountain.

Rooms are comfortable and functional, but it is the owners that make this place worth 5 stars. They are so friendly and accommodating, treating everyone like family. Breakfast was fresh picked berries from the backyard, fruit from the farmer's market, and homemade treats. The coffee is roasted fresh on site and is the best!

Went there with an antique car club for a 4 day stay. Friendly and accommodating hosts. Rooms were nice and clean, although a bit dated. Breakfast was very good, convenient and a nice social start to the day with freshly prepared baked goods, fruits etc. They roast, sell and brew there own coffee (which is very good). Would certainly go there again.

My wife and I vacationed in Vermont last week and stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed every bit of our stay. The hosts, Steve and Robin, were most gracious, enjoyable to talk with and provided a very good breakfast in the morning. Their hospitality was every bit appreciated and made our first visit to Vermont very memorable. My wife and I decided to drive from Wisconsin to Vermont to take in the scenery along the way and we were not disappointed. Oh yes, and some darn good coffee and pancakes!!! Jeff and Sue Borden
