Good, social hostel in Gangnam Seemed to attract a very friendly crowd in the common area, which has plenty of seating. All staff I met were very friendly. Reasonably priced for the expensive Gangnam area. Amenities not in pristine shape, but about average for a hostel. I had a personal room. It was fine. Not especially comfortable, but worked for one night. The staff was nice and there was a little breakfast area, which was welcome in the morning. I would probably look for another place first, but this place is pretty cheap and I thought it was fine. I imagine I will be back again.

I was checked in by Haeji, she was very kind and explained everything. As a foreigner in Korea, not knowing the language, I was very impressed with how good her English was. Other than that the room was great, had all the amenities I needed. I definitely recommend staying there. It's extremely close to shopping, cafes, and down town Gangnam.

A very budget friendly hotel . Single room although small, it does the job with an attached bathroom. Good place for interactions and for lone travellers to meet new people . Very helpful and friendly staffs. For the cheap price in an expensive place like gangnam . The place is really good.

Lovely little guesthouse. The manager carter is a wonderful host and brilliant conversationalist. Only had a short stay but the room waa exactly what I needed and the on sight facilities were top notch. Will be staying here again.

Too dirty to stay... The worst hostel ever Not clean at all I am curious that hostel changes sheet everytime When I enter the room there are dust on floor and my bed too Even toilet was too smelly and has a lot of mold ... I don't understand how they get good score. The only good thing that staffs are very helpful and kind.

Staff is friendly good location but that's the only good points. Beds are not confortables. Just one bathroom with toilet and shower in the dorm 6th floor. Next toilet on B1. So it's not confortable when guests are spending a long time in the shower.

Kimchee guesthouse gangnam is the perfect economic solution for a limited budget tourists or business trips. Their single rooms provides independent bathroom and shower dedicated air conditioning, free breakfast in the morning and a bed which is all what you need really if you are spending your entire day outside exploring the city. The staff are a group of young people who happens to be the kindest most welcoming supportive reception. Also you get to meet new people from all over the world. for a $30 or so you get the best deal really. Thank you for the staff and for their great management and services. Sarmad Alshami
