Kimpton Vero Beach Hotel & Spa

Can not recommend this hotel enough! I live in Vero Beach and it is my absolutely favorite spot to grab a drink - the views are unmatched. When I got engaged I knew I didn't want to get married anywhere else! Our wedding here was an absolute dream - if you are looking for a venue in Vero - this is the best of the best! Nikki and Jennifer were so helpful in working through the details of our day - quick to respond and always friendly! On the day of the wedding everything ran so smoothly and the staff was so wonderful - all of my guests raved about the food, drinks, space - everything! Special shoutout to our VIP server, Toni - she made sure my husband and I didn't lift a finger! We did a room block and Caitlin and Elizabeth were so amazing to work with! They are so sweet and accommodating with every request. They truly made the process so easy. They also arranged an beautiful room for us for the weekend - it was PERFECT! All of our guests loved the rooms and accommodations. These two are the absolute best at their jobs!

Kimpton Vero Beach not only checks all the boxes, but it does so with a friendly atmosphere and enthusiastic employees. My dog and I felt very welcome from beginning to end of our visit. Jack in the valet services was professional and courteous. Each time he helped us, I felt well taken care of with positive attitudes (despite me not having a single dollar left in my wallet to tip him after checkout). I would like to shout out a young gentleman who was particularly kind and represents the hotel very well. Marco Finelli (goes by Demarco I learned) went out of his way to help us feel very welcome. When my hands were full, he helped me to the elevator and pushed the button to get me on the road to my room. Day 2, same enthusiasm! He is a great asset to the organization. As a (slightly) older woman I appreciated his helpfulness ☺️ The view can't beat! This was my first stay at this resort, and it will not be my last!

Visited for a weekend stay. Great resort location directly on the beach and within easy walking distance of downtown shops, restaurants, etc. Overall resort is very attractive and in immaculate condition. Every employee we interacted with was friendly and eager to help, especially DeMarko at the front desk who went above and beyond. Room was larger than average and quite well appointed. On property restaurant Cobalt was outstanding (see separate review). Note property is compact so no long walks to your room or any resort facilities. Pool area and spa are very nice although outdoor seating may be limited when the resort is busy. Valet parking was also reasonably priced.

A moment we’ll carry with us forever. On May 11, 2024, my husband and I were married at the Kimpton Hotel & Spa, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Our deepest thanks to Nikki, Caitlin, Elizabeth, and the entire Kimpton team for their care, precision, and genuine heart throughout the entire weekend. Every detail was handled with intention and professionalism, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. We are endlessly grateful to have begun our next chapter in such a beautiful and thoughtfully supported space.

Inconsistent is the best word to describe this hotel. Some people were wonderful. Others rude. As if why are they in the customer care industry. The hotel lacked consistency such as availability of basic drinks, like coke, and we were moved twice. And then they increased our cost. This place is one of the only places in Vero Beach, so I guess they get away with this. Ask someone what time room service is open until, And you will get three different answers. It’s ok for a two or three day stay, but that’s it. Inconsistent.

It is a beach front resort, right in the center of Vero Beach. From the moment you pull up to the valet stand you are pampered and treated like royalty. The royal treatment starts with champagne or wine at check in. Then the social hour with wine and cocktails in the lobby. I don't know where they find their staffing, but we stayed for 5 nights and every staff member we encountered was top notch. The original reason we started staying at the Kimpton how dog friendly they are. After our first visit there is no place else we would rather stay. If I had to find a negative it would be that staying here will ruin you for all other hotels.

We recently stayed at the Kimpton and had the pleasure of being assisted by Cassie, Rosie, and Carlos Demarco. Even though there was a temporary issue with the hot water, the team handled it professionally, quickly, and with genuine care. They went above and beyond to make sure guests were comfortable and informed throughout. Their calm and friendly attitude turned what could have been an inconvenience into a great example of outstanding customer service. Highly recommend this team — true hospitality pros who really care about their guests!

Overall, the hotel is fine. The room is spacious. Little things keep it from 5 stars. There is no common hang out space, which was important to our group. Also, as we gathered for breakfast in the restaurant, upon paying the bill, we could not charge, as a couple, to the room. Manager would not make an exception to "corporate policy" something about for a group larger than 6, there had to be one bill. We went off premises for all other meals, separate checks were perfectly fine elsewhere.

