Kim Lan Hotel Can Tho

This hotel is very well located. The VIP room was spacious with good-looking bathroom. We also got a small balcony and the view was good. The AC worked well. I was dissatisfied with two things. First, the toilet was obviously not clean inside even though there was a sign with information about disinfection placed on the lid. Second, there was only a clear glass door between the bedroom and the bathroom. For couples, this might be okay but for me this felt a little inconvenient as you loose privacy.

Excellent hotel! Cheap prices, with a beautiful design. We stayed in a VIP room which surprisingly had a roof garden, and was a very spacious and well designed room. The theme of the hotel was nature, and the little touches like the coffee table with stones, and the elevator smelling fragrant were amazing. Staff was more than helpful, and helped carry a few suitcases dven though they were very heavy. The only thing i would improve is free bottled water. But for the price of the stay, and the state of the hotel, it is hard to mark them down on anything. I would definitely reccomend this hotel. Especially if you stay in a VIP room. Thank you to the staff who made it a great stay, and if I ever need a hotel in Cần Thơ again, you can be sure we will stay here again.

We ran out of the hotel at midnight!! We were given the VIP2 room (booked from Agoda). When we checked in, the front desk gave us the room keycard and told us that our room is on 7th floor. There was no instruction about facilities, breakfast, or front desk contact, or whatsoever; plus, there is no front desk at night (after we checked in), only the security guy in the front. When we got in the room, it has a smell that the room hasn’t been occupied for a while. The bathroom and the patio was only separated by NO LOCKED sliding glass door and ceiling to floor glasses windows. So people from other buildings can obviously see us using the bath room, since we could also see their living room from our chair in the room. The rooftop of the neighbor building is next to our patio, people can easily climb in and get in the room without effort (VERY UNSAFE). There is a painting of a lady right above the bed. If you work in F&B and are spiritual, you know what i am talking about. When we checked out (at the middle of the night, even we paid the booking for 2 nights on Agoda), the security man in the front helped us to checked out, HE DIDN’T EVEN ASK or CHECK THE ROOM. He was not surprised at all !!! We contacted Agoda, and even now, it’s been a week, Agoda still couldn’t reach the hotel. So guys, BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL if you decided to spend your stay here.

A great value hotel in a wonderful area. Beds and pillows are soft and comfortable. Bathroom in the suite is a little strange but memorable. Cool air con and an awesome balconey round out this hotel. Staff is helpful in setting up tours or helping with calling a taxi

We booked hotel via booking.com and we loved to stay there, room is tiny a bit but it's clean and good air conditioner. Tour next day is very nice with small boat and hai our guide super friendly, funny guy and make us laugh all time we spent on boat. We never did a tour like it before in vietnam for our vietnam whole trip. Good recommend for tour

BICYCLE RENTAL IN CAN THO. We didn’t stay here, but did rent bicycles. In reasonable condition, gears and brakes were not the best but worked fine given how flat the area is! Affordably priced as well (50k/day).

The hotel is very close to the harbor. Staff is friendly and helpful. We booked our tour to the floating market Cai Rang over the hotel. Our nice tour guide Mr. Hai picked us up at 5 in the morning at the hotel. With a small boat (not a tourist boat) in the morning mood we went up the river to Cai Rang. During the trip Hai told us many interesting details about the market Cai Rang, life in the market and at the Detalta. Then it went to a pasta factory and in an orchard. We can highly recommend you tour with Mr. Hai!!!
