I was passing by. And I saw that they were having a 30% sale. I wanted to see the skis and thought they had skis. But they didn’t have skis; they mostly wore sportswear. and glasses and helmets and ski poles. I just lost my poles while skiing. selection of glasses very high prices range from 170 to 350 dollars I spent a long time choosing glasses for myself, but accordingly, I did not find the prices and what I liked. The seller was very polite, very patient, tried to help me so that I bought glasses from him, but I didn’t like what he offered me, but I bought myself ski poles that were very good, they were at a discount and didn’t come for $44, in general, polite staff, a lot of choice if If you need something from sports equipment, I advise you to look into this store

Stopped in to grab a superstar trail sign. Unfortunately they didn’t have it in stock. However the clerk gave me an online code for 10% off. Super nice. Then when our sign arrived it had a bonus gift. A sweet ol’ Killy cup rubber pint glass. Perfect for the beach or tailgate. How awesome!!

I ordered a north face beanie for my niece for Christmas that got lost in the mail. Killington Sports re sent me the beanie, along with another beanie, a pair of socks and a few other items with a thoughtful note in the package. The package arrived just in time on Christmas Eve. Great customer service and a very happy customer and niece!

AWESOME PEOPLE AWESOME STORE. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER I Purchased a Fox jersey after few days I received a phone call, the lady wanted to verify my CC # and explained why my package was running late. Realizing my order wouldn’t arrive in time for my trip the lady without any recitation expedited the shipping. Excellent way of doing business. “I wish I could remember her name” Must be my age 😂😂

Ordered a helmet, didnt fit. Thought it was just on discount for %40 turns out its clearanced so i dont get to return or even exchange the $175 helmet. That just sounds outlandish. If its over a certain amount that ykno might take a person a whole day to earn the money back u should have to compromise some kind of customer satisfaction agreement. This company basically stole from me.

We stopped here on our way out from the day on the mountain. I will say, we did not realize the shop closed at 5pm on Sunday and we walked in at 4:50pm. They did not say anything about the store closing soon when we walked in. My friend was trying on a shirt in the dressing room when they started turning off the lights. During checkout, my friend mentioned she found one of the items on the 50% off rack and wanted to make sure it was correctly priced when it was scanned. The young girl made the adjustment and honored the discount, but Jeanette was very rude saying that people just place items wherever. Overall, I like what the shop offers for souvenirs but she she was unnecessarily rude.

This review is for ordering off their website. I ordered 2 items on sale on their site during the off season which is great and they shipped fast. -1 star because one of the items I received was a different color than the one ordered and picture. -1 star because the other item I bought seemed used. It's possible it was a display item but the box looks used with the goggles having hair in it and scratches on the lens. Maybe I missed it but would like some warning that it was a display item and may have some wear and tear because I expected it to be new. -1 star for customer response. I'm happy to give back the star, but I have yet to receive a response. Granted it's only been a day but usually from other companies I get a response in hours.

This is cheap dishonest store! I placed order for the gloves that are labeled 50% off I clearly asked Store and left the note if Gloves weren't new don't ship it I need it for present!! But despite knowing that they shamelessly without blink sent me open box clearly used gloves without any signs of new package!! Everything to make bucks, shame on you!