3rd visit. Great location and very nice hotel except their ceiling fans are always dusty. The best thing about it is the staff! Friendly and accommodating. Specially about pets. We've made a tradition to come every year and hopefully continue. I wish the no-see-ums would not come. They bite like crazy.

I recently did a long weekend here with my family. Pros: (i) right on the beach, walkable to shopping and restaurants. (Ii) Service was very good. Front desk constantly checked on us. The valet guys are the best. (iii) Perks like free bicycles, 2 onsite restaurants, and complimentary happy hour are convenient (iv) Fitness room had more than enough to get a few workouts in Cons (i) room was outdated and not very clean. (ii) the pool needs more attention from staff. There was constantly trash everywhere and towels were always depleted. One afternoon, the was a beer can floating the pool. (iii) the vaping at the pool and in the pool was really disappointing. They have a nonsmoking policy that no one respects because the staff doesn't enforce it. (iv) I was billed mystery charges post visit separate from bill and no one has returned my calls. It was a nice weekend but I'm not sure if we would stay there again. Book at your own risk.

Wow!! I'm absolutely astonished by the customer service of this hotel. Kohn especially! He is so kind, friendly and has a great memory! He remembered our car for whenever he had to pull it out of valet, and would open every door for us. He even brought us treats for our golden retriever when they welcomed us into the hotel. Whenever I needed something from the room whether it was a blanket, a mirror, body lotion or the pull out sofa bed set, Front Desk was very swift in making the hotel experience welcoming, comfortable and inviting, even Kohn offered to make the sofa bed himself. This was an amazing experience. Shout out to Yadnyesh for being of friendly, fast assistance in needing room service, body wash / lotion or towels being provided and sent up. I will definitely come back in the future because this service was exceptional! And the workers here make the experience all the better.

I came for the day while my Niece's daughter celebrated her birthday. The pool area was clean, and the pool was amazing. The hot tub area was beautiful, and the water wasn't scorching hot. The temperature was pleasant but did the work to relax the muscles. The Employees were discreet but fabulous. We ordered a few things from the bar and again, great customer service. Overall a wonderful spot and I look forward to going back to stay.

The service the Kimpton Hotel has provided was absolutely fantastic! The environment of the hotel was welcoming and light and the staff was incredibly nice to the guests. The beaches and the hotel were clean and well maintained. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone needing a place to stay for the Vero Beach experience.

We chose Vero Beach for our Birthday celebration party, and the Kimpton Vero Beach Hotel & Spa was where we would enjoy our extravaganza. The Hotel Resort was located along a strip of restaurants, retail stores and other Hotels. The resort has two restaurants on-site, a spa and a heated pool slight walking distance from the beach. The resort has an appealing Caribbean upscale design with dark mahogany woods and cool beachside colors. We booked a two-bedroom suite with a view of the beach. The hotel management surprise us with wine, fruit, and a cheese spread for our Birthday bash which was quite generous. The bar area by the pool was perfectly positioned for our energetic party and of course our birthday event. The restaurant had an oceanfront with outdoor seating options as well as indoor dining. We were extremely fortunate that the weather was absolutely ideal for an early January stay. Overall, we considered the staff to be excellent, the accommodation was magnificent. We are incredibly pleased that we chose Kimpton for our two-day event.

I'm still in our room which is decent if you are happy looking over a pool and rooftops. For $700 no service-huge disappointment. The 2 restaurants are not well regarded. Just getting into my bed for the first time. Is this s bloodstain??!

Great place in Vero. You won't be disappointed! From the ocean view to the food. It is just amazing. Staff is wonderful and the spa is one of the best I've been to. A must go to on your list.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff when we checked in helped with a ADA room and supplied us with a wheelchair. They put ramps on the property so I could use the wheelchair to get to the beach. The room and the ADA shower were great. During our stay the staff did help with our needs and wants. Housekeeping not so much. We did not receive replenishments for toilet paper and towels. I had to call every day to get more. The room was not cleaned every day, we had toddlers with us and they brought in sand and dropped food. We could tell after housekeeping came they did not sweep or vacuum the mess. The swimming pool was great. The staff that helped on the beach especially Dante went above and beyond being helpful. The hotel restaurants were ok their truffle fries were the best!

Ohhhhh man. From check in to check out. The service, the people, the room, the view, the hospitality. You need it? They got it. We stayed in a Boujee two queen lanai, overlooked the pool, straight across from the bar and partial ocean view. The reception was great, the people were great. Wine and popcorn happy hour 4-5. Husband and I met the sweetest couple 50 years our senior. Sat for an hour enjoying our complementary wine and talked about like. The pool was unbeatable. The FEW steps to the beach was priceless. Complimentary chairs and umbrellas. A third party company is at the beach for cabana rentals, Dante was AMAZING!!!!!! My mother is almost wheelchair bound and he patiently helped her hand and hand down the steps to our close chairs. We loved Disney vero but they were sold out months in advance and I was determined to stay there again, due to it being a hidden gem. This place did NOT disappoint. Can't wait to come back. Would HIGHLY recommend.

I would leave a 4 Star review in regards to the actual hotel (small pool and dated rooms) BUT I am leaving a five star review because of the amazing hospitality from the whole team. Every staff member was extremely nice, caring, and went above and beyond for my boyfriend and I's anniversary. The beach attendant was really sweet and the valet was also great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone if you are looking for a chill, relaxing, calm beach vacation. Loved it!

I recently stayed here for a wedding, and could not have had a better experience! From the time we arrived, to the moment we left the staff was the most welcoming and helpful. From the manager, at the front desk, to the guys at the valet. Truly a great experience! The rooms are private and well taken care of the hotel offers a boutique, feel at a larger scale. Everything is extremely accessible as the property is not too big. There is a few dining options with the beach club steps away from the elevator and a great size pool. they are also pet friendly. The hotel is very walkable to great little shops and restaurants down in Vero. We are already trying to plan our stay back at the Kimpton in Vero!

This hotel is located right on the beach and has everything you will want in a beach hotel. Our room was extra large with a king bed, sitting area, wet bar, refrigerator, microwave, huge bathroom and balcony that looked out to the pool, along with a view of the ocean. It was the cleanest hotel room I've ever had. The pool area has lots of lounges and umbrellas. They also have a Jacuzzi with a water fall. If you want to sit at the beach, you can get a lounge and umbrella for the day. It is included in the resort fee, along with the valet parking. They have a poolside restaurant and bar. The hotel also has a restaurant that that serves breakfast and dinner. Keeping with the Kimpton tradition, they offer wine hour every afternoon with complimentary wine, iced tea and lemonade. They also provide a sparkling wine when you check in, just to say "welcome". The staff were pleasant and helpful. Not sure what else you could ask for when booking a few days getaway or a family vacation. This hotel checks all the boxes and then some.

Ripped off BIG time!!! Website offers street-view (parking lot) views for over $700!!! No cancellations. We paid!!! NOTHING Special. Much better (half) prices offered, SAME hotel, by T-Mobile!!!! What????

The night manager Ryan was the most unprofessional, ignorant and careless human being I have ever come in contact with. We recently came to Florida for a baseball tournament for my 13 yr old son. We arrived to the resort at 7:00 pm and went to dinner onsite at Cobalt. Good food and service. Just walking from our room to the restaurant I had to shield (3) 13 year old boys from watching grown adults in the hot tub performing sexual acts in public. Getting past that we had to twice walk through guests smoking pot and who knows what ever else. It smelled like dead skunks and we were concerned about contact high. After our dinner I was not going to allow my boys to walk around outside afraid of whatever else they would see. Ryan came to our room after midnight waking me up saying we were loud and was going to call the police to remove us. This came with no notice , no prior contact no warning. My kids were being 13yr old boys and after apologizing said he was throwing us out. After spending $2000.00 in their restaurant and drinking onsite Ryan said he didn't care if we were drinking and we were forced to leave not caring for our safety or well being of our children. A bearded maintenance man was throwing gang hand signs at our children while we left. It was traumatizing It's a shame the resort looked beautiful but the lewd sexual acts and drug use it's not worth it. Stay at the costa D' Este Its much nicer and happens to be less expensive.

I absolutely recommend this little piece of heaven. From the moment you arrive to the departure the attention and care is top notch. The valets, the front desk, the beach attendants, the restaurant staff everyone is very caring and professional. The rooms are very spacious and the view is breathtaking. The beach is quiet and clean. We spent a week and will be back soon. My little puppy really enjoy her time there also. Julie & V Both restaurants have fabulous water view. White orchid The spa is one of the best I have seen so far. Many services to chose from well prices and they also have monthly specials. One day it was fully booked so I used a nearby one and let's just say I was spoiled at the white orchid...the have a sauna and salt room also!

So this is love, mmmm.... What can I say I fell and I fell hard. What I love about this hotel is that it has resort amenities but it's small enough to have that chic boutique vibe. Kimpton Vero beach takes care of its guests and made us and our fury friends feel welcome. For example, a complimentary water station that offers infused water, lemonade and tea. Free coffee and good quality tea every morning. Every afternoon they provide a social hour offering a cocktail and during our stay fresh popcorn. (There's nothing like the smell of fresh popcorn). They even had dog biscuits! We booked a 2 queen bed suite on the 4th floor (highest floor) overlooking the pool and the beach. The room was spacious and has a separate living area with a sofa, a mini fridge, microwave and a balcony with the most beautiful views of the pool and in our case, the beach as well. From check in to check out everyone was friendly and accommodating. Any questions were quickly answered with a text. My IHG member status was honored and the perks were very much appreciated. We had delicious breakfasts with ocean views at Colbalt their on site restaurant. My toddler loves their pancakes. And it's impossible to complain when your eating just steps away from the ocean. Although there is a daily resort fee, it includes daily valet for one vehicle, and beach rental chairs and umbrella and more. We spent most our days lackadaisical by the pool and hot tub (we did notice the pool was busier on the weekend). This was our first stay at Kimpton Vero Beach and we cannot wait to return! A couple things that can be improved; - Heatons (poolside restaurant) lacked servers checking in on pool guests. Some days I didn't see any servers (I believe they tend to guests on beach) and if I needed anything I would have to walk over to the bartender in restaurant. - add more servers to both restaurants. Sometimes service was very slow at both restaurants I think it's due to staff shortages. At times it took over 20 minutes for server to bring us the check.

Evan was very friendly and quick to help. I hosted some of my execs and board members here and had lots of adjustments to the reservations and Evan was always very helpful and didn't make me feel like a burden at all.

I just had a delicious dinner there for a birthday celebration...our server, Jonathan, was so personable and attentive.

By far our special place! Outstanding services and staff, everyone is accommodating and goes above and beyond to make your experience great! I celebrated my 35th birthday here and would not Have it any other way! Ps the chocolate complimentary birthday cake alone would make me come back! Haven't left Colbats restaurant all week such incredible , knowledgeable and attentive service come back annually to rest up and recharge

Enjoyed 3 nights/4 days here. It's been a few years since doing that, although we dined here many times over the years. They accept pets at no extra charge and that is great! Dogs can be walked outside on both sides of the street and this tiny grassy area before you leave the property. Baggies and waste bin nearby in the parking area. We were on the 4th floor Oceanside facing north this time and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff everywhere are always hospitable and friendly throughout. Before I continue to talk about that one of the employees there that oversees maintenance? at the hotel. His name is MEL DIAZ. The shower on my room was not giving us hot water for some reason. Called the front desk and MEL had come up to resolve this. Found out it needed a cartridge of some sort. But we were pressed for time with Dr. appts in Melbourne. We needed desperately to get out before he fixed this. He offered us another vacant room to use the shower. We accepted. Within a few minutes we were offered this magnificent suite next door in exchange for the room we had. We extremely grateful and happy about the exchange of course and we were able to make our appointments. What was incredibly nice was that MEL was very professional, personable, and above all generous and caring to our dilemma. And THAT was a gift for us to which we were extremely grateful. The best part was also bumping into him occasionally and our pooch also got the love and hugs from him also. So, aside from all the great things this hotel has to offer such as dramatic ocean views, great restaurants and and the feeling of being taken care of, there are people like MEL working there that make the stay memorable. THANKS AGAIN MEL!! A pleasure meeting you and you are quite an asset to this place. It's what makes us keep coming back. So if you're busy trying to make a decision about staying here, know that if you do, you will be taken care of. This is a very special hotel. The view is awesome. The facilities are in good shape although the room had a few issues (crooked toilet roll holder, one of the TV's couldn't get actual TV channels). But what makes it a GREAT hotel is the leadership and the staff. Sean the Manager leads this crew and behind his back, everyone respects him and appreciates him. He got to know us and our son and took care of any problems that came up. At the poolside bar Charlie gave us great drinks, wise counsel and friendly banter. Across the way, Charles played football-catch from the deck with my son and I (who were in the pool.) One night we had a child-puke-incident in our room. Ryan the night manager picked up my distress call and matched my urgency. He was at our room not 5 minutes later with a cart that contained towels, sheets, bedding, disinfectant spray, a giant bottle of pure water and a ginger ale for the upset tummy. We took care of the mess ourselves but I'm sure they would have done so if we had asked. Carlos the valet greeted us fresh off of the hour-long drive from the West Palm Beach airport and his friendliness and care. Jordan from the onsite restaurant brought us room service and was yet another friendly face and caretaker. There were many other people who served us here and there and unfortunately I can't remember every name. But the fact that I can remember so many of them and how they made us feel like the most important guests in the hotel should tell you what you need to know. If you are going to Vero Beach, this is the place.

This is undoubtedly the most luxurious hotel on the treasure coast . It really is a treasure . Last time i yelped about a hotel it was voted best. So I am hesitant to share but i will for the good of all . Valet ? Ernesto ? How does one improve on that level of service ? Ernesto literally came to my room to help me close my suitcase ( long story , i had my husband clothes etc ) The front desk staff is charming accommodating and delivers beyond any expectation . I even had a wrong reservation situation that the front desk smoothed away . Wish i caught the name of the woman who checked us in and out . And worked through the wrong reservation . Housekeeping ? The best i have ever , ever , ever experienced . Can not say enough. Left the do not disturb sign ? I would get a text . So competent . My room was like a soho gallery . Thank you Antoinette ! Charles at the pool ? Feels like family . So

We stayed here for 4 nights and we loved it. The room was really big and we loved that it had a balcony. We absolutely loved how convenient it was to be able to walk out onto the beach whenever we wanted, and we loved that the pool never closed! Our only complaints were that the floor in the room was a bit dirty and there were a bunch of mosquitoes in our room which was pretty weird, but everything else was good. The room service was nice too and we got breakfast every morning and we liked that. Everyone was nice and helpful and we loved the free popcorn and wine from 4-5!! Wish we stayed longer and we want to come back!!

This hotel was amazing, five stars all the way. I pulled up in the middle of a thunder storm and the valet guys were eager and ready to help. After assisting me with my luggage they directed me to the front desk. The person and the counter was super nice and welcoming. I felt important! I was assigned room 302 which overlooked the pool. My room was super nice. This is by far the most luxurious room I have ever stayed in. Every thing about my stay was top notch. I only wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities and the beach. I would have loved to catch a beautiful sunrise from the beach or my balcony, but it was not meant to be on this occasion. I will definitely return on an extended stay.

We had an amazing honeymoon stay with Kimpton. The service was fabulous - thoughtful touches like champagne in our room upon arrival and wine/treats halfway through our stay. The valet parking and beach side service of umbrellas/chairs/water bottles were great touches. Great walking distance to all the dining and shopping in town. We would recommend this stay to anyone!

We had a great time at the hotel. The service and staff was amazing !!! I loved how they welcomed my pit bull Thelma and all the other dogs.

My wife and I had our wedding reception here outside on their pool deck on 01.09.2021. The staff worked tirelessly to ensure our day ran smoothly! I could ramble for hours about how great everything was, but it all boils down to efficient, intelligent employees without attitude, great accommodations for our guests, and wonderful food.

Our favorite place to stay in Vero Beach! We are overjoyed with the way that Brandy took such great care of us, and helped answer all our questions. We are very thankful Vero Beach Kimpton has this level of service and talent!!

Here is to getting lost in the world's most remote areas or it so seems. I felt like that I was 21 again. It was a rare moment of vacation, something I had not experienced for a couple of years, mainly because the company was shut down for a week and I got to only take morning calls with Europe and not evening calls with Asia. The best part about this hotel is that it felt like a combination between a posh resort like hotel and a condo. Situated right on the beach, the room is airy like you'd see in Hawaii and it had fans which I liked, not something you'd see if you are not from the tropics. We also had the luxury of enjoying happy hours which seemed to be a thing at the Kimpton. I am a Marriott person so never really cared about Kimpton property but have stayed in a few over the years with others and this felt like a better version of it. The hotel had direct access to sandy beach which felt resorty, and it's not hard to picture it as a honeymoon destination or it felt like one - except for middle aged people. The pool is heated and the hot tub very accessible. I also tried the gym, which is small but convenient. The wine is serviceable and people are very chatty during wine hours. Yes if you are over fifty and want to impress your girlfriends with something low key and relatively discreet this could be your spot. As someone who has always lived by the French women code book (if such code truly exists), I would highly recommend this hotel to those snowbird retirees, middle age girlfriends get aways weekend, and lovers seeking discreet holiday destinations without fearing of run into people they might know, an absolute gem to me, I felt more relaxed than I had ever felt, or at least as relaxed as when I was 21.

Our family was very excited to stay at the Kimpton hotel for our mom's 70th birthday weekend; however, we were extremely disappointed for a number of reasons. The biggest highlight was the location as it's right on the beach but sadly, the service provided and the quality of the room for the cost you pay is truly not worth it. We booked the Oceanfront two bedroom grand suite for one night and when booking the reservation we requested early check in and late checkout as it was a special occasion and we planned to decorate and make the suite extra festive for our mom. We were repeat guests and expected after spending nearly $900 for one night (yes, you read that right - $895.59 with tax), they would easily grant our request. NO, NO - We had to call the day of check-in three different times to find out if the room could be ready two hours early. In the end it was, but why could they not have been proactive about it? Calling multiple times the day of check-in (while driving three hours to get there) was a huge inconvenience and extremely frustrating. Also, when making the reservation, we were told as IHG members, there would be a free gift such as breakfast for the guests. Untrue! When checking-in, my sister was told no free breakfast would be included because the room was booked under a specific classification known as "sweet suites" yet there was no discount nor were there any amenities included. AWFUL! Icing on the cake was running the bathtub in the master suite bathroom and finding brown/yellow water came out - disgusting! Upon pulling out the sofa bed, food was left in/on the mattress. Finally, the blinds were stained and dirty. Truly, this hotel was/is SO OVERPRICED, it was not carefully checked prior to guests checking in and I absolutely would not recommend it to anyone. I really think Kimpton should reconsider their prices for what they are offering guests!

We came back from the Kimpton Vero Beach on Monday after an AMAZING long weekend. We came to Vero for a wedding and chose this resort randomly. We arrived late and were greeted with a bottle of wine. Our original room was gorgeous with two balconies. The following morning they upgraded our room, it was insane! I have been to many hotels, resorts etc in the U.S and outside the U.S and I would compare this resort to one of the 5 star resorts I've visited in the Caribbean. They made sure we were happy every chance they had. The food was great, drinks were awesome!

Everyone was so wonderfully nice that worked here. The pool is salt water, and walk-in g distance to the ocean. I really loved this hotel. The room we had was two queen beds and a great patio over looking the pool. It was spacious and the bathroom was lovely. Large tub and wonderful shower. They also have an AMAZING spa attached. It was the best service I've had anywhere. Highly recommend.

The hotel stay was lovely, but very disappointed with lack of communication. I was fortunate enough to get this hotel via Hotwire. I paid the full Hotwire price with the understanding I would have to pay the resort fee. No problem. However 3 days after the stay, I see a charge for $124 on my credit card in addition to the resort fee. No idea where it came from and clearly a mistake. But my frustration comes from lack of being able to speak to anyone about this. Called billing 3 times and nothing. Resorted to calling the front desk who promised me they would give a message and call me back and nothing. It makes me so disappointed that a beautiful stay turned into a nightmare of being robbed out of $124 and not being able to resolve because there is no one available to help me Update: finally got in touch with someone after calling again. Was told that it was a dining charge (we never went to the restaurant) and the manager took care of it. No apology. No notification. This is really disappointing

Traveling is a part of my job, so I have been to my fair share of hotels and resorts. We have been to this hotel a few times in the past and our stay is always fantastic! Everything is always clean and the service is excellent. Every single employee goes above and beyond to make our stay as good as possible and they do it with a smile! That is why we chose this location for my parent's surprise 50th-anniversary celebration and the team there did not disappoint. The manager at the hotel, Awet, has really done an outstanding job putting the guest first and doing everything in his power to make our stay better. When it came to the anniversary dinners, hotel rooms, accommodations, and more everything was perfect! Thanks to Awet and the staff at Kimpton for making our stay a memorable one!

Top line hotel in vero beach, the stay was an early birthday present, two bedroom suit , king beds in both. Staff above abs and beyond. One down fall and its wasnt the hotel's fault, the county decided to replace three islands worth of sand from all the storms over the years at this visit. The hotel is right In the middle of everything, a good walk to two great restaurants, shopping and a pool area that was a retreat itself. Every morning coffee and juice bar set out and every afternoon wine and sparkling set out . They even had a section for your kids with xbox and playstation, and water stations for your dogs with treats. And small details like a quiet corner with small library of books to read . Have to say kinda spoiled by this hotel and the luxe it offered. Maybe in my next 50 years I'll get to go again.

The restaurant has a great view however the manager of the restaurant and the staff are some of the worst in Vero Beach. To spend hundreds of dollars on a meal but have the staff and manager treat you like you mean nothing. Don't waste your time at this restaurant. There are much better places with great staff to enjoy an evening out. This is not the place.

We stayed here 3 nights and had a terrific time. We had a room on the side of the hotel over the pool area, but still, we had an ocean view, and the room was quiet and peaceful. The hotel staff was incredibly nice and helpful, from the front desk to both restaurants to the beach staff. Everyone went above and beyond for us. The pool area is not enormous, but it's nicely laid out, with privacy if you desire. The beach is fantastic. Both restaurants on this property serve wonderful food, with great service. The area of Vero Beach is relaxed, fun to walk around, not built up and not a 'scene.' We felt very lucky to land here from NYC, knowing virtually nothing about Florida.

Beautiful rooms, great service, great food at Cobalt ( hairloom tomato flat bread is amazing) nice bar scene with cute bartenders which is always nice! one of my favorite hotels on the east coast to come visit. Very relaxing and low key. They also have a spa which I have not yet visited but I'm sure is spectacular just like everything else's at the Kimpton property. Also good to know they have free drinks for a happy hour in the main lobby everyday from 5-6. Pool, hot tub, outside tiki bar, directly on the Atlantic Ocean .. pay a little more and get yourself a oceanfront view suit with a balcony.. worth it!

Great Place to get away for the weekend. The staff is always courteous and attentive to your needs. Whether I used them for business or pleasure I was always happy with my stay.

Our fourth stay at this resort. We love it here! Only 1.5 hours from home, a great getaway. We prefer coming mid-week since there are normally less crowds and children. Pool and beach service fantastic. Hot tub actually hot. We love the umbrellas, since we are both fair. Daily drink specials. Pool happy hour 4-6 with a wine happy hour in the lobby (FREE wine!). Friendly staff from checkin to room attendant. Would give 4/5 for cleanliness. The bathroom could have been cleaner (stray hairs , pet-friendly hotel) and the pool area could use a pressure washing. Comfortable beds and nice linens. Large rooms. Microwave, mini fridge. We will be back!!

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Great location to the beach and boutique s and shopping . The Hotel restaurant is wonderful inside & outside sitting and food was fabulous. We had a ocean view studio suite it was beautiful. The only thing my husband complained about was that the TV should be bigger! LOL! The staff informed him they had plans for upgrading! Haha! This is a wonderful hotel rather it's a romantic getaway or a family vacation and although we didn't bring our puppy they do allow dogs.

This place is absolutely stunning and beautiful, cozy , spacious room and the food is delicious. The pool area is well kept and over all the hotel is well maintain. The staff is extremely friendly . Highly recommend

The food is pretty good at Cobalt although the menu is limited but the service is AWFUL. We ended up ordering in-room to avoid it but they should really tell clients that they're not offering in-room dining at this time since a "to go order" with plastic utensils and styrofoam boxes (no plates, no glasses) is not considered "in-room dinning" in any 1+ star hotel, definitely not worth the service charge. Definitely not Kimpton quality, very disappointing and underwhelming. Only highlight are the people working at the pool & beach, friendly & helpful.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel!! We cashed in points to stay at this hotel just for a short weekend getaway. They upgraded us to a large suite with 1 king bed & a smaller room with a sofa bed, a cute kitchen area, living area, 2 bathrooms & 2 balconies. They left us a personalized note and a cheese & crackers platter while we were out...nice touch! We ate at the Cobalt restaurant for dinner & breakfast. The lobster pot was amazing. The filet was under cooked but good. We ate & stayed to talk for almost 3 hours with the best ocean view you can ask for. We did not feel rushed to leave. If you are a waffle fan, the banana waffle is to die for. The only negative was the beach was full of drying sea weed. Management - that would be the only thing I would say that could have been better ... please rake up the seaweed daily. Overall, we will definitely return. What a gem of a place.

After doing tons of searching for a place we decided to choose Vero Beach Hotel & Spa and I am very happy that we made such a great decision. Check-In was an absolute breeze. It took under a minute and was simple and easy. We got upgraded to a partial beach view was great. I would highly recommend booking a beach or pool view or else you are facing the parking lot/road. The staff at check-in was very nice and helpful. Greeting me by name and being very personable. We got to our room and it was prepared nicely. Very spacious, clean, neat and organized. It included a keurig coffee machine, a very nice flat screen TV, microwave, and mini fridge that were stuffed with mini bar items. The bathroom was a good size and included a walk in shower and tub for two people. The balcony was small but it worked. It gave us a nice view of the ocean. There happened to be lots of construction going on across the street but when you close the balcony door you literally can't hear anything, which helped. The bed was very comfortable and not too soft but not too firm. Staying at the hotel gives you beach and pool privilege which allows you to rent out umbrellas and chairs both by the pool and by the beach at no charge. The umbrella's down by the beach really do make a difference with the sun, and it's a very nice feature that most resorts charge you an arm and a leg for but not here. All included. They have a daily wine happy hour in the lobby from 5-6, which is a very nice feature. They offer a red, a white, ice tea, and a small flatbread. We were also able to walk to most places for most of our meals. Everything is walking distance and in the five days we were there we didn't use our vehicle once. My biggest concern with finding a spot was that I wanted this to be right on the beach and it was. The beach was nice, and never too crowded which is good for a change. Overall this establishment was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone searching for a place to stay in Vero Beach.

Staying here was one of the best experiences I've ever had. My fiancé and I do a lot of traveling, but this resort by far has the best in exemplary hospitality, quality of food, and ambience. From the moment we checked in, Deirdre, at the concierge made sure that we were informed of all the events happening, and when to look out for the complimentary coffee and wine. She even went the extra mile to congratulate us on our engagement by giving us our own bottle of champagne to take up to our room!!! She was such a considerate and lovely person. The rest of the staff gave such stellar service also. Evan in concierge was so friendly- you could tell he really loved his job, Richard in Cobalt was attentive and assertive. The food was delicious both times we had brunch at Cobalt. There was a DJ Friday night who played some great tunes like bohemian rhapsody, Whitney Houston, etc. View from our beautiful suite was breath taking. We did not want to leave! We may potentially very moving to Vero Beach next summer for a job opportunity, and plan to spend many weekends relaxing at the Kimpton. This property is beautiful. The rooms are very clean and accommodating. All of the staff are friendly, professional, and informative. There was complimentary champagne upon arrival to make you feel special. Onsite spa service which I did not have time to use as I was only here one night. I was tired so ordered room service which didnt disappoint. The burger was superb.The pool is gorgeous and you can sit on the patio and look out on the beach. Im sad I'm only here for one night. I will definitely come here again if I'm in the area.

The swankiest hotel in Vero. More accurately, it's a resort / spa hotel with a top notch restaurant and a great bar scene. After all, it's a Kimpton property and they are a consistently beautiful collection of boutique resorts and hotels. This is the very first place my wife and I ever stayed in Vero Beach, and our experience here, together with the surrounding beach area, made us fall in love with this community. Enough for us to decide to purchase a home and retire here! From the moment you drive up to the front of the hotel you know this is going to be a first class experience all the way. Valet parking, beautifully decorated and designed, free wine tasting every afternoon, beachfront location, fantastic pool and hot tub, beautifully appointed large rooms -- most facing the ocean. Perfect for a romantic weekend getaway, or for an extended vacation.

I stay here every time I come to Florida and I always have a wonderful stay. The rooms are large and always come with a beautiful view. I enjoy the daily, complimentary happy hour with the option to take the drinks to your room due to covid. But by far, I love the spa the most. I always try to spend at least a half-day relaxing in the spa. This time I got a Swedish Massage, manicure and pedicure. All of my technicians were kind, professional and talented. I always compare other spas to this one whenever I go somewhere else because this one is so amazing.
